ABSTRACT
The literature concerning the reactivation of tourism is debated between models that include exogenous determinants such as policies in the face of climate change and models of endogenous factors such as the stock market history of companies or the implementation of biosafety protocols. Faced with this scenario, the proposals for hybrid models consist of the anticipation of risk scenarios based on cognitive factors. The objective of this work was to establish the structural equation modelling of the prediction of tourist reactivation based on psychosocial determinants. A cross-sectional and psychometric study was carried out with a selection of 345 potential tourists, considering their confinement and social distancing, as well as their frequency of movement. It was found that the motivation of the trip determined the satisfactory experience, although the design of the research limited the results to the sample, suggesting the extension of the work to other settings.
