RESUMEN

Microbial taxonomic diversity declines with increasing stress caused by petroleum pollution. However, few studies have tested whether functional diversities vary similarly to taxonomic diversity along the stress gradient. Here, we investigated soil microbial communities in a petrochemically polluted site in China. Total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentrations were higher in the middle (2-3 m) and deep soil layer (3-5 m) than in the surface soil layer (0-2 m). Accordingly, microbial taxonomic α-diversity was decreased by 44% (p < 0.001) in the middle and deep soil layers, compared to the surface soil layer. In contrast, functional α-diversity decreased by 3% (p < 0.001), showing a much better buffering capacity to environmental stress. Differences in microbial taxonomic and functional ß-diversities were enlarged in the middle and deep soil layers, extending the Anna Karenina Principle (AKP) that a community adapts to stressful environments in its own way. Consistent with the stress gradient hypothesis, we revealed a higher degree of network connectivity among microbial species and genes in the middle and deep soil layers compared to the surface soil layer. Together, we demonstrate that microbial functionality is more tolerant to stress than taxonomy, both of which were amenable to AKP and the stress gradient hypothesis.

RESUMEN

Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo is a traditional Chinese herbal medicinal plant. However, the frequent occurrence of soft rot disease (SRD) is one of the most harmful diseases in D. officinale production in recent years, which can seriously affect its yield and quality. In this study, the major pathogenic fungus (SR-1) was isolated from D. officinale with typical symptoms of SRD, and was identified as Fusarium oxysporum through morphological and molecular identification. The biological activities of five natural products were determined against F. oxysporum using a mycelial growth inhibition assay. The results showed that osthole had the highest antifungal activity against F. oxysporum, with an EC50 value of 6.40 mg/L. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that osthole caused F. oxysporum mycelia to shrink and deform. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the organelles were blurred and the cell wall was thickened in the presence of osthole. The sensitivity of F. oxysporum to calcofluor white (CFW) staining was significantly enhanced by osthole. Relative conductivity measurements and propidium iodide (PI) observation revealed that osthole had no significant effect on the cell membrane. Further experiments showed that the activity of chitinase and ß-1,3-glucanase were decreased, and expression levels of chitinase and ß-1,3-glucanase related genes were significantly down-regulated after treatment with osthole. In conclusion, osthole disrupted the cell wall integrity and dynamic balance of F. oxysporum, thereby inhibiting normal mycelial growth.

RESUMEN

Background: Acute pericardial tamponade (APT) is one of the most serious complications of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation (AF-CA). Direct autotransfusion (DAT) is a method of reinjecting pericardial blood directly into patients through vein access without a cell-salvage system. Data regarding DAT for APT are rare and provide limited information. Our present study aims to further investigate the safety and feasibility of DAT in the management of APT during the AF-CA procedure. Methods and results: We retrospectively reviewed 73 cases of APT in the perioperative period of AF-CA from January 2014 to October 2021 at our institution, among whom 46 were treated with DAT. All included patients successfully received emergency pericardiocentesis through subxiphoid access guided by X-ray. Larger volumes of aspirated pericardial blood (658.4 ± 545.2 vs. 521.2 ± 464.9 ml), higher rates of bridging anticoagulation (67.4 vs. 37.0%), and surgical repair (6 vs. 0) were observed in patients with DAT than without. Moreover, patients with DAT were less likely to complete AF-CA procedures (32/46 vs. 25/27) and had a lower incidence of APT first presented in the ward (delayed presentation) (8/46 vs. 9/27). There was no difference in major adverse events (death/disseminated intravascular coagulation/multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and clinical thrombosis) (0/0/1/0 vs. 1/0/0/0), other potential DAT-related complications (fever/infection and deep venous thrombosis) (8/5/2 vs. 5/3/1), and length of hospital stay (11.4 ± 11.6 vs. 8.3 ± 4.7 d) between two groups. Conclusion: DAT could be a feasible and safe method to deal with APT during AF-CA procedure.

RESUMEN

Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl (Oleaceae) leaves are valuable sources of phillygenin. This study aimed to isolate phillygenin from F. suspensa leaves and examine its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Phillygenin was successfully extracted and isolated from F. suspensa leaves after fermentation. Phillygenin significantly reduced the number of writhing induced by acetic acid, prolonged the latency period in the hot plate test, and inhibited the xylene-induced ear edema and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice. IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1ß, NO, and PGE2 levels in the carrageenan-induced paw edema were notably reduced after pretreatment with phillygenin. Phillygenin significantly decreased the iNOS and COX-2 protein expressions and the IκB-α and NF-κB p65 phosphorylation. This study demonstrated that phillygenin is a potential therapeutic candidate for managing pain and inflammation-mediated disorders. The study contributes to the comprehensive development and utilization of F. suspensa leaves for economic and health care. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS: Phillygenin is one of the major active ingredients in Forsythia suspensa. But the content of phillygenin in F. suspensa is very low which limits its application. Phillygenin has potential pharmacological activity and anti-inflammatory properties. However, the potential effects of phillygenin on analgesic activity have not been clarified. Furthermore, the data on its anti-inflammatory activity in vivo are relatively limited. This study evaluated the analgesic activity for the first time and the acute anti-inflammatory effect of phillygenin from F. suspensa leaves by fermentation, which indicated phillygenin is a potential therapeutic candidate for managing pain and inflammation-mediated disorders.

RESUMEN

Copper is an essential trace element for living organisms. Copper enriched by yeast of Saccharomyces cerevisiae is regarded as the biologically available organic copper supplement with great potentiality for application. However, the lower uptake ratio of copper ions makes the production of copper enriched by yeast uneconomically and environmentally unfriendly. In this study, S. cerevisiae Cu-5 with higher copper tolerance and intracellular copper accumulation was obtained by screening of our yeast strains collection. To increase the uptake ratio of copper ions, the medium composition and cultivation conditions for strain Cu-5 were optimized systematically. A medium comprised of glucose, yeast extract, (NH4)2SO4, and inorganic salts was determined, then a novel cultivation strategy including pH control at 5.5 and increasing amounts of yeast extract for a higher concentration of copper ion in the medium was developed. The uptake ratios of copper ions were more than 90% after combining 50 to 100 mg/L copper ions with 3.5 to 5.0 g/L yeast extract, which is the highest until now and is conducive to the cost-effective and environmentally friendly production of bioactive copper in yeast-enriched form.

RESUMEN

Based on a field water table drawdown manipulation platform of Naleqiao marsh on the Rueorgai Plateau, we lifted in situ soil block of 1 m×1 m by 20 cm for simulating water table decline, and analyzed the response of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus stoichiometry in the wetland species Carex muliensis from June to September 2020. The results showed that there was no significant difference in leaf C content during the whole growing season, while N and P content gra-dually decreased along the growing season. After the drawdown of water table, the C content in leaves during the growing season was not consistent. Water table drawdown increased leaf C content in the early and middle growth stages, but changed little in the peak growth stage. Water table drawdown significantly increased leaf N content, while significantly decreased leaf P content. C:N, C:P, and N:P for leaves all increased along the whole growing period. The relative growth rate of C. muliensis was positively correlated with leaf C:N, but negatively correlated with leaf C:P and N:P. Water table drawdown significantly decreased leaf C:N, while significantly increased leaf C:P and N:P, which significantly reduced the relative growth rate of C. muliensis. The decrease of foliar P content induced by water table drawdown was the main regulating factor for the decrease of single leaf weight and specific leaf weight.

RESUMEN

Objectives: Clinical benefits of immune-checkpoint blockade (ICB) versus standard chemotherapy have been established in unselected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the response to ICB therapy among patients is heterogeneous in clinical practice. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively assessed the predicitive effect of the primary and metastatic lesion spectrum (baseline sum of the longest diameters [SLD], number of metastatic sites and specific organ metastases) on the efficacy of atezolizumab over docetaxel in OAK and POPLAR trial cohorts. A decision model, termed DSO (Diameter-Site-Organ), based on the spectrum was developed and validated for guiding ICB. Results: Higher SLD (>38 mm) and more metastatic sites (≥2) were characterized with pronounced overall survival (OS) benefits from atezolizumab versus docetaxel. Specifically, adrenal gland and brain metastases were identified as favorable predictors of atezolizumab treatment. The DSO model was developed in the discovery cohort to integrate the directive effect of the primary and metastatic lesion spectrum. Remarkably, a general pattern of enhanced efficacy of atezolizumab versus docetaxel was observed along with the increase of the DSO score. For patients with DSO score > 0, atezolizumab yielded a significantly prolonged OS than docetaxel, whereas OS was generally similar between two treatments in patients with DSO score ≤ 0. Equivalent findings were also seen in the internal and external validation cohorts. Conclusions: The response to anti-PD-L1 therapy among patients varied with the primary and metastatic lesion spectrum. The DSO-based system might provide promising medication guidance for ICB treatment in NSCLC patients.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Right free-wall (RFW) accessory pathway (AP) with branched atrial insertions is a rare, underrecognized AP that may be associated with initial ablation failure. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of this AP. METHODS: From January 2011 to March 2018, 10 patients identified with branched RFW-AP were enrolled in this study, and 30 consecutive patients with conventional RFW-APs served as control group. Right atrium (RA) was activation-mapped and 3-dimensionally reconstructed during AP-mediated orthodromic tachycardia or right ventricular pacing. Atrial insertions were defined as the earliest breakout sites, and their relationship with the tricuspid annulus (TA) were described and analyzed. RESULTS: An average of 3 separate atrial insertions on the atrial side were documented among these 10 cases (5 female and 5 male; mean age 38.0 ± 13.9 years). All atrial insertions were away from the TA. The nearest atrial insertions averaged 15.9 ± 3.4 mm away from the TA, and the farthest atrial insertions were 22.6 ± 5.7 mm away from the TA. Anterograde and retrograde AP conduction remained unaffected after ablation of the first earliest breakout site but were eliminated by ablating all insertions after an average of 2.5 (range 2-2.5) remaps, 3 sites of ablation (range 2.5-4.5), 21 (range 15.5-37.8) radiofrequency applications, and 659.5 (range 464.3-1144.3) seconds of radiofrequency ablation duration. After 12-month follow-up, no patients reported AP conduction recovery or recurrent tachycardia. CONCLUSION: RFW-AP with branched atrial insertions is an atypical AP variant and featured by >1 distinct atrial insertions on atrial side. Stepwise ablation rather than single focal ablation is required to eliminate all retrograde conduction.

RESUMEN

The present study was designed to examine the therapeutic effects of Botulinum neurotoxin A (BoNT/A) on depression-like behaviors in mice and to explore the potential mechanisms. These results revealed that a single facial injection of BoNT/A induced a rapid and prolonged improvement of depression-like behaviors in naïve and space-restriction-stressed (SRS) mice, reflected by a decreased duration of immobility in behavioral despair tests. BoNT/A significantly increased the 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) levels in several brain regions, including the hippocampus and hypothalamus, in SRS mice. BoNT/A increased the expression of the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor subunits NR1 and NR2B in the hippocampus, which were significantly decreased in SRS mice. Furthermore, BoNT/A significantly increased the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the hippocampus, hypothalamus, prefrontal cortex, and amygdala, which were decreased in SRS mice. Finally, BoNT/A transiently increased the levels of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (p-ERK) and cAMP-response element binding protein (p-CREB), which were suppressed in the hippocampus of SRS mice. Collectively, these results demonstrated that BoNT/A treatment has anti-depressant-like activity in mice, and this is associated with increased 5-HT levels and the activation of BDNF/ERK/CREB pathways in the hippocampus, supporting further investigation of BoNT/A therapy in depression.

RESUMEN

Tundra ecosystems are typically carbon (C) rich but nitrogen (N) limited. Since biological N2 fixation is the major source of biologically available N, the soil N2-fixing (i.e., diazotrophic) community serves as an essential N supplier to the tundra ecosystem. Recent climate warming has induced deeper permafrost thaw and adversely affected C sequestration, which is modulated by N availability. Therefore, it is crucial to examine the responses of diazotrophic communities to warming across the depths of tundra soils. Herein, we carried out one of the deepest sequencing efforts of nitrogenase gene (nifH) to investigate how 5 years of experimental winter warming affects Alaskan soil diazotrophic community composition and abundance spanning both the organic and mineral layers. Although soil depth had a stronger influence on diazotrophic community composition than warming, warming significantly (P < 0.05) enhanced diazotrophic abundance by 86.3% and aboveground plant biomass by 25.2%. Diazotrophic composition in the middle and lower organic layers, detected by nifH sequencing and a microarray-based tool (GeoChip), was markedly altered, with an increase of α-diversity. Changes in diazotrophic abundance and composition significantly correlated with soil moisture, soil thaw duration, and plant biomass, as shown by structural equation modeling analyses. Therefore, more abundant diazotrophic communities induced by warming may potentially serve as an important mechanism for supplementing biologically available N in this tundra ecosystem.IMPORTANCE With the likelihood that changes in global climate will adversely affect the soil C reservoir in the northern circumpolar permafrost zone, an understanding of the potential role of diazotrophic communities in enhancing biological N2 fixation, which constrains both plant production and microbial decomposition in tundra soils, is important in elucidating the responses of soil microbial communities to global climate change. A recent study showed that the composition of the diazotrophic community in a tundra soil exhibited no change under a short-term (1.5-year) winter warming experiment. However, it remains crucial to examine whether the lack of diazotrophic community responses to warming is persistent over a longer time period as a possibly important mechanism in stabilizing tundra soil C. Through a detailed characterization of the effects of winter warming on diazotrophic communities, we showed that a long-term (5-year) winter warming substantially enhanced diazotrophic abundance and altered community composition, though soil depth had a stronger influence on diazotrophic community composition than warming. These changes were best explained by changes in soil moisture, soil thaw duration, and plant biomass. These results provide crucial insights into the potential factors that may impact future C and N availability in tundra regions.

RESUMEN

A novel acidogenic phosphorus recovery (APR) process was developed in combination with Fe(III)-based chemical phosphorus removal and a membrane bioreactor (MBR) for enhanced wastewater treatment and effective P recovery. Two different system configurations were evaluated: Fe-dosing MBR (Fe-MBR), with the Fe-dosing into the MBR, and Fe-enhanced primary sedimentation followed by the MBR (FeP-MBR). The results show that both systems performed well for enhanced nutrient (N and P) removals and P recovery, with approximately 50% of the total P recovered from the municipal wastewater in the form of vivianite. Compared to the Fe-MBR system, FeP-MBR achieved more efficient P recovery under low food-waste loading conditions, maintained a higher ratio of biomass in activated sludge and experienced a slower rate of membrane fouling. Important functional bacteria were identified, including Prevotella and Selenomonas, which are active in hydrolysis and acidogenesis of sludge, and Aeromonas and Sulfurospirillum, which are involved in dissimilatory iron reduction.

RESUMEN

Microorganisms provide both beneficial and harmful effects to human beings. Beneficial effects come from the symbiotic relationship that exists between humans and microbiota, but then several human illnesses have turned some friendly microbes into opportunistic pathogens, causing several microbial-related diseases. Various efforts have been made to create and utilize antimicrobial agents in the treatment and prevention of these infections, but such efforts have been hampered by the emergence of antimicrobial resistance. Despite extensive studies on drug discovery to alleviate this problem, issues with the toxicity and tolerance of certain compounds and continuous microbial evolution have forced researchers to focus on screening various phytochemical dietary compounds for antimicrobial activity. Linolenic acid and its derivatives (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid) are omega-3 fatty acids that have been studied due to their role in human health, being important for the brain, the eye, the cardiovascular system, and general human growth. However, their utilization as antimicrobial agents has not been widely appreciated, perhaps due to a lack of understanding of antimicrobial mechanisms, toxicity, and route of administration. Therefore, this review focuses on the efficacy, mechanism, and toxicity of omega-3 fatty acids as alternative therapeutic agents for treating and preventing diseases associated with pathogenic microorganisms.

RESUMEN

Danshensu [3-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl) lactic acid, DSS], one of the significant cardioprotective components, is extracted from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza. In the present study, an ester prodrug of Danshensu (DSS), palmitoyl Danshensu (PDSS), was synthesized with the aim to improve its oral bioavailability and prolong its half-life. The in vitro experiments were carried out to evaluate the physicochemical properties and stability of PDSS. Although the solubility of PDSS in water was only 0.055 mg·mL-1, its solubility in FaSSIF and FeSSIF reached 4.68 and 9.08 mg·mL-1, respectively. Octanol-water partition coefficient (log P) was increased from -2.48 of DSS to 1.90 of PDSS. PDSS was relatively stable in the aqueous solution in pH range from 5.6 to 7.4. Furthermore, the pharmacokinetics in rats was evaluated after oral administration of PDSS and DSS. AUC and t1/2 of PDSS were enhanced up to 9.8-fold and 2.2-fold, respectively, compared to that of DSS. Cmax was 1.67 ± 0.11 µg·mL-1 for PDSS and 0.81 ± 0.06 µg·mL-1 for DSS. Thus, these results demonstrated that PDSS had much higher oral bioavailability and longer circulation time than its parent drug.

RESUMEN

Objective@#To investigate the correlation between the syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and clinical symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with chronic prostatitis (BPH-CP).@*METHODS@#We selected 150 cases of BPH-CP in this study and divided them into 7 TCM syndrome types. Using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses, we studied the correlation of each TCM syndrome type with the age, disease course, prostate volume, postvoid residual urine volume (PVR), prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level, maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax), and International Prostate Symptoms Score (IPSS).@*RESULTS@#Kidney-yin deficiency was correlated positively with the prostate volume but negatively with Qmax and IPSS; kidney-yang deficiency positively with the age and prostate volume but negatively with IPSS; the damp heat syndrome positively with the PSA level but negatively with the disease course, prostate volume and Qmax; the spleen-qi deficiency syndrome positively with the prostate volume but negatively with the disease course; liver-qi stagnation positively with the disease course but negatively with the age, prostate volume and PVR; the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis positively with the disease course and IPSS but negatively with PVR; the syndrome of lung-heat and qi blockage positively with the age, Qmax and IPSS but negatively with the disease course.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The TCM syndrome types of BPH-CP are closely correlated to their clinical symptoms. The analysis of the clinical objective indexes of BPH-CP can provide some reliable evidence for accurate identification of the TCM syndrome type of the disease.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is associated with increased incidence of cardiovascular disease, and hence, statin therapy is indicated in majority of AF patients. METHODS AND RESULTS: We analyzed data from the Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry (CAFR) involving 11,496 AF patients from 2011 to 2014. Practice patterns of statin therapy and factors associated with statin underuse were analyzed. Based on the 2013 ACC/AHA cholesterol management guidelines, statins should be recommended for 67.4% (7720/11,461) of AF participants in CAFR, but only 43.4% (3352/7720) with appropriate indications were taking statins. Statin underuse in AF patients was independently associated with male sex, tertiary hospital treatment, outpatient attendance, and absence of 'high risk' cardiovascular risk factors (overweight, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke/transient ischemic attack/peripheral embolism and hypertension). CONCLUSIONS: A high proportion of Chinese AF patients had indications for statin therapy. Evidence-based statin prescribing was suboptimal in this population. Greater efforts should be made to improve a holistic approach to cardiovascular risk management in the Chinese AF population.

RESUMEN

In planning for a large-scale multicenter trial to evaluate the effect of acupuncture for the treatment of lateral elbow pain, a pilot study was conducted. This was a prospective, investigator- and patient-blinded, nonrandomized, placebo controlled trial. Subjects were evaluated at baseline, before fourth, seventh, and ninth treatment, and at a two-week posttreatment follow-up. The treatment group received unilateral acupuncture at LI 10 and LI 11 at the affected side with manual needle manipulation; the control group received sham-laser acupuncture at the same acupoints. Measures included (i) disabilities of the arm, shoulder, and hand (DASH) questionnaire, (ii) pain-free grip strength (PFGS), and (iii) a visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain. Significant differences in DASH score, PFGS, and VAS between treatment and control group were found at the ninth treatment (n = 20 for each group, P < 0.05). Only DASH showed significant differences compared to the control for all the measurement time points after treatment commenced and appears to be a sensitive and appropriate primary outcome measure for the future multisite trial. Results from this pilot study provided relevant information about treatment efficacy, credibility of control treatment, and sensitivity of different outcome measures for the planning of the future trial.

RESUMEN

Chronic prostatitis is a common male disease, and its pathogenesis is not yet clear. Most scholars believe that oxidative stress and immune imbalance are the keys to the occurrence and progression of chronic prostatitis. Currently immunotherapy of chronic prostatitis remains in the exploratory stage. This article relates the active ingredients of 5 Chinese medicinal herbs (total glucosides of paeony, tripterigium wilfordii polglycosidium, curcumin, geniposide, and quercetin) for the treatment of chronic prostatitis and their possible action mechanisms as follows: 1) inhibiting the immune response and activation and proliferation of T-cells, and adjusting the proportion of Th1/Th2 cells; 2) upregulating the expression of Treg and enhancing the patient's tolerability; 3) suppressing the activation of the NF-kB factor, reducing the release of iNOS, and further decreasing the release of NO, IL-2 and other inflammatory cytokines, which contribute to the suppression of the immune response; 4) inhibiting the production of such chemokines as MCP-1 and MIP-1α in order to reduce their induction of inflammatory response. Studies on the immune mechanisms of Chinese medicinal herbs in the treatment of chronic prostatitis are clinically valuable for the development of new drugs for this disease.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Jujing No.2 Decoction on male infertility induced by varicocele.

METHODSWe equally randomized 70 male patients with varicocele-induced infertility into a treatment group and a control group, the former treated with modified Jujing No.2 Decoction (1 dose a day, bid) and the latter given Danshen Tablets (4 tablets once, tid) plus Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (8 pills once, tid), both for 3 months. We examined the spermatic veins of the patients by ultrasonography and performed seminal analysis before and after medication.

RESULTSCompared with the controls, the patients in the treatment group showed significant improvement after medication in sperm concentration ([12.35±2.12] vs [18.56±4.16] ×10⁶/ml, P<0.05), progressively motile sperm ([16.18±6.34] vs [24.63±8.51] %, P<0.05), and morphologically normal sperm ([11.59±5.31] vs [14.17±6.02] %, P<0.05). In the control group, sperm concentration was increased from (12.29±2.07) ×10⁶/ml at the baseline to (13.13±3.13) ×10⁶/ml after medication, progressively motile sperm from (16.13±6.45) % to (20.55±7.30) % (P<0.05), and morphologically normal sperm from (11.62±5.35) % to (12.69±5.77) %. The total effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the treatment than in the control group (71.88% vs 46.67%, P<0.05). The inner diameter of the left spermatic vein was decreased from (0.32±0.05) mm at the baseline to [0.26±0.05] mm after medication in the treatment group (P<0.05) and from (0.32±0.03) mm to (0.29±0.04) mm in the control (P<0.05), with statistically significant difference between the two groups after medication (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONSJujing No.2 Decoction is effective in the treatment of varicocele-induced male infertility.

RESUMEN

Two new naphthalenone compounds were isolated from green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica and their structures were identified as 4-butoxybutoxy-5,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-naphthalen-1-one (1), 4-ethoxyethoxy-5,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-naphthalen-1-one (2). Compounds 1 and 2 were named as Juglanstetralone A (1) and Juglanstetralone B (2). Compound 1 showed more significant anti-tumor activity than 2 against gastric cancer BGC-823 cells, wih the IC50 of 125.89 (g(mL(-1).
