摘要

Objective To establish drug use evaluation(DUE)criteria for aminocaproic acid injection, and to evaluate and analyse clinical use of aminocaproic acid injection. Methods Based on the aminocaproic acid injection drug label,DUE of aminocaproic acid injection from three aspects(indications, medications and medication results)were established with reference to relevant literature.A retrospective survey was conducted to evaluate the rationality of medication for inpatients who used aminocaproic acid injection from July 1,2021 to June 30,2022 in Fuding Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results A total of 143 midical records were included.73 cases fully met the DUE criteria,70 cases did not fully meet the DUE criteria, and the unreasonable rate was 48.95%.The most common types of irrational using of aminocaproic acid injection were inappropriate timing of perioperative prevention of medication(26.57%),overcourse in perioperative prevention of medication(23.08%),and contraindications(7.69%).Conclusions The aminocaproic acid injection DUE standard established is scientific, practical, the irrational rate of aminocaproic acid injection use is relatively high in this hospital, and the management of rational use of aminocaproic acid injection needs to be strengthened.

摘要

Objective: To study the expression of CD44 in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and explore the possible mechanisms. Methods: 236 patients suspected with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected and divided into pulmonary tuberculosis group ( n= 152) and non-pulmonary tuberculosis group ( n= 84), and 100 healthy people were randomly selected as healthy control group. The expression of CD44 was evaluated by qRT-PCR and ELISA in peripheral blood and pleural effusion from different patients. The CD44 levels at pre and post-treatment time points were determined by ELISA. The inducing factors of increased CD44 and the potentialroles played by CD44 in the pathogenesis of TB were also evaluated. We elucidated whether CD44 detection could combine with T-spot. TB to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis rapidly and accurately. Results: The expression of CD44 in pulmonary tuberculosis patients was higher compared with the non-pulmonary tuberculosis patients and healthy people, and would be down-regulated after treatment for 3, 6 and 9 months. Besides, CD44 could not remove H37 Ra by the CFU assay, and could promote the expression of CCL-2, indicating that CCD4 promote the mobility the THP-1 via induction of CCL-2. Besides, TNF-α neutralizing antibody, added into the macrophages, could inhibit the expression of CD44, and functional TNF-α induced the expression of TNF-α. Conclusion: CD44 is highly expressed in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, which may be due to the high expression of TNF-α in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, stimulating macrophages to produce CD44, and it will provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.

摘要

OBJECTIVETo identify and generalize classes of public health laboratory detection activities and to discuss the method of identification and generalization of classes of Public Health Conceptual Information Model.

METHODSAt first, materials should be collected from consulting literatures and experts, referring to the existing system. Then, identification and generalization of classes are got for business process analysis, writing description documents, summing up important conceptions and activities, By use-case analysis, use-case diagram and tabulation of important conception and activities and reference to PHCDM, a structural diagram of classes is constructed.

RESULTSA structure diagram of classes of public health laboratory detection activity is given.

CONCLUSIONSThis is a feasible method in identification and generalization of classes of public health laboratory detection activities.
