ABSTRACT

Raising training quality is the core of the education of graduate students.In recent years,graduate students have expanded to recruit and make the education of graduate students faced with many problems,which challenges the graduate students' training quality.As the recruitment scale expanded year after year,colleges have to assume the specific management task in the university.The angle that we manage from institute is discussed according to the major link in the training of graduate student for how to ensure the training quality of graduate students.
