The presence of replication-competent HBV DNA in the liver and/or serum of HBsAg-negative individuals is a sufficient and necessary condition for the diagnosis of occult hepatitis B virus infection (OBI). In recent years, Chinese scholars have proposed what is considered a more "rigorous" definition, i.e., on this basis, HBV window period (WP) infection is excluded, which corresponds to a serum HBV DNA level of below the lower limit of detection or a low positive value (< 200 IU/mL). As the definition of WP for HBV infection remains unclear and its duration is highly variable, "HBV DNA < 200 IU/mL" is not the only criterion in OBI patients. Therefore, it is believed that there is still a lack of sufficient basis and operability for the definition of OBI based on "the exclusion of HBV WP infection" and "HBV DNA < 200 IU/mL" as "rigorous" conditions for the diagnosis of OBI.

Objective:This paper studied the classification of syndrome and the multi-level expression method of syndrome elements, to realize the processing of syndrome name wiht computer, which could be applied to the research on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system.Methods:With the guidance of TCM theory combining the syndrome differentiation and syndrome elements theory, the syndrome elements are divided into a more fine-grained way, and the hierarchical division method and multi-level expression method of syndrome elements are put forward. Than to conduct artificial analysis on the syndrome of gynecological diseases to verify the rationality of multi-level expression of syndrome elements. Based on the multi-level expression method of syndrome elements and pattern extraction method of pattern matching,form the extraction method of syndrome elements and through the batch processing of the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Term of TCM& Syndrome Part to verify the accuracy of the batch processing methodexpression. Results:Guided by TCM theory, this study divided the constituent elements of syndrome names into two levels and five types containing disease location elements, disease nature elements which includes basic material, etiology, pathological state and conjunctions, based on which the syndrome splitting process is constructed. Based on this, the process of syndrome name elements separation is constructed. Artificial analysis of TCM syndrome names of menstrual diseases and infertility shows that all syndrome names can be divided into one or more disease location elements, disease nature elements, and conjunctions based on that splitting process. The accuracy rate of computer batch processing is as high as 71.4% based on that splitting process.Conclusions:The multi-level representation method of syndrome elements provides a theoretical framework for mass data processing by computer, improves the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, provides a theoretical basis for the construction of training data set of syndrome differentiation model, provides support for TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning model, and can be applied to the research of TCM intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and laparoscopic treatment for superior mesenteric artery compressing syndrome (SMACS).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 62 SMACS patients who had received total laparoscopy treatment from October 2006 to May 2016.Results All 62 cases received upper gastrointestinal series and definite diagnosis was achieved on 51 cases;Definite diagnosis was made on 31 cases among 44 cases undergoing CTA (CTA,CT angiography) examination,19 cases were diagnosed with the disease among 26 cases who had received ultrasound examination.Total laparoscopic duodenojejunostomy was conducted on 41 cases,total laparoscopic gastrointestinal anastomosis was conducted on 14 cases,total laparoscopic gastroduodenal double shortcut anastomosis was conducted on 7 cases.All patients were cured or alleviated and discharged from hospital.Conclusions Upper GI contrast series made definite diagnosis on most SMACS cases.For patients with relapsing symptoms and poor conservative treatment result a surgery is recommended.Total laparoscopic duodenojejunostomy is the mainstay of treatment and is safe and reliable.

In recent years, a number of studies have focused on malignant tumor patients with coagulant function abnormality, which causes thrombus complications, tumor growth, infiltration of closely related cells, transfer, and so on. These factors directly affect prog-nosis. Heparin is a widely known anticoagulant, and anticoagulation drugs have been included in malignant tumor treatment guide-lines. Ameaican Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) recommend low-molecular-weight heparin as the first choice for the treatment of cancer thrombosis. However, the prophylactic use of anticoagulant drugs in patients with tumor control disease, as well as the prolonged PFS and OS mechanism, is still unclear. The recently publishedReport of incidence and mortality in China(2012) suggests that lung cancer incidence and mortality ranked first place. This review will introduce several aspects of anticoagulant drugs that can be used to control the recurrence of malig-nant tumor metastasis and prolong the survival mechanism of pathophysiology.

Clinical manifestations of the type with non-artery inflammatory neuropathy and artery inflammatory neuropathy, which would both eventually lead to the irreversible damage to the optic nerve. In the early phase of AION, the main method is giving a glucocorticoids intravenous drip and a periglomerular injection (or retrobulbar injection) in time, but using the glucocorticoids for a long time or in quantity can cause a series of complications. Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of AION has become more and more significant in clinic.

[Abstrcat] Objective To study the effects of acute alcoholism on blood gas analysis in rabbits. Methods Forty New Zelanian big-ear rabbits were divided into four groups randomly. The control group (Group A), the hemorrhagic shock group (Group B), the acute alcoholism group (Group C)and the acute alcoholism and hemorrhagic shock combination group (Group D). Results The volume of blood of Group D was less than Group B. The volume of lipid of Group D needed more. pH and PaO2 of Group D and Group B were decreased than Group A, PaCO2 and lactic acid were risen in the shock and recovered. pH and PaO2 of D Group were decreased than B Group, PaCO2 and lactic acid of D Group were risen than Group B. pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and lactic acid for different time and different group weren’t statistically significant. There was no interaction of pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and lactic acid in different time and different group. Conclusion It will achieved acidosis and decrease in partial pressure of oxygen after hemorrhagic shock. Acute alcoholism can aggravate them.

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Shuanglong Prescription (SP) for experimental myocardial infarction in rats. Methods Rat models of myocardial infarction were induced by ligation of coronary artery. Fourteen days after treatment, myocardial infarction area, biochemical parameters and myocardial capillary density were detected to observe the effect of SP.Results After 14- day treatment, SP could reduce the area of myocardial infarction, increase the ratio of 6- keto- PGF1? and TXB2 and the capillary density.Conclusion SP has certain therapeutic effect for myocardial infarction in rats.
