摘要

@#Objective To analyze the current development of researches on biomarkers for predicting the efficacy of immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer and to provide reference for subsequent studies. Methods Studies on biomarkers for predicting the efficacy of immunotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection from 2017 to 2021 were searched by computer. The annual distribution, journals, authors, countries, institutions, and keywords of studies were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace. Results A total of 426 studies were collected, including 298 articles and 128 reviews. The average number of published studies was about 85, and increased year by year. PD-L1 expression, tumor mutational burden, tumor microenvironment and liquid biopsy were hot keywords in this field. Conclusion In the future, combination of biomarkers in the liquid biopsy and tumor microenvironment with radiomics analysis will be the research hotspot and frontier in this field for more accurate assessment with tumor-related signatures such as lymphocytic immune status and characteristics of tumor lesions in non-small cell lung cancer patients.

摘要

Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play a similar role of stem cells in promoting healing and regeneration of tissue and organ through paracrine, which avoids the risks of direct transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells such as tumorigenic, ethics, immune rejection, et al. Exosomes derived from MSCs that are able to participate in intercellular communication, maintain homeostasis of microenvironment, promote cell proliferation and migration, repair extracellular matrix, and transmit between different species without causing obvious immune response, exhibiting great potential in healing and regeneration of tissue and organ. The authors review the characteristics, extraction and identification of exosomes derived from MSCs and their application in the repair and regeneration of spinal cord, skin, bone, tendons, nerves and other tissues, hoping to provide a reference for clinical application of exosomes derived from MSCs in tissue and organ repair.

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of volume resuscitation with normal saline (NS) at 37 ℃ on the coagulation function and microcirculation of neonates with septic shock. Methods Children with septic shock admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University were enrolled. Twenty-four newborns with septic shock were divided into two groups by random number table method (12 in each group), and were resuscitated with 10 mL/kg at 25 ℃ NS and 37 ℃ NS respectively on the basis of routine treatment. FactorⅡ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ, and prothrombin time (PT), thrombin Time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), D-Dimer (DD), lactic acid (Lac) were detected before treatment and 6 hours and 12 hours after treatment. Results The levels of coagulation factors Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ were not significantly changed before and after treatment in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, PT and APTT in both groups were gradually shortened, DD and Lac were gradually decreased, FIB were gradually increased, while TT had no significant change. Among them, PT, APTT, DD and Lac at 6 hours after treatment in 37 ℃NS group were significantly lower than those before treatment [PT (s): 14.07±1.02 vs. 17.08±1.54, APTT (s):54.83±12.39 vs. 69.17±16.36, DD (mg/L): 2.40±0.63 vs. 4.18±0.88, Lac (mmol/L): 2.84±0.82 vs. 5.98±1.17, all P < 0.05]; DD and Lac at 6 hours after treatment in 25 ℃ NS group were significantly lower than those before treatment [DD (mg/L): 3.13±0.84 vs. 4.16±1.04, Lac (mmol/L): 4.83±0.64 vs. 5.69±0.74, both P < 0.05], and PT at 12 hours after treatment was significantly shorter than that before treatment (s: 14.63±1.14 vs. 16.48±1.61, P < 0.01); FIB in both 25 ℃ NS group and 37 ℃ NS group at 12 hours after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (g/L: 2.83±0.83 vs. 1.58±0.43, 2.87±0.87 vs. 1.47±0.41, both P < 0.01), but TT had no significant change. The comparison between groups showed that PT, DD and Lac in the 37 ℃ NS group were significantly lower than those in the 25 ℃ NS group at 6 hours after treatment [PT (s): 14.07±1.02 vs. 15.69±1.21, DD (mg/L): 2.40±0.63 vs. 3.13±0.84, Lac (mmol/L): 2.84±0.82 vs. 4.83±0.64, all P < 0.05]; at 12 hours after treatment, PT, APTT and DD in the 37 ℃NS group were significantly lower than those in the 25 ℃ NS group [PT (s): 13.26±0.91 vs. 14.63±1.14, APTT (s):37.08±10.43 vs. 54.75±14.96, DD (mg/L): 1.20±0.59 vs. 2.06±0.69, all P < 0.01], and FIB was significantly higher than that in the 25 ℃ NS group (g/L: 2.87±0.87 vs. 2.83±0.83, P < 0.05). Conclusion Volume resuscitation at 37 ℃ can improve the coagulation function and microcirculation of newborns with septic shock.

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of Chinese herbal compound, Tengmei decoction, on type II collagen-induced arthritis ( CIA) in rats, and to examine the changes of arthritis index ( AI) , limb swelling, joint tissue inflammatory infiltration, and the effects on immune-inflammatory factors.Methods Sprague-Dawley rat models of arthritis were successfully established by intradermal injection of type II collagen and Freund’ s complete adjuvant.The model rats were randomly divided into model group, positive drug group, and high-and low-dose Chinese medicine groups, 6 rats in each group.The intervention and treatment period was 12 weeks.To measure weekly the anteroposterior and transverse diameters of the rear ankles and wrists, the transverse diameter of the claw foot palm pad, the thickness and the highest point width of hind limb plantar joint swelling, and to evaluate the integrated scores of joints and limbs swelling using a vernier caliper.Results ①Compared with the normal group, the total arthritis scores and hind limbs AI scores of the model group were significantly increased ( P <0.05 or P <0.01 ) .The left forelimb AI scores were significantly increased during 10 -12 weeks ( P <0.05 ) .The anteroposterior and transverse diameters of the left hind limb, the thickness of the highest point measurement of the left hind foot pad metatarsal were significantly increased ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) in different time periods between 1-12 weeks.Compared with the model group, the total scores and the left hind limb joints AI scores of the high-and low-dose drug groups were decreased after 6 weeks (P<0.05).②Compared with the normal control group, levels of mRNA transcription and protein expression of IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly up-regulated ( P<0.01 ) in the model group.Compared with the model group, the levels of mRNA transcription and the expression of IL-6 and TNF-αproteins were significantly down-regulated in the positive group and Chinese medicine groups ( P <0.01 ) .③ Histological examination showed that the low-dose TCM significantly improved the CIA synovial hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusions The molecular mechanism of Chinese herbal compound Tengmei decotion in improving joint pathological injury of CIA rat models may be related to its inhibitory effect on the high expression of immune-inflammatory factors in the synovial tissue of CIA rats.
