The main clinical manifestations were respiratory distressï¼perioral cyanosis and Upper respiratory obstruction symptoms.The epiglottis opened by laryngoscope,can see a gray white semi elliptical sacs.Clinical diagnosiscongenital cyst of epiglottis.
