Birth and death, and all the expressions that occur between this two facts, which is what we call life, have ever being an interesting subject for philosophy and science. Living organisms have appropriate mechanisms for their maintenance and recovery; however, they finally succumb to illness and extinction. Samuel Hahnemann considered this phenomenon as "a miserable and incomplete efforts", "a non intelligent energy and non worthy to imitate"; a contradictory affirmation to the hierarchy that he lately gives to nature, as a foundation of the essential principle of Homeopathy the Similarity Law; some statements worthy for analysis. Nowadays, we count on with the multidisciplinary perspective and the prompt access to the information and communication technologies (ICT), that enable us to bring the expert voices from another sciences, to enhance knowledge evolution, avoid duplicity, unify scientific terminology and give support to the Medicine in every area. Life is dynamism, energy, activity, impulse and vis medicatrix naturae is the life's power to heal itself. As an energetic phenomenon, they deserve to be studied through biology and physics, especially thermodynamic laws, that give us a valuable information about life´s origin, maintenance, restoration and the eventual failure that leads every living being to aging, dissipation, chaos, illness, collapse and death. A great number of contemporary authors have done a lot of very valuable contributions and a renewal terminology is mandatory to know and communicate. Struggle about legalize or invalidate the vital or dynamic energy concept and its demonstration requires already a consensus in homeopathic community in order to be able to enhance vanguard studies to increase importance to Homeopathy as a medical model, for humanity's benefit.
