Objective@#To understand sexual and reproductive health knowledge, access to sexuality education and associated factors among secondary vocational school students in Shanghai Municipality and Shaanxi Province, so as to provide a scientific basis for conducting sexuality educaiton in vocational schools.@*Methods@#A crosssectional survey was conducted among 3 180 students in grades 1-3 selected by cluster sampling during April to June 2021 in six secondary vocational schools from three cities of Shanghai and Shaanxi (Shangluo, Ankang, Baoji). Participants were investigated through online questionnaire survey, inlcuding demographic characteristics, household information, sexual health at home and school, knowledge on sexual and reproductive health. Both t test and Chisquare test were used for group comparisons, and multivariate ordial Logistic regression was used to explore possible risk factors for sexual and reproductive health score in quartiles. @*Results@#Respondents average score was (51.36±21.61), with the highest score on sexual harassment/sexual abuse (66.45±42.27) and the lowest score on reproduction and physiology (47.67±31.94) and contraception (43.85±26.81). Although significant differences were observed between two study sites, the primary source of knowledge in both sites was schools/teachers, followed by the Internet or friends; the main theme of school sexuality education was puberty development and health care (more than 80%); the most frequently reported topic between respondents and their parents in both sites was interpersonal relationships (more than 55%), and there were significant differences in the reporting rates of secondary vocational school students between the two regions(χ2=28.56,32.02,P<0.05). The results of multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that residential area, gender, grade, registered residence, number of sexual related topics communicated with parents, number of subjects received from school sexuality education, and reported information sources from classmates/friends, books/magazines/newspapers, internet and communities were related to knowledge level of respondents (OR=1.62, 0.72, 1.20, 1.58, 2.09, 1.17, 1.18, 1.66, 1.62, 1.69, 1.22, P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#Vocational students of Shanghai and Shaanxi have poor sexual and reproductive health knowledge and limited access to school and family sexuality education. It is necessary to strengthen sexuality education for secondary vocational school students.

Objective To analyze the current status,hot spots and trends of Chinese and English researches in the field of aspiration after dysphasia in the past twenty years. Methods The articles about aspiration after dysphasia were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)core collec-tion database,from January,2003 to June,2023,and were analyzed with CiteSpace 6.1.R6. Results A total of 3 231 articles were included.The annual articles were published more and more year by year.The most English literatures came from the United States.Hot spots mainly focused on the assessment of dysphasia,prevention of complication,nutrition and rehabilitation therapy.It would concentrate on the application of the volume-viscosity swallow test and assessment scales,rehabilitation,penetration aspiration,outcome and effect validation,quality of life,feeding and nutrition condition,and evidence-based nursing,etc.,in the future. Conclusion The researches in the field of aspiration after dysphasia have been increasing in recent years,and the themes and contents of researches have been deepening.

Ischemic dysfunction is an important global health problem. Vascular endothelial cells(VECs) play a key role in angiogenesis, and insufficient vascular remodeling may lead to chronic nonhealing wounds. Therefore, effective VEC generation strategies of exploration help improve angiogenesisin damaged tissues. Embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are widely used in the study of tissueendothelialization, and endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are indispensable parts of the development ofVECs. The aims of this study were to find a rapid, easily screened and reproducible method for thederivation of EPCs from mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs), and obtain VECs with high survival ratesand strong functions from the directed differentiation of the EPCs. The results showed that mESCs weredifferentiated into " stepping stone" -like progenitor cells with active proliferative ability by 10 ng / mLVEGF and 5 ng / mL bFGF. At the same time, the method of differential adherence was helpful for theselection of EPCs, and EPCs induced high expression of CD133 and CD34 (The relative expressionlevels were 0. 88 ± 0. 04 and 2. 12 ± 0. 02, respectively) for 3 days. Then EPCs were digested withacctuse enzymes, and induced to differentiate into vascular endothelial-like cells by 50 ng / mL VEGF and25 ng / mL bFGF for 7 days. The endothelial cells not only expressed endothelial marker genes (CD31, CD144, LAMA5, Tek, KDR and vWF),and marker proteins CD31, CD144 and LAMA5 (The relativeexpression levels were 1. 07 ± 0. 03, 0. 60 ± 0. 02 and 0. 70 ± 0. 02, respectively), but also had thegood ability of migration, tubulogenesis and formation of W-P bodies. Moreover, PBS, EPC and VECwere used to treat wounds of the same size. Both EPC and VEC could accelerate the degree of tissuehealing (The relative healing rates were 78. 93 ± 75. 35%, 95. 57 ± 83. 73% and 100. 00 ± 0. 00%, respectively), and VEC significantly enhanced the ability of wound angiogenesis and inflammatoryresponses. In consequence, this study preliminarily confirmed that mESC-derived EPCs coulddifferentiate into VECs after directional induction for 7 days, which had good function of tissue repair. The physiological pathway on stem cells by stimulating angiogenesis is expected to become a new target fortissue remodeling.

Objective:To analyze the operation status of official voice in Beijing municipal hospitals and explore the countermeasures to optimize the operation of official short video tiktok.Methods:The 21 Beijing municipal tertiary public hospitals were selected as the research objects. The 17 tiktok numbers which had been approved by the hospital as of December 31, 2020 were included. The data of basic accounts, fans, points, themes, contents, and number of periodicity were analyzed. The theme and the number of praise of the short video tiktok that broke through 10 thousand times were analyzed. The current situation and problems of official voice in Beijing municipal hospitals were analyzed.Results:The 17 official tiktok accounts of the hospital issued 2 059 pieces of tiktok, 1 737.5 thousand fans, and 9 231.8 thousand times of points, the average number of entries was 4.5 thousand times. The official tiktok construction of Beijing municipal hospitals was still in its infancy. The problems included: the weakening of IP image and the lack of system design, lack of content productivity and interaction, unclear positioning and lack of operation strategy.Conclusions:The optimization of hospital official tiktok operation needs to properly handle the relationship between science and interest, systematicness and efficiency. We should clarify the account positioning, improve productivity, strengthen interaction, enhance linkage, and do a good job in supervision.

In order to enrich the transcriptome data of Fagopyrum dibotrys plants, analyze the genes encoding key enzyme involved in flavonoid biosynthesis pathway, and mine their functional genes, in this study, we performed RNA sequencing analysis for the rhizomes, roots, flowers, leaves and stems of F. dibotrys on the BGISEQ-500 sequencing platform. After de novo assembly of transcripts, a total of 205 619 unigenes were generated and 132 372 unigenes were obtained and annotated into seven public databases, of which, 81 327 unigenes were mapped to the GO database and most of the unigenes were annotated in cellular process, biological regulation, binding and catalytic activity. Besides, 86 922 unigenes were enriched in 136 pathways using KEGG database' and we identified 82 unigenes that encodes key enzymes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis. Comparing rhizome with root, flower, leaf or stem in F. dibotrys, 27 962 co-expressed differentially expressed genes(DEGs) were obtained. Among them, 23 515 DEGs of rhizome tissue-specific were enriched into 132 pathways and 13 unigenes were significantly enriched in biosynthesis of flavone and flavonol. In addition, we also identified 3 427 unigenes encoding 60 transcription factor(TFs) families as well as four unigenes encoding bHLH TFs were enriched in flavonoid biosynthesis. Our results greatly enriched the transcriptome database of plants, provided a reference for the analysis of key enzymes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis in plants, and will facilitate the study of the functions and regulatory mechanisms of key enzymes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis in F. dibotrys at the genetic level.

Objective To describe the status of hope,self-efficacy,and self-management in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)(stages 1-3)and to explore the interactions between these three variables.Methods Herth Hope Index,self-efficacy scale,and CKD self-management instrument were used to evaluate the patients with CKD(stages 1-3)in PUMC Hospital(=153). Structural equation modeling was used to establish the structural equation model of hope,self-efficacy,and self-management.Results The median score of hope was 40.0(36.0,44.5),and 85.0% of patients were in higher level of hope. The median score of self-efficacy was 8.3(7.1,9.4)and the overall score of self-management was 89.0±13.4. There were no significant differences in level of hope and self-management among patients with different age,gender,marital status,educational level,course of disease,and CKD stages(all >0.05). Age and marriage status were significantly associated with self-efficacy. Self-efficacy was significantly higher in >65 years group than in other age groups(<0.05)and was significantly higher in married group than in single group(<0.05).The level of hope had direct effect on self-efficacy(=0.67,<0.05)and self-management(=0.46,<0.05).Conclusions The levels of hope,self-efficacy,and self-management are high in patients with CKD(stages 1-3). Hope directly affects the self-efficacy and self-management of these patients.

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences among neck muscle fatigue evaluation algorithms and to find a more effective algorithm which can provide a human factor quantitative evaluation method for neck muscle fatigue during bending over the desk. We collected surface electromyography signal of sternocleidomastoid muscle of 15 subjects using wireless physiotherapy Bio-Radio when they bent over the desk using memory pillows for 12 minutes. Five algorithms including mean power frequency, spectral moments ratio, discrete wavelet transform, fuzzy approximation entropy and the complexity algorithms were used to calculate the corresponding muscle fatigue index. The least squares method was used to calculate the corresponding coefficient of determination and slope of the linear regression of the muscle fatigue metric. The coefficient of determination evaluates anti-interference ability of algorithms. The maximum vertical distance which is obtained by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for the slopes evaluates the ability to distinguish fatigue of algorithms. The results indicate that in the aspect of anti-interference ability, the fuzzy approximation entropy has the largest when using memory pillows with different heights. When the fuzzy approximate entropy is compared with average power frequency or the discrete wavelet transform, the differences are significant ( < 0.05). In terms of distinguishing the degree of fatigue, the approximate entropy is still the largest, with a maximum of 0.496 7. Fuzzy approximation entropy is superior to other algorithms in ability of anti-interference and distinguishing fatigue. Therefore, fuzzy approximation entropy can be used as a better evaluation algorithm in the evaluation of cervical muscle fatigue.

Objective To discuss the allocation of oral medical resource in west area of Chongqing,and investigate the caries prevalence in these population.Methods Study samples was raised with the multistage stratified random cluster sampling method,then data was analyzed to compare the allocation of oral medical.Resource,awareness degree on oral health and caries prevalence in each age grade between urban and rural area.Results In west area of Chongqing,the allocation of oral medical resource and awareness degree on oral health were better in urban area than those in rural area.In each age grade,the caries prevalence is higher in rural area,when compared with that in urban area.In addition,the caries prevalence of 5 years old group and 12 years old group is the same between male and female in both urban area and rural area (P>0.05).Nevertheless,in 35-44 years old and 65-74 years old group,the caries prevalence was higher in female compared with male in both urban area and rural area (P<0.05).Conclusion In west area of chongqing,the rural allocation of oral medical resource is bad and needs improvement,the awareness of oral hygiene is weak among population of rural area.In west area of Chongqing,women in 35-44 years and 65-74 years old should pay more attention to caries prevention and treatment.

Chinese medicinal formulae are the important means of clinical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. It is urgent to use modern advanced scientific and technological means to reveal the complicated mechanism of Chinese medicinal formulae because they have the function characteristics of multiple components, multiple targets and integrated regulation. The systematic and comprehensive research model of proteomic is in line with the function characteristics of Chinese medicinal formulae, and proteomic has been widely used in the study of pharmacological mechanism of Chinese medicinal formulae. The recent applications of proteomic in pharmacological study of Chinese medicinal formulae in anti-cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anti-liver disease, antidiabetic, anticancer, anti-rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases were reviewed in this paper, and then the future development direction of proteomic in pharmacological study of Chinese medicinal formulae was put forward. This review is to provide the ideas and method for proteomic research on function mechanism of Chinese medicinal formulae.

Total glucosides of peony (TGP), containing the effective components of paeoniflorin (Pae), albiflorin (Alb) and so on, are effective parts of Radix Paeoniae Alba. And it possesses extensive pharmacological actions, one of which is hepatoprotective effect. In recent years, abundant of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics research of TGP in hepatoprotective effects have been performed. However, the relative medicine of TGP in hepatoprotective effect has not been developed for clinical application. In order to provide reference for the development and rational clinical application of TGP, the research progresses of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of TGP in hepatoprotective effect were summarized in this paper. Pharmacokinetics research has clarified the process of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of TGP in vivo, and liver injury disease can significantly influence its metabolic processes. Pharmacodynamics studies suggested that TGP can protect against acute liver injury, non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD), chronic liver fibrosis and liver cancer. However, the action mechanism and in vivo process about hepatoprotective effects of TGP have not been clearly revealed. How liver injury influences the metabolism of TGP and its integrated regulation through multiple targets need to be further studied. The combined pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics studies should be performed in favour of medicine development and clinical application of TGP in hepatoprotective effects.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcomes of osteonecrosis of the femoral head after autologous bone marrow stem cell implantation. We searched the PubMed, Embase and Web of Science databases and included all case-control trials that reported on the clinical outcomes of osteonecrosis progression, incidence of total hip arthroplasty and improvement in Harris hip scores. Overall, seven case-control trials were included. Compared with the controls, patients treated with the bone marrow stem cells implantation treatment showed improved clinical outcomes with delayed osteonecrosis progression (odds ratio = 0.17, 95% CI: 0.09 - 0.32; p <0.001), a lower total hip arthroplasty incidence (odds ratio = 0.30, 95% CI: 0.12 - 0.72; p <0.01) and increased Harris hip scores (mean difference = 4.76, 95% CI: 1.24 - 8.28; p<0.01). The heterogeneity, publication bias, and sensitivity analyses showed no statistical difference significant differences between studies. Thus, our study suggests that autologous bone marrow stem cells implantation has a good therapeutic effect on osteonecrosis of the femoral, resulting in beneficial clinical outcomes. However, trials with larger sample sizes are needed to confirm these findings.

Objective To summarize the assessment standards of organ donation after cardiac death (DCD) donor lungs application and donor lung function maintenance experience.Method From Jan.2013 to June 2015,139 cases of DCD donors were subjected to rigorous assessment and effective donor lung function maintenance,and 11 donor lungs for lung transplantation were obtained.The donor lung cold ischemia time was (526.8-± 12.6) min (312 to 675 min).Double lung transplantation was performed on 9 cases,and 2 cases received single lung transplantation.Result Perioperatively,1 lung transplant recipient died of pulmonary infection.The survived 10 recipients had no rejection after operation,and obtained good quality of life during discharge to the final follow-up.Condusion The effect of donor lung transplantation using organ donation is satisfactory.The assessment standards and functional maintenance of donor lung are important factors to guarantee the success of lung transplantation.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>The aim of this study is to investigate whether microwave exposure would affect the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) signaling pathway to establish whether this plays a role in synaptic plasticity impairment.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>48 male Wistar rats were exposed to 30 mW/cm2 microwave for 10 min every other day for three times. Hippocampal structure was observed through H&E staining and transmission electron microscope. PC12 cells were exposed to 30 mW/cm2 microwave for 5 min and the synapse morphology was visualized with scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope. The release of amino acid neurotransmitters and calcium influx were detected. The expressions of several key NMDAR signaling molecules were evaluated.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Microwave exposure caused injury in rat hippocampal structure and PC12 cells, especially the structure and quantity of synapses. The ratio of glutamic acid and gamma-aminobutyric acid neurotransmitters was increased and the intracellular calcium level was elevated in PC12 cells. A significant change in NMDAR subunits (NR1, NR2A, and NR2B) and related signaling molecules (Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase II gamma and phosphorylated cAMP-response element binding protein) were examined.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>30 mW/cm2 microwave exposure resulted in alterations of synaptic structure, amino acid neurotransmitter release and calcium influx. NMDAR signaling molecules were closely associated with impaired synaptic plasticity.</p>

Objective:To analyze the drug use of a patient with intestinal obstruction induced by high dose of morphine to explore the role of clinical pharmacists during the therapeutic process. Methods:The dose titration of morphine, choice of analgesic drugs and dose conversion were adjusted by doctors and pharmacists using NRS scores of dynamic assessment for the patient. The pharmaceutical care was implemented for the patient induced by high dose of morphine. Results:The pharmaceutical supervision by clinical pharma-cists improved medication compliance of the patient. After fentanyl patches were used to replace morphine, the intestinal obstruction was relieved in the patient and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist can promote the rational use of opi-oids for patients with intestinal obstruction. The successful treatment of the patient with intestinal obstruction provides the reference for patients with intractable pain treated by opioids.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore the impact of microwave radiation on GC-2spd cells.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>We exposed cultured GC-2spd cells to microwave radiation at the average power densities of 0, 10 and 30 mW/cm2 for 15 minutes and, from I to 24 hours after the exposure, we observed the changes in cell proliferation, histology and ultrastructure, cell apoptosis, and cAMP content by MTIT, light microscopy, electron microscopy, flow cytometry and ELISA.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Compared with the control group, the GC-2spd cells showed a significant decrease in proliferation ability at 1 -24 hours after 10 and 30 mW/cm2 microwave radiation, except at 12 hours after 30 mW/cm2 radiation (P <0.05 or P <0.01), with reduced length and number of cell enation and increased intra cytoplasm vacuoles. The rate of cell apoptosis (%) was significantly increased in the 10 and 30 mW/cm2 groups at 6 hours (4.56 +/- 2.09 vs 14.59 +/- 1.09 and 8.48 +/- 1.73, P <0.05 or P <0.01) , with agglutination and margin translocation of chromatins and obvious dilation of endo cytoplasmic reticula. The cAMP content (nmol/g) in the GC-2spd cells was remarkably reduced in the 10 and 30 mW/cm2 groups at 6 and 24 hours (2.77 +/-0.24 vs 1.65+/- 0. 17 and 1.96+/-0.10, 3.02 +/-0.47 vs 2.13 +/-0.33 and 1.69 +/-0.27, P <0.05 or P <0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Microwave radiation at 10 and 30 mW/cm2 may cause injury to GC-2spd cells, which is manifested by decreased content of intracellular cAMP, reduced activity of cell proliferation, and increased rate of cell apoptosis.</p>

<p><b>OBJECTIVES</b>To establish a method for screening neonatal tetanus (NT) in high risk areas in China using multi-sources data.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>We adopted six NT-related indicators from National Notifiable Disease Report System (NNDRS) and National Maternal and Child Health Annual Report System, to calculate weighted high-risk score at prefecture level in 2010 and 2011. And we selected the top 30 high risk cities, and compared the scores with the actual NT incidence ranking and WHO scoring.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The highest areas distributed in the Southwest of China with poor and minority population, and the Southeast part with high density of migrants. In the leading 30 prefectures with high score between the methods of weighted high-risk scoring and reported NT incidence ranking, there were 8 different. In comparison of the results of the methods of weighed high-risk scoring and WHO scoring, 276 prefectures in 340 distributed were divided into the same ranking groups, with Kappa coefficient 0.56 (P < 0.01). The Chi-Square association coefficient was 0.74 (P < 0.01), which showed a high correlation. But there were 10 different prefectures in the leading 36 prefectures between the two methods.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The weighted scoring method included several possible factors influencing NT incidence and took their weights into consideration. Thereby, compared with WHO scoring method, this method could be more appropriate for the reality in China.</p>

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP), S-band high power microwave (S-HPM), and X-band high power microwave (X-HPM) on the Ca(2+) concentration and caspase-3 expression in Raji cells and the relationship between Ca(2+) concentration and caspase-3 expression, and to investigate the regulatory mechanism of electromagnetic radiation damage.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Raji cells were cultured conventionally. Some cells were irradiated by EMP, S-HPM, and X-HPM in the logarithmic growth phase for 6 hours and then collected; others received sham irradiation as a control. The Ca(2+) concentration in the cells was measured by laser scanning confocal microscope; the caspase-3 expression in the cells was evaluated by Western blot.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Compared with the control group (Ca(2+) fluorescence intensity = 43.08 ± 2.08; caspase-3 expression level = 0.444 ± 0.13), the EMP,S-HPM, and X-HPM groups had significantly increased Ca(2+) concentrations, with Ca(2+) fluorescence intensities of 69.56 ± 1.71, 50.06 ± 1.89, and 70.68 ± 1.59, respectively (P < 0.01), and had upregulated caspase-3 expression, with expression levels of 0.964 ± 0.12, 0.586 ± 0.16, and 0.970 ± 0.07, respectively (P < 0.01). Each of the EMP and X-HPM groups had significantly higher Ca(2+) fluorescence intensity and caspase-3 expression level than the S-HPM group (P < 0.01), but there were no significant differences between the EMP and X-HPM groups. The linear regression analysis showed that the caspase-3 expression was upregulated as the Ca(2+) concentration increased, with a positive correlation between them (P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>EMP, S-HPM, and X-HPM cause damage probably by increasing the Ca(2+) concentration in cells and in turn inducing caspase-3 overexpression.</p>

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the pharmacokinetic effect of Sappan Lignum on hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) in Carthami Flos.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Concentration of HSYA in rat plasma was detected by RP-HPLC after rats were orally administered with extracts of Carthami Flos or Carthami Flos combined with Sappan Lignum. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 2.0 pharmacokinetic software.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>In vivo pharmacokinetic models of HSYA were two-compartment open models in both of the Carthami Flos group and the Carthami Flos combined with Sappan Lignum group. After compatibility, HSYA showed a significant lower in apparent volumes of distribution of t(1/2Ka), t(1/2alpha) and V1/F, with slight advance in T(max).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Sappan Lignum can accelerate absorption, distribution and metabolic process of HSYA in vivo and reduce its accumulation in vivo.</p>
