Effect of early rehabilitation training on prognosis of patients with acute stroke / 中国现代医生

ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss effect of early rehabilitation training on prognosis of stroke. Methods Eighty cases with stroke were divided into intervention group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) by random number method. Control group received normal care, intervention group added the stage of rehabilitation training based on normal care. All cases were surveyed by Barthel and Fugl-Meyer. Results Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score on discharge were higher than those on admission, and 6 months after discharge were higher than those on admission (P<0.01). Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score of intervention group on discharge and 6 months after discharge were higher than those of control gorup (P<0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for stroke can improve prognosis, worthy of clinical application.
