@#Objective To explore lessons learned from the initial launch of (carotid endarterectomy,CEA) surgery and provide experience for other doctors.Methods The preparation process of CEA surgeries in our hospital were reviewed of and summarized.Results A total of 31 cases of CEA were performed in two departments.There were 6 cases of postoperative complications,including 3 cases of cervical hematoma,2 cases of intracranial hemorrhage and 1 case of carotid artery occlusion.Conclusion Reasonable training,rigorous evaluation,standardized operation and scientific management can greatly reduce the risk of surgery and minimize the occurrence of complications.
