The aim of this article is to show through the evolution of a patient from clinical practice the importance of individuality in the process of disease and cure. According to Masi Elizalde, primary Psora is the factor defining individualization in the totality expressed in the substantial compound that constitutes a human being. Primary Psora manifests through the imaginary sensation of the loss of a virtue or natural endowment consequent to the misguided wish to possess na equivalent divine attribute favoring, thus, the possibility to trigger a state of unbalance or disease. The case reported in this article describes a patient diagnosed with depression, who after several ineffective prescriptions took homeopathic medicine Psorinum. In her evolution it can be seen a new relationship of the patient with her primary Psora, which now is a factor of liberation, also corresponding to Psorinum, according to hypotheses proposed by Masi.(AU)
