RESUMO
Keratoconus is a progressive blinding eye disease that characterized by corneal thinning and protrusion, which accompanied with irregular astigmatism and impaired visual acuity. The irregular astigmatism of early keratoconus can be corrected by spectacles. For the irregular astigmatism of moderate to severe keratoconus, spectacles are no longer suitable, and contact lenses are the best choice for patients to restore vision. There are various types of contact lenses, making the selection very difficult. In addition, trying on lenses for a long time will increase the discomfort and overall feeling of patients, and greatly increase the workload of doctors. Thus, the article aims to summarize and discuss the classification of contact lenses, the application of contact lenses in different types of keratoconus, the complications of contact lens, and the current status and prospect of contact lenses, with a view to understanding the management and clinical application of contact lenses in keratoconus patients and to further improving the application value of contact lenses in keratoconus.

RESUMO
Daochisan is a pediatric famous classical formula in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) specializing in clearing the heart, disinhibiting water and enriching Yin, which has been inherited and developed by medical experts of successive generations. The formula can be traced back to Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by QIAN Yi from Song dynasty, and most of the later-developed Daochisan(Daochitang) is based on this formula with additions and subtractions. So as to promote the literature excavation of this formula, this paper conducts a thorough textual research and analysis of the composition, processing, preparation methods, clinical applications of Daochisan based on a systematic collation of relevant ancient and modern literature in the method of bibliometrics. A total of 127 pieces of data involving 86 antient TCM books were collected. Statistical analysis showed that the drug origin of Daochisan is basically clear, we suggest that Rehmanniae Radix is the root tuber of Rehmannia glutinosa of Scrophulariaceae, Akebiae Caulis is the dry stem of Akebia quinata of Lardizabalaceae, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is the dry root and stem of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of legume, bamboo leaf is the dry leaves of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis of gramineous plants. Four herbs are recommended to use its raw products. The key information of the dosage and decocting method is supposed to be "4.13 g each of raw Rehmanniae Radix, raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Akebiae Caulis, adding 300 mL of water, and then adding 4.13 g of bamboo leaf, decocting together to 150 mL, taking warmly after meal". Daochisan has the effect of clearing the heart and enriching Yin, disinhibiting water and relieving stranguria, and is widely used in treating symptoms such as heart vexed hotness, hydrodipsia and reddish complexion. Modern studies have showed that Daochisan are frequently used in treating oral ulcer, herpetic stomatitis, urinary tract infection, herpes zoster and other diseases. RESUMO
In history, there were frequent medical exchanges between China and foreign countries. After the introduction of foreign drugs, they are endowed with the properties of Chinese materia medica and undergo a process of utility evolution, which can be called "Chinese materia medica transformation". This article took natural drugs introduced from India as the research object and found that the common understanding between Ayurvedic medicine and TCM theory is the theoretical basis for the Chinese materia medica transformation" of natural drugs in India. Indian drugs need to complete the process of "Chinese materia medica transformation" through two approaches: the attribution of Chinese materia medica attributes based on the corresponding relationship between the two medical theories, and the supplementation of properties and effects beyond the common understanding. The case of "Chinese materia medica transformation" of natural drugs in India can provide a theoretical and practical basis for the research of "Chinese materia medica transformation" of more foreign new drugs.

Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder has the effect of dispersing wind heat and internal purging heat. Returning to the origin of Liu Wansu's academic thought, it can be concluded that Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder should be based on the treatment of wind as the symptoms, the treatment of heat as the root, the treatment of both the symptoms and the root, and the double solution of the exterior and the interior. It should be set up for the syndrome of excessive heat and internal and external excess. In recent years, the basic and clinical research directions of this prescription in China mainly include skin diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, respiratory diseases, etc., while foreign related research focuses on obesity-related metabolic diseases. Studies have found that Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder has the effects of anti-allergy, regulating immunity and improving metabolic disorders. At present, the basic research on Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder in China is relatively insufficient, and the mechanism of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder needs to be further explored, and more large samples and high-quality RCTs need to be carried out.
