Megalocytic interstitial nephintis [case report]

Megalocytic interstitial nephritis [M.I.N] is extremely rare disease affecting primarily the renal cortex. It is characterised by discrete or confluent yellow foci composed of macrophages lacking Michaelis-gutmann bodies which are seen in Malakoplakia.
