RESUMEN

On the basis of earlier executed studies of hypotensive effect of dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNIC) with glutathione, the drug has been created in industrial conditions named oxacom. Preliminary pharmacological studies of oxacom have not revealed negative qualities. The drug has been now tested in 14 healthy men in whom at single intravenous introduction it caused typical response - a decrease of diastolic as well as systolic arterial pressure on 24-27 mmHg through 3-4 min with subsequent very slow restoration in 8-10 hours. The heart rate after initial rise was quickly normalized. Echocardiography revealed unaltered cardiac output in spite of reduced cardiac filling by 28%. The multilateral analysis of clinical and biochemical data has revealed an absence of essential alterations which could lead to pathological consequences. The drug is recommended for carrying out of the second phase of clinical trial. The comparative study of the efficiency of hypotensive action of oxacom, S-nitrosoglutathione (GS-NO) and sodium nitrite (NO2) in rats has shown that the duration of effect was the greatest at oxacom action.

RESUMEN

An approach to the choice of the parameters of physiotherapeutic and biophysical influence on the visual nerve was proposed. The approach is based on parallel photo- and magnetostimulation of excitable fibers in which the morphological and electrophysiological properties of fibers and some parameters of the pathological processes associated with partial artophy and ischemia are taken into account. A method for correlating the photostimulation by light flashes (intensity 65 mWt at emission wavelength 660 nm) of a portion of the retina with the choice of the parameters of magnetic influence (amplitude 73 mT, duration of the wave front of 40 ms, and frequency of pulse sequence of about 1 Hz) on the visual nerve was developed.

RESUMEN

Constant and alternating external magnetic fields induce a sedative effect due to Lorentz forces and also stimulate indirectly metabolic processes. With the properly chosen polarity of the inductor and its position relative to nerve fibers, and with asymmetric and inhomogeneous electrical conductivity in the vicinity of excited fibers, which can be enhanced by pattern light stimulation, magnetic fields produced by asymmetric impulses with one steep front (fore and back) can further enhance excitability and conductivity.

RESUMEN

Using resonance Raman spectroscopy (RRS) nerve carotenoids excitation profile at electric stimulation and block was investigated. It was found changes in intensities, position and relation 1526 and 1160 cm-1 RRS lines at stimulation and tetrodotoxin (10(-7) M) block. During rhythmic excitation two phase of dynamic of relation 1526/1160 cm-1 was found. The role of electrochromic effect on nerve carotenoids conformation at electrostimulation was discussed.

RESUMEN

The spectra of resonance Raman scattering of blood in norm and under pathology (myocardial infarction and sepsis), as well after artificial hemotransfusion or UV photomodification have been studied. It has been shown that under heart pathology the structure of hemoglobin porphyrin macrocycle of erythrocytes changes, the size of porphyrin "nucleus" increases. The opposite conditions are observed at blood sepsis. It has been found that the traditional methods in tissue restoration, hemotransfusion and UV photomodification of blood don't result in complete restoration of hemoporphyrin molecule.
