O envolvimento do adolescente em semiliberdade com o ato infracional sob a perspectiva ecológica / The involvement of the adolescents in socio-educative measure with antisocial behavior from the ecological approach

RESUMO

Este artigo teve como objetivo investigar o contexto ecológico e o envolvimento com a infração de adolescentes que cumpriam medida socioeducativa em semiliberdade. Trata-se do recorte de uma pesquisa qualitativa, na qual foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 21 adolescentes do sexo masculino, com idade entre 15 e 20 anos, que cumpriam medida socioeducativa em uma cidade do interior do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Análise de conteúdo qualitativa evidenciou estratégias empobrecidas dos adolescentes para resolução de conflitos, bem como fragilidades no micro e exossistema. Destaca-se a ausência de relações saudáveis e estáveis em diversos âmbitos e a exposição a situações de risco desde a infância. Assim, o contexto ecológico que poderia se constituir em fator de proteção é atravessado por fatores de risco, permeando o envolvimento com o ato infracional. Atenta-se para a importância de garantir a eficácia de políticas públicas voltadas para a promoção do desenvolvimento saudável dos adolescentes.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This article aimed to investigate the ecological context and involvement with the unlawful activities of adolescents who are under socio-educative measure in semi-open regime. This is a fragment of a qualitative research, in which semi-structured interviews was performed with 21 adolescents, aged between 15 and 20 years who fulfill socioeducative measure in a countryside city in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Qualitative data analysis showed impoverished strategies for conflict resolution, and weaknesses in micro and exosystem. It is important to highlight the absence of healthy and stable relations in many fields and the exposure to risk situations since childhood. In this sense, the ecological context that could be a protective factor is crossed by risk factors, which influence the unlawful activities. It is important to ensure the effectiveness of public policies aimed to promote the healthy adolescent development.(AU)
