ABSTRACT
We describe the case of a 28-year-old postpartum female patient who suffered from a secondary cerebral venous sinus thrombosis due to an intracranial hypotension syndrome with axial transtentorial and tonsillar herniation and the clinical signs of incarceration after spinal anaesthesia.
