The accidental tourist

The book, written by Anne Tyler, won the National Book Critics Circle award in 1985 for the most distinguished work of fiction. The famous Lawrence Kasdan made a movie of it, starring William Hurt and Kathleen Turner. We saw this couple in one of the best films of the last decades: Body Heat. So it was with great expectations that I went to see the film. Although everybody knows the saying: "the book is better", in this case it is really so. The film is saved by the sparkling appearance of Geena Davis as a dog trainer. The character played by William Hurt gives us a perfect picture of Natrum muriaticum
