ABSTRACT

Objective To study the roles of TGF-? 1 and CDK4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).Methods The expression of TGF-? 1 and CDK4 was examined in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal esophageal mucosa with SABC immunohistochemical technique. All the samples were stained by HE to confirm their pathologic characters. The number of positive cells was counted under microscope.
