The presente work was carried out from the homeopathic clinical follow-up of a patient for 12 months, having as theoretical basis a literature review. The objective is to report the clinical Evolution of a patient diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD) based on the DSM-5 criteria. Only homeopathic medication and bimonthly clinical follow-up were used as therapy, with subjective improvement in general well-being and underlying complaints without concomitante use with allopathy or Other tharapies.(AU)
