ABSTRACT
Although Fanconi anaemia's haematological manifestations present between the ages of infancy and adulthood, we report here a case presenting at birth. The baby had physical [absent kidney and thumb] and laboratory criteria [absent foetal i-antigen, high Hb f and chromosomal breaks] that supported the diagnosis of Fanconi anaemia
