Lead technology and knowledge into a post-pandemic world

During the COVID-19 pandemic, transformational leadership, the use of informational technology and knowledge management have become focal points due to the increased use of remote platforms. After interviewing executives, we found these three pillars of success to be undeniably important. Developing a new and dynamic conception of transformational leadership within the information technology and knowledge management paradigms can propel leaders into the future post-pandemic world.
