RESUMO
Anti-Sd-a is difficult to identify, unless a special technique and strongly reacting Sd(a+) red blood cells are used. Sd-a has a broad distribution of antigen strength. The strongest examples [Sd(a++) or "Super Sid" and strong Sd(a+)] may be readily identified by using an extract from the seeds of Salvia horminum.
