ABSTRACT
Chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer transformation refers to the malignant transformation of long-term repeated chronic inflammation of the lung. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer transformation always belong to the deficiency of origin and excess of signs. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease causes damage to the qi of the lung, spleen and kidney. Qi is yang, and qi deficiency leads to yang deficiency. Yang deficiency and abnormal warm would result in qi stagnation, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis. It is the key to the transformation of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer. Kidney yang is the root of yang qi. Deficiency of kidney yang is the initiating factor for the transformation of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer. Deficiency of lung yang is the fundamental factor for the transformation of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer. Deficiency of kidney yang and deficiency of spleen yang are the driving factors for the transformation of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer. Therefore, this article discussed the role of kidney yang in the transformation of chronic obstructive pneumonia cancer from the theory of "Qi Zhu Xu Zhi", in order to broaden the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To compare the efficacy of quadruple regimens with different doses of esomeprazole magnesium in the eradication of helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection gastritis.Methods:From September 2016 to October 2018, the clinical data of 100 patients with Hp infection gastritis in Yuncheng Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received esomeprazole magnesium based quadruple scheme, and according to the different dosage of esomeprazole magnesium, the patients were divided into two groups: control group ( n=50) received standard dose of 20 mg, study group ( n=50) received a high dose of 40 mg.The Hp eradication rate, incidence of adverse reactions, the overall curative effect and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The eradication rate of Hp in the study group (98.0%) was higher than that in the control group (84.0%) (χ 2=4.396, P=0.036). The overall effective rate of gastritis in the study group (96.0%) was higher than that in the control group (2.0%) (χ 2=5.005, P=0.025), and the recurrence rate in the study group (0.0%) was lower than that in the control group(12.0%) (χ 2=4.433, P=0.035). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (12.0%) was not significantly different from that in the control group (6.0%) (χ 2=0.488, P=0.485). Conclusion:The quadruple regimen with high dose of esomeprazole magnesium has better effect on the eradication of Hp infection gastritis with strong eradication, and it is safe and reliable, so it is recommended to promote.

Objective To provide epidemiological evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physique differentiation to the disease control and prevention, Chinese medicine health care, public education and so on in the elderly population. Methods TCM physique types of the elderly population aged over 65 years old from one University community in Tianhe district of Guangzhou city were analyzed by one-on-one questionnaire investigation with the Classification and Identification Scale for Senile Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution, and the correlation of TCM physique types with gender, age group was also explored. Results (1) In the 65-year-old elderly population of 777 cases, 231(29.7％) were classified into phlegm-damp physique, 129(16.6％) into blood-stasis physique, and 71(9.1％) into harmony physique, which contributed to the major physique types. (2) Physique types varied in the gender. The male was dominated by phlegm-damp physique and damp-heat physique, and the female was dominated by yang-deficiency constitution, Qi-stagnation physique and interweaved physique. The differences of the constitution ratio of physique types in the gender were significant (P<0.01). (3) In various age groups, the leading 3 physique types were the same, and they were phlegm-damp physique, blood-stasis physique, and interweaved physique (P<0.01). With the increase of age years, the ratio of deficiency physique type showed an increasing trend while that of the non-deficiency physique type showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion The investigation revealed the distribution of TCM physique types of the elderly population from one University community in Guangzhou, which has important practical value for the intervention of the elderly population with Chinese medicine.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study four kinds of germplasm resources of Codonopsis pilosula and provide the basal mating systems data for the breeding and cultivation of C. pilosula.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>0.5% TTC (2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride) solution was used for the pollen viability test and benzidineand-H2O2 [1% benzidine in 60% ethanol,hydrogen peroxide (3%), and water, 4:11:22] was used for estimation of the stigma receptivity. The mating systems were tested by out crossing index (OC1), pollen-ovule ratio (P/O) and pollination by bagged and emasculated in the field.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The pollen viability of C. pilosula reached highly about 80% when the pollen staying in the anther, 2-3 days before the petals opening. The anther began scattering pollen before the day of the petals opening, the pollen viability was the highest about 95%, the pollen stick thickly aroud the stigma and quickliy lost in the next day. The stigma life-span was about 4-5 days, the optimal time for pollination was the first day of the petals opening, when the stigma was highly sticky and yellow. The value of out crossing index (OC1) was 4, pollen-ovule ratio was between 104.84-185.75. The natural fructification rate of cross-pollination by emasculated-treatment was 25.6% 42.4%. The fructification rate and compatible index of self-pollination by bagged- treatment were about 3.3%-6.7% and 3.0-21.8.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The mating system of C. pilosula is mixed with self-pollination and cross-pollination, prone to cross-pollination. The compatibility of self-pollination is high. The difference of maturing period of pistil and stamen and the lack of polen amount cause low fructification rate of self-pollination.</p>
