Aplasia cutis congenita

A case of aplasia cutis congenital associated with underlying bony defect is presented and the literature is reviewed

Spontaneous pellet migration following gunshot injury to the brain

A case is reported in whom a pellet in the posterior fossa had shown migration and version. Review of literature suggests that migration of intracranial pellet is influenced by the specific gravity of the pellet compared to that of brain tissue and C.S.F.it is recommended that an x-ray be obtained after the final positioning of the head before surgery, or surgery done under fluoroscopic control

Trapped fourth ventricle

Trapped fourth ventricle is a rare clinical entity where an isolated dilatation of the fourth ventricle develops following lateral ventricular shunting. Very few cases have been reported in the literature. A case with trapped fourth ventricle is reported and its etiology, clinical features and management is discussed
