Effectively preventing and controlling the spread of infection in medical institutions, especially the infectious occupational exposure of front-line medical staff who are directly involved in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), is one of the key steps to implement the legal and scientific requirements for prevention and control, effectively treat patients, and achieve the goal of effective prevention and control of the epidemic. It is necessary to adhere to systemic thinking and bottom-line thinking, intensify the idea of 'prevention first, scientific response', take comprehensive measures by prioritizing the risk of occupational exposure, make reasonable personal protection, more importantly, the scientific and standardized control of engineering , management and behavior in medical institutions, and a-void insufficient or excessive protection

我国新型冠状病毒感染防控正处于焦灼对垒状态,有效防控医疗机构内感染传播,尤其是直接参与新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)救治工作的临床一线医务人员的感染性职业暴露,是落实依法、科学防控要求,有效救治患者,实现有效防控疫情目标的关键环节之一。坚持系统思维、底线思维,强化预防为主,科学应对,按照职业暴露风险防控的优先级排序,综合施策,既要合理做好个人防护,更要科学、规范地做好医疗机构内感染防控的工程控制、管理控制和行为控制,避免防护不足和防护过度。
