RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiajian Yijing Decoction on improving clinical symptoms and pregnancy rate of patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)and kidney deficiency and hepat-ic depression syndrome. Methods Patients with DOR and kidney deficiency and hepatic depression syndrome were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(n = 33)and western medicine group(n = 34). Patients in TCM group were treated with Jiajian Yijing Decoction and those in western medicine group with artificial periodic therapy(Progynova 2 mg/d+Dydrogesterone 20 mg/d).All cases were treated with 3 menstrual cycles. The improvement of clinical symptoms of DOR and kidney deficiency and hepatic depression syndrome and pregnancy rate were observed. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms of DOR and kidney deficiency and hepatic depression syndrome after treatment in TCM group was more obvious than that in western medicine group(P<0.05 or P < 0.01). The pregnancy rate after treatment in TCM group was higher than that in western medicine group, but it had no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Jiajian Yijing Decoction can obviously improve the clin-ical symptoms of patients with DOR and kidney deficiency and hepatic depression syndrome and increase the preg-nancy rate in infertile patients. It is worthy of clinical popularization.

RESUMO

This article focused on summarization of the available new screening technology for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) new drug, including high throughput screening (HTS), biological chip, molecular biological chro-matography, high content screening (HCS), network pharmacology, proteomics, and computer-aided drug design (CADD). And in this review, one example that we applied CADD technology (such as molecular docking, pharma-cophore and molecular similarity) in lipid-lowering TCM new drug development was given. Based on the mechanism of lipid metabolism, CADD technology provided a good method on the prescription optimization and mechanism study. In addition, TCM new drug development proposal which displayed in this paper may provide a useful strategy for screening of TCM new drug.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo develop a novel method to determine fastly and nondestructively the content of paeoniflorin, albiflorin and moisture in Radix Paeoniae Alba with near infrared diffuse reflection spectroscopy.

METHODMultivariate calibration models based on PLS algorithm were developed to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference method.

RESULTThe corelation coefficients (R2) of the calibration models were 0.938, 0.943 and 0.976, and the prediction average relative deviation for paeoniflorin, albiflorin and moisture content were 6.5%, 0.23% and 3.8%, respectively.

CONCLUSIONThe NIRS determination method is rapid, accurate, nondestructive and non-pollution. It can dispose the samples without complicated pretreatment. It is qualified to analyze rapidly traditional Chinese medicine whose components are complex. NIRS can be used to control the quality of herbal material of paeony formula granule.

RESUMO

Objective: To make a comparative observation on treating menopausal syndrome with auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture. Methods:The 86 cases were randomized into the group of auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture group, and then the comparative observation was made according to the modified Kupperman index. Results: The statistical analysis on the comparative observation showed there is no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Conclusion: Auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture are both effective for menopausal syndrome, and the auricular points sticking-pressure is worthy to spread with its easy operation.

RESUMO

To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of treating female menopausal syndrome with auricular-point-pressing therapy and acupuncture, 86 patients were randomly divided into auricularpoint pressing group and acupuncture group, the comparative observation was conducted according to a modified Kupperman index. Statistical analysis showed that there's no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Auricular-point-pressing therapy and acupuncture were both effective in treating female menopausal syndrome, while auricular-point-pressing had the advantages of easy operation and acceptance.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the quality standard of Niaoduqing Tablet, a preparation of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used for the identification of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Niaoduqing Tablet. TLC scanning was used for the determination of astragaloside IV and HPLC for determination of paeoniflorin in Niaoduqing Tablet. Results: TLC identification were highly specific. A good linearity for astragaloside IV was ranged 1.006~9.064?g and that for paeoniflorin was ranged 0.176~0.880?g. The average recovery of astragaloside IV was 97.69 %( RSD= 2.13 %) and that of paeoniflorin was 97.47 %( RSD=0.87 %). Conclusion: This method can be used for the standard of quality control of Niaoduqing Tablet.
