0.05) between the two groups.After the reperfusion,an absolute reduction of peak CK-MB can be observed in the atorvastatin group compared with the control group(253.24?35.21 U/L vs 361.30?26.31 U/L,P=0.040) whereas the SOD levels of the atorvastin group was higher than that in the control group(40.10?2.15 U/mL vs 36.05?6.97 U/mL,P=0.037).Conclusions Atorvastatin can reduce oxygen free radical produced during reperfusion,playing a protective role for the myocardial cell during I/R injury.
