Misdiagnosis Analysis of Lung Cancer for 62 Cases / 中国现代医生

ABSTRACT

Objective Analysis of tuberculosis and lung cancer clinical symptoms and X-ray findings and raise awareness of these two dis-eases. Methods Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of lung cancer diagnosed as tuberculosis clinical data. Results Tuberculosis and lung cancer have similar clinical manifestations and X-ray findings. Conclusion Clinicians should broaden the knowledge and timely application of bronchoscopy, chest CT examination, early diagnosis and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
