ABSTRACT

Severe coronary artery calcification (CAC ) will not only affect characteristics of coronary plaques , but increase the difficulty and risk of coronary intervention .Optical coherence tomography (OCT) , as an intracoronary imaging method with extremely high resolution , is capable of more accurately judging coronary lesion characteristics during intervention , then optimizing intervention strategies of coronary heart disease and medication .
