ABSTRACT
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) refers to the clinical syndrome characterized by excess deposition of fat in hepatocytes, which is due to the non-alcoholic or other definitive liver damage factors, which is closely related to insulin resistance and hereditary sensibility. Its typical process starts from simple fatty liver, then progresses to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, and eventually develops into primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).According to domestic and foreign literature reports in recent years,we make this review on the research status and progress of the pathogenesis of NAFLD-associated HCC.
