ABSTRACT
Objective: To assess the effect of Compound Danshen(CD) Injection (Radix Salviae Militiorrhizae) in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Methods : Sixty-three cases (aged 56~78, 61.9 years on average) with HCH were randomly divided into three groups: (CD+Deproteinized Calf-blood Extractives (DCE) group and Reptilase+DCE group as the treated groups, DCE group as the control group) to observe the outcome of the clinical treatment, hematoma absorbability and changes of ADP-platelet agglutination rate (Pag) and prothrombin time (PT).
