摘要

Objective@#To explore the prevalence of maternal adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and the association with autistic behavior of preschool children, to provide a basis for the effective prevention of autism occurrence in preschool children.@*Methods@#Through stratified cluster sampling, 3 655 preschool children in Hefei City were selected and surveyed regarding general information. Maternal ACEs and childhood autistic behaviors were assessed using the Adverse Childhood Experiences International Questionnaire and the Clancy Autism Behaviour Scale, respectively. Multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between maternal ACEs and child autistic behaviors.@*Results@#The prevalence of autistic behavior was 6.10%, with significantly higher in boys (7.22%) than girls(4.86%)( χ 2=8.85, P <0.01). After adjustment for the confounding factors, the detection rate of autistic behaviors was higher in children of mother with ACEs than those of mother without( OR=2.77, 95%CI=1.92-3.99, P <0.05). Maternal ACEs were associated with an increased risk of autistic behaviors both in preschool boys and girls (boys: OR=2.90, 95%CI =1.81-4.64; girls: OR=2.56, 95%CI =1.43-4.61, all P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#Maternal ACEs are associated with increased risk of autistic behaviors among preschool children. More attention should be paid to the intergenerational effects of maternal ACEs to reduce risk of autism among preschool children.

摘要

Objective To discuss the application of C-arm CT scan in performing precise prostatic arterial embolization (PAE).Methods The dominant artery of the prostate and its spatial relationship with the peripheral blood vessels were identified by intraoperative synchronous XperCT angiography, which was followed by the performance of precise PAE.Results Among 16 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, one patient had to give up the operation because abdominal aortic aneurysm was found by intraoperative angiography;2 patients received unilateral precise PAE as contralateral internal iliac artery was occluded;bilateral precise PAE was successfully accomplished in 13 patients.XperCT angiography was successfully performed for all the arteries that were treated with embolization.Based on the contrast agent staining of the prostate gland and the 3D reconstruction of peripheral arteries, the dominant artery of the prostate and its spatial relationship with the peripheral blood vessels were determined, and precise PAE was carried out. After PAE,no ectopic embolism-related complications occurred. One month after PAE,the remission rate of clinical symptoms was 100%.Conclusion Intraoperative C-arm CT scan can provide more accurate images which are very important for accurately identifying the prostate arteries and its relationship with the peripheral vessels,therefore,C-arm CT scan is an important technical support for the performance of precise PAE.

摘要

Objective To study the clinical outcomes of diffuse axonal injury(DAI) Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted involving 105 patients with DAI treated with comprehensive therapies. Results In the follow-up for 6 to 30 months,23 patients died, and among the 82 patients survived,6 wefe in vegetative state,19 had severe disabilities,37 had moderate disabilities, and 20 showed good recovery. Conclusion Comprehensive treatments including early use of hormones, hypothcrmic therapy, and application of hyperbaric oxygen and nimodipine can improve the prognosis of DAI.

摘要

OBJECTIVETo investigate the correlation of multiple primary lung cancer with bronchial epithelial dysplasia and atypical adenomatous hyperplasia of bronchiolo-alveolar epithelium.

METHODSCareful pathological examinations were performed on 114 surgical specimens of primary lung carcinoma. The correlation of multiple primary lung cancer with bronchial epithelial dysplasia and atypical adenomatous hyperplasia of bronchiolo-alveolar epithelium was analyzed.

RESULTSOf 114 cases of primary lung cancer,13 cases of multiple primary lung cancer (11.4 %) was identifiedìwhich consisted of 6 cases containing two primary bronchogenic carcinoma and 7 containing one bronchogenic carcinoma and one bronchiolo-alveolar carcinoma. The rate of multiple primary lung cancers was significantly higher in individuals with high grade bronchial epithelial dysplasia than in those with low grade dysplasia (r=0.238, P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONBronchial and alveolar epithelial cells may develop malignancy synchronously or metachronously. The probability of developing multiple primary lung cancer will increase in the lungs with extensive and severe bronchial epithelial dysplasia.

摘要

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the significance of extended radical resection in the treatment of pancreatic head cancer and its indication.

METHODSBetween Jan. 1995 and Dec. 1998, 56 patients with pancreatic head cancer were retrospectively reviewed, among whom 35 were treated by the Whipple operation and 21 received the extended radical resection during the same interval.

RESULTSThere was no significant difference between the mortality and morbidity rate of complication, though with more patients having higher clinical stages in the extended radical resection group. The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rates were 84.8%, 62.8%, 39.9% in the extended radical resection group and 70.8%, 47.6%, 17.2% in the Whipple operation group with significant difference between the two groups. The total mortality rate was 51.4% in Whipple group and 42.9% in extended radical resection group with significant difference between the two. The 3-year cumulative rate of death from local recurrence decreased from 37.4% in the Whipple group to 23.8% in the extended radical operation group. Patients who survived for more than 3 years were only those in clinical stage (SC)1 in the Whipple group whereas they were found both in patients who had had CS1, CS2 lesions and also in some who had CS3 lesions in the extended radical resection group.

CONCLUSIONThe extended radical operation does benefit patients with pancreatic head carcinoma in CS1, CS2 and in a part of CS3 without too extensive exrtra-pancreatic invasion.
