ABSTRACT

We report a case of advanced breast cancer with liver metastasis(T2N1M1, Stage IV )achieving a significant improvement of QOL by multi-disciplinary therapy. The patient was 37-year-old woman who had breast lump and axillary lymph nodes swelling with liver metastasis. A core needle biopsy for breast tumor led to a diagnosis of an invasive ductal carcinoma, negative for estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor, and positive for HER2/neu protein expression. The Ki-67 positive cell index was 40%. She received 16 courses of DOC plus HER plus PER(docetaxel 75mg/m / 2, trastuzumab 6 mg/kg, pertu- zumab 450mg/body, and received 4 courses of EC(epirubicin 90mg/m / 2, cyclophosphamide 600 mg/m2). The breast lesion and liver metastatic lesion disappeared after chemotherapy. We checked up whole body. There was no metastatic lesion. Therefore, we diagnosed a clinical complete response. We performed muscle preserving mastectomy and axillary lymph nodes dissection. The pathological diagnosis from resected specimens were pathological complete response. The surgical margin was negative. She was started the endocrine therapy by tamoxifen(20mg/day). Three years after surgery, she was well without metastases. Multi-disciplinary therapy can improve patient QOL and the clinical outcomes in Stage IV advanced breast cancer.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Breast cancer liver metastases (BCLM) are considered the most lethal compared with other sites of metastases in patients with breast cancer. This study aimed to evaluate the outcome after hepatectomy for BCLM within current multidisciplinary treatment and to develop a clinically useful nomogram to predict survival. METHODS: Between January 1985 and December 2012, 139 consecutive female patients underwent liver resection for BCLM at the authors' institution. Clinicopathologic data were collected and analyzed for survival outcome with determination of prognostic factors. A nomogram to predict survival was developed based on a multivariate Cox model. The predictive performance of the model was assessed according to the C-statistic and calibration plots. RESULTS: After a median follow-up period of 55 months, the overall 3- and 5-year survival rates after hepatectomy were respectively 58 and 47 %. The median overall survival period was 56 months, and the median disease-free survival period after surgical resection was 33 months. A single hepatic metastasis, no triple negative tumors, no microscopic vascular invasion, and perioperative hormonal or targeted therapy were related to improved overall survival. The model achieved good discrimination and calibration, with a C-statistic of 0.80. CONCLUSIONS: Liver resection for selected patients with breast cancer metastases can provide significant survival benefit. It should be part of a multidisciplinary treatment program in experienced liver surgery centers. The authors' nomogram facilitates personalized assessment of prognosis for these patients.

ABSTRACT

A 64-year-old woman visited hospital with a chief complaint of a nodule at the left neck skin. Skin biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma, and the diagnosis was skin metastasis of unknown primary origin. Positron emission tomography and computed tomography showed multiple bone and lymph node metastasis, left breast tumor, bladder tumor, and hydronephrosis. A needle biopsy of breast revealed invasive ductal carcinoma, and transurethral biopsy of bladder revealed adenocarcinoma. The findings were similar to those for the breast and the expression pattern of estrogen-receptor was the same. We diagnosed her with breast cancer and bladder metastasis. We administered systemic chemotherapy, however she died 10 days later. Bladder metastasis of breast cancer is rarely encountered in clinical practice and is often accompanied by life threatening symptoms. Careful histopathological examinations and rapid systemic chemotherapy are significant.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: Salivary duct carcinoma (SDC) of the parotid gland is a highly aggressive and uncommon tumor. Overexpression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) is characteristic of SDC. HER-2 overexpression is considered a poor prognostic marker for SDC, and anti-HER-2 therapy has been suggested as a therapeutic option. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two patients with SDC were analyzed for HER-2 overexpression and gene amplification using immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization. RESULTS: In 1 patient, no expression of HER-2 was found. In the other patient, HER-2 was demonstrated. The patient with HER-2 overexpression had a worse prognosis, and trastuzumab proved to be an effective treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The present results have also suggested that HER-2 overexpression is associated with a poor prognosis. Therefore, HER-2 status should be evaluated at least in the presence of advanced SDC, and targeted therapy should be considered in the adjuvant setting.

ABSTRACT

A rise in incidence and decrease in mortality rates from breast cancer have lead to an increase in prevalence within developed countries. Presentation is classically with a palpable breast tissue mass that may metastasize to bone, lung, liver, brain, lymph nodes, and skin. We describe a delayed diagnosis, in an 80-year-old female patient, where, on 2 occasions, the primary initial presentation was with a cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma in the right axilla. It was not until the third referral, with an ipsilateral breast lump, that breast cancer was clinically diagnosed. This was histologically identified as the primary malignancy, most likely in-keeping with squamous cell carcinoma of the breast. This unique atypical presentation represents a diagnostic challenge and highlights a clinically relevant learning point that may avoid subsequent diagnostic delay. Cutaneous axillary lesions should be treated with a high index of suspicion, necessitating the requirement for chest examination because of the possible presence of an associated primary breast carcinoma.

ABSTRACT

Tumor-to-tumor metastasis is an uncommon but well-documented phenomenon. We present a case of a clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) metastasizing to an invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) of the breast. A 74-year-old woman with a past history of clear cell RCC status after radical nephrectomy underwent right modified radical mastectomy for an enlarging breast mass 3 years after nephrectomy. Histological examination revealed a small focus with distinct morphological features similar to clear cell RCC encased in the otherwise typical IDC. Immunohistochemical studies showed that this focus was positive for CD10 and vimentin, in contrast to the surrounding IDC, which was negative for both markers and positive for Her2/neu. Based on the histological and immunohistochemical features, the patient was diagnosed with metastasis of clear cell RCC to the breast IDC. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of a breast neoplasm as the recipient tumor in tumor-to-tumor metastasis.

ABSTRACT

RATIONALE: Salivary duct carcinoma (SDC) is an aggressive form of cancer, with cutaneous metastasis being a rare occurrence. Furthermore, cutaneous metastasis of SDC secondary to a scald is even rarer, and to the best of our knowledge, our case represents the first such instance. Considering the involvement of the fingers in the metastatic site, which may affect limb function and quality of life, we present this case to explore the reason why scald could lead to distant recurrence and better treatment options. PATIENT CONCERNS: An 85-year-old man diagnosed with SDC in the parotid gland found enlarged masses at the fingertips as a consequence of a burn, 6 years after his initial treatment. DIAGNOSES: Cutaneous metastasis of SDC in the parotid gland and left thumb loss due to surgery. INTERVENTIONS: Radiotherapy was offered, targeting at the masses on the fingers, with dose at 15 Gy in 3 fractions, 12 Gy in 3 fractions, 15 Gy in 3 fractions for both hands and additional 21 Gy in 7 fractions only for left hand. OUTCOMES: The tumors shrank after 2 months of radiotherapy and the patient recovered well. Side effects included nail hyperplasia and paronychia. LESSONS: Connections between scald and distant metastasis of malignant tumors in this case needed further investigation. Considering reserving function of the fingers while dealing with metastasis, radiotherapy is recommended rather than surgery.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To explore the reliability and feasibility of blood oxygenation level-dependent-based functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) to depict hypoxia in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. METHODS: A total of 103 women with 104 invasive ductal carcinomas (IDCs) underwent breast BOLD-fMRI at 3.0 T. Histological specimens were analysed for tumour size, grade, axillary lymph nodes and expression of oestrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, p53, Ki-67 and hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α). The distribution and reliability of R2* were analysed. Correlations of the R2* value with the prognostic factors and HIF-1α were respectively analysed. RESULTS: The R2* map of IDC demonstrated a relatively heterogeneous signal. The mean R2* value was (53.4 ± 18.2) Hz. The Shapiro-Wilk test (W = 0.971, P = 0.020) suggested that the sample did not follow a normal distribution. The inter-rater and intrarater correlation coefficient was 0.967 and 0.959, respectively. The R2* values of IDCs were significantly lower in patients without axillary lymph nodes metastasis. The R2* value had a weak correlation with Ki67 expression (r = 0.208, P = 0.038). The mean R2* value correlated moderately with the level of HIF-1α (r = 0.516, P = 0.000). CONCLUSION: BOLD-fMRI is a simple and non-invasive technique that yields hypoxia information on breast invasive ductal carcinomas.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES: To correlate contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) kinetic parameters with traditional and molecular prognostic factors in invasive breast cancer. METHODS: Seventy-five invasive breast cancers were evaluated with contrast harmonic imaging after the injection of a bolus dose of 2.4 ml sulphur hexafluoride microbubble contrast agent. The lognormal function was used for quantitative analysis of kinetic data. These parameters correlated with traditional prognostic factors (tumour size, histological type, tumour grade, axillary lymph node status) and immunohistochemical biomarkers (ER, PR and HER2 status). RESULTS: Statistically significant correlation was found between time-to-peak and tumour grade (P value = 0.023), PR status (P value = 0.042) and axillary node status (P value = 0.025). Wash-out ratio, measured at 21 s was significantly associated with ER status (P value = 0.042) and PR status (P value = 0.026). CONCLUSIONS: Invasive breast carcinomas exhibiting earlier peak enhancement and faster elimination of microbubble contrast agent at CEUS are found to be associated with established predictors of poor prognosis.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Little is known about the treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy. We aimed to determine whether treatment for breast cancer during pregnancy is safe for both mother and child. METHODS: We recruited patients from seven European countries with a primary diagnosis of breast cancer during pregnancy; data were collected retrospectively if the patient was diagnosed before April, 2003 (when the registry began), or prospectively thereafter, irrespective of the outcome of pregnancy and the type and timing of treatment. The primary endpoint was fetal health for up to 4 weeks after delivery. The registry is ongoing. The study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, number NCT00196833. FINDINGS: From April, 2003, to December, 2011, 447 patients were registered, 413 of whom had early breast cancer. Median age was 33 years (range 22-51). At the time of diagnosis, median gestational age was 24 weeks (range 5-40). 197 (48%) of 413 women received chemotherapy during pregnancy with a median of four cycles (range one to eight). 178 received an anthracycline, 15 received cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, and fluorouracil, and 14 received a taxane. Birthweight was affected by chemotherapy exposure after adjustment for gestational age (p=0·018), but not by number of chemotherapy cycles (p=0·71). No statistical difference between the two groups was observed for premature deliveries before the 37th week of gestation. 40 (10%) of 386 infants had side-effects, malformations, or new-born complications; these events were more common in infants born before the 37th week of gestation than they were in infants born in the 37th week or later (31 [16%] of 191 infants vs nine [5%] of 195 infants; p=0·0002). In infants for whom maternal treatment was known, adverse events were more common in those who received chemotherapy in utero compared with those who were not exposed (31 [15%] of 203 vs seven [4%] of 170 infants; p=0·00045). Two infants died; both were exposed to chemotherapy and delivered prematurely, but both deaths were thought not to be related to treatment. Median disease-free survival for women with early breast cancer was 70·6 months (95% CI 62·1-105·5) in women starting chemotherapy during pregnancy and 94·4 months (lower 95% CI 64·4; upper 95% CI not yet reached) in women starting chemotherapy after delivery (unadjusted hazard ratio 1·13 [95% CI 0·76-1·69]; p=0·539). INTERPRETATION: Although our data show that infants exposed to chemotherapy in utero had a lower birthweight at gestational age than did those who were unexposed, and had more complications, these differences were not clinically significant and, since none of the infants was exposed to chemotherapy in the first trimester, were most likely related to premature delivery. Delay of cancer treatment did not significantly affect disease-free survival for mothers with early breast cancer. Because preterm birth was strongly associated with adverse events, a full-term delivery seems to be of paramount importance. OBJECTIVES: A unique diagnostic method was designed for the intraoperative pathological evaluation of sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) in breast cancer patients, and the results were verified with 2 years of experience. METHODS: Excised lymph nodes were cut into 2-mm-thick slices and rinsed thoroughly in CytoRich Red(®). The sliced tissues were embedded in a paraffin block. Three cytological glass slides of the cells exfoliated in CytoRich Red(®) were prepared by the SurePath(®) liquid-based cytology (LBC) technique. Two slides were stained by the Papanicolaou method, and the remaining slide was immunostained with an anti-keratin antibody. This process is called tissue rinse liquid-based cytology (TRLBC). The results of TRLBC were compared with those of the final pathological diagnoses, including immunostaining with an anti-keratin antibody on paraffin blocks (PB). RESULTS: This study analysed 444 SLNs from 247 consecutive breast cancer patients. It required 35 minutes to complete the intraoperative diagnosis on a single node, and it took an additional 5 minutes per node if more than one node was submitted. When the results of PB were assumed to be the gold standard, the sensitivity and specificity of TRLBC were 81.9% and 96.1%, respectively. TRLBC detected all nodes with macrometastasis and 23 of 24 nodes with micrometastasis. Fifteen false-negative TRLBC results were 'isolated tumour cell clusters' on PB, but there was one with micrometastasis histologically. Four of 14 false-positive TRLBC results were proven to be true positive by supplementary examination using step sectioning of the paraffin blocks of the nodes. CONCLUSION: TRLBC is a feasible and promising intraoperative cytopathological tool showing a comparable efficacy to PB while still allowing the conventional postoperative histological examination.

ABSTRACT

The 42-year-old patient, diagnosed with Stage IIA breast cancer, completed the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy. At the 11th year of diagnosis, a 3 cm tumor was detected in the pancreas and pancreatectomy was performed. Although the diagnosis of primary pancreatic adenocarcinoma was made at first, then the pancreatic metastasis of breast cancer was discovered. Pancreatic metastasis of breast cancer is extremely rare, and a limited number of patients have been reported in the literature. Here, we report an additional case of this rare tumor and the problems correlating with its diagnosis.

Case reports are presented for three patients with metastatic breast cancer who received first-line treatment with bevacizumab in combination with taxanes in clinical trials. Two patients showed peak reductions in lesion size of 49 and 70%, respectively. In one patient, subsequent treatment with bevacizumab in combination with capecitabine [Xeloda (after discontinuation of paclitaxel due to asthenia)] yielded peak reductions in target lesion size of 78%. One patient experienced a progression-free survival time of 16 months. In all three patients, bevacizumab was well tolerated and mostly displayed only mild toxicities.

OBJECTIVE: Sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy is the standard procedure for axillary staging in early breast cancer. Lymphatic imaging after peritumoral microbubble injection has been described in animal models. The aim of this study was to identify and localize SLNs preoperatively by contrast-enhanced sonography after intradermal injection of microbubbles in patients with breast cancer. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: Eighty consecutive consenting patients with primary breast cancer were recruited. Patients received a periareolar intradermal injection of microbubble contrast agent. Breast lymphatics were visualized by sonography and followed to the axilla to identify SLNs. A guidewire was deployed to localize the SLN. The next day, patients underwent standard tumor excision and SLN biopsy. RESULTS: In 71 (89%) of the 80 patients, SLNs were identified and guidewires were inserted. In these patients, operative findings using conventional radioisotope and blue dye techniques confirmed that the wired nodes were SLNs. Fourteen patients were found to have metastases in SLNs. In these patients, the SLNs were identified correctly and were localized with guidewires before surgery. CONCLUSION: SLNs may be identified and localized before surgery using contrast-enhanced sonography after injection of microbubbles.

ABSTRACT: Bone metastasis seriously affects the survival of breast cancer. Therefore, the study aimed to explore the independent prognostic factors in bone metastatic breast cancer (BMBC) and to construct a prognostic nomogram that can accurately predict the survival of BMBC and strictly divide the patients into different risk stratification.Four thousand three hundred seventy six patients with BMBC from the surveillance, epidemiology, and end results database in 2010 to 2015 were collected and randomly divided into training and validation cohort. Multivariate Cox regression identified the independent prognostic factors of BMBC. A nomogram for predicting cancer-specific survival (CSS) in BMBC was created using R software. The predictive performance of the nomogram was evaluated by plotting receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and calibration curves.Marital status, race, age, T stage, tumor grade, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, brain metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, chemotherapy, and breast surgery were identified as independent prognostic factors for CSS of BMBC. The area under the ROC curve at 1-, 3-, and 5-year of the nomogram were 0.775, 0.756, and 0.717 in the internal validation and 0.785, 0.737, and 0.735 in the external validation, respectively. Calibration curves further confirmed the unbiased prediction of the model. Kaplan-Meier analysis verified the excellent risk stratification of our model.The first prognostic nomogram for BMBC constructed in our study can accurately predict the survival of BMBC, which may provide a practical tool to help clinicians evaluate prognosis and stratify the prognostic risk for BMBC, thereby determining which patients should be given intensive treatment and optimizing individual treatment strategies for BMBC.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Ductal adenocarcinoma is an uncommon prostate cancer variant. Previous studies suggest that ductal variant histology may be associated with worse clinical outcomes, but these are difficult to interpret. To address this, we performed an international, multi-institutional study to describe the characteristics of ductal adenocarcinoma, particularly focussing on the effect of presence of ductal variant cancer on metastasis-free survival. METHODS: Patients with ductal variant histology from two institutional databases who underwent radical prostatectomies were identified and compared with an independent acinar adenocarcinoma cohort. After propensity score matching, the effect of the presence of ductal adenocarcinoma on time to biochemical recurrence, initiation of salvage therapy and the development of metastatic disease was determined. Deep whole-exome sequencing was performed for selected cases (n = 8). RESULTS: A total of 202 ductal adenocarcinoma and 2037 acinar adenocarcinoma cases were analysed. Survival analysis after matching demonstrated that patients with ductal variant histology had shorter salvage-free survival (8.1 versus 22.0 months, p = 0.03) and metastasis-free survival (6.7 versus 78.6 months, p < 0.0001). Ductal variant histology was consistently associated with RB1 loss, as well as copy number gains in TAP1, SLC4A2 and EHHADH. CONCLUSIONS: The presence of any ductal variant adenocarcinoma at the time of prostatectomy portends a worse clinical outcome than pure acinar cancers, with significantly shorter times to initiation of salvage therapies and the onset of metastatic disease. These features appear to be driven by uncoupling of chromosomal duplication from cell division, resulting in widespread copy number aberration with specific gain of genes implicated in treatment resistance.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: To describe the clinical, therapeutic and prognostic features of ductal carcinomas of the parotid gland. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Five patients with ductal carcinoma of the parotid gland (primary and secondary carcinoma) treated, between 2007 and 2019, in our ENT department, were reviewed. RESULTS: Four men and one woman were included. The mean age was 61,4 years. One patient had a history of an invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Four patients consulted for swelling in the parotid region. One patient referred to our department for dysfunction of facial nerve. Skin invasion was found in one case. Four patients underwent total parotidectomy with sacrifice of the facial nerve (three cases). One patient underwent extended parotidectomy involving the skin. An ipsilateral selective neck dissection was performed in four cases. One patient had a parotid gland biopsy. Ductal carcinoma was primary in four cases and metastatic from breast origin in one case. Four patients were treated with postoperative radiotherapy. Remission was obtained in three cases. One patient had a local and meningeal recurrence. The patient with metastatic carcinoma had pulmonary, bone, hepatic and brain progression. CONCLUSION: Ductal carcinoma is a rare and aggressive tumor of the parotid gland. It can be primary or secondary. The treatment is based on surgery and radiotherapy. The prognosis is poor.

BACKGROUND: Our study aims were to investigate breast cancer patients with micrometastases or isolated tumor cells (ITCs) in sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) to determine the rate of non-SLN metastasis and axillary recurrences, and to compare actual non-SLN metastasis rates with those predicted by the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) nomogram. METHODS: We identified 116 stage I to III breast cancer patients who underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy and had micrometastases or ITCs (<2-mm deposits). Patients underwent completion axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) (group 1) or had no further axillary surgery (group 2). P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. RESULTS: Of 116 patients with micrometastases or ITCs in SLNs, 55 (47%) underwent completion ALND (group 1), and 61 (53%) had no further axillary surgery (group 2). The rate of non-SLN metastases in group 1 patients was 9 (16%) of 55, which was significantly less than that predicted by the MSKCC nomogram (median 30%, P < 0.001). Patient age, race, tumor histology, tumor grade, estrogen receptor/Her-2neu status, and lymphovascular invasion did not differ significantly between group 1 patients with positive non-SLNs and those with negative non-SLNs (P > 0.05 for each), but patients with positive non-SLNs had larger tumors (P < 0.001). No patient in group 1 experienced an axillary recurrence, while only one patient (1.6%) in group 2 experienced axillary recurrence. CONCLUSIONS: The actual rate of positive non-SLNs for breast cancer patients with SLN micrometastases or ITCs who underwent completion ALND was significantly less than that predicted by the MSKCC nomogram. The rate of axillary recurrence is negligible, regardless of the extent of axillary staging.

OBJECTIVE: Previous reports have demonstrated that treatment efficacy is not modified by age and that there are no major differences in outcomes among stage-matched patients as their ages increase. However, there seems to be a substantial undertreatment in the elderly. METHODS: We reviewed consecutive patients with breast cancer, 60 years old or older, between July 2003 and March 2007. Patient characteristics, clinicopathologic factors and treatment delivery were retrieved from medical records. Patients were subdivided into two groups (mid-elderly, 60-74 years old and high-elderly, 75 years old or older) and compared based on these factors. RESULTS: A total of 280 patients were included. All were female. Sixteen percent were high-elderly. Most patients had favorable performance status (0/1, 87%), positive estrogen receptor (57%), negative human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 overexpression (65%) and axillary lymph node metastases (57%). The high-elderly group had significantly less human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 overexpression and less axillary lymph node metastasis. Chemotherapy was administered to 180 patients, and among them, those in the high-elderly group underwent significantly less chemotherapy (P < 0.001). Both anthracycline and taxane were significantly less frequently administered in high-elderly (P < 0.001, respectively). An alternative regimen for anthracycline and taxane was mainly a 5-fluorouracil-based single agent. Chemotherapy was omitted in 12 patients (3 mid-elderly and 9 high-elderly) because of age, and in 9 patients, age was the only reason for omitting chemotherapy. CONCLUSIONS: We confirmed that elderly patients were substantially undertreated. The development of a safer and more efficacious treatment strategy is urgently needed.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate roles of preoperative lymphoscintigraphy for sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer patients. METHODS: Five hundred and sixty-five consecutive breast cancer patients were prospectively randomized into groups with or without preoperative lymphoscintigraphy. RESULTS: In a group with lymphoscintigraphy, 238 patients had sentinel lymph nodes spotted in lymphoscintigram. The visualization of sentinel lymph nodes in lymphoscintigram was not associated with patients' age, primary tumor size and location, histopathologic type and time interval from injection of radiocolloid to lymphoscintigraphy. However, patients with axillary metastasis had a lower identification rate of sentinel lymph nodes by lymphoscintigraphy than those without metastasis (P = 0.003). The identification rate of axillary sentinel lymph nodes was 99.3% in the group and the rate was similar whether there was sentinel lymph nodes spotted in axillary in lymphoscintigram or not (99.6% vs. 98.1%, P = 0.327). The false-negative rate in this group was 4.2%. While in a group without lymphoscintigraphy, the identification rate and the false-negative rate were 99.6% and 4.8%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the identification rate of axillary sentinel lymph nodes (P = 0.594) and in the false-negative rate (P = 1.00). CONCLUSION: Preoperative lymphoscintigraphy could neither improve the identification rate nor reduce the false-negative rate of breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy, and it is not necessary for sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer patients.
