RESUMO

Early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients presenting with cholelithiasis and experiencing psychoemotional stress is designed to restore the function of bile secretion, enhance their adaptive capabilities, and normalize the psychovegetative status for the purpose of preventing further progress of the disease and reducing the risk of the development of post-cholecystectomy syndrome. The inclusion of drinking mineral water, magnetic laser therapy, and UHF therapy in the combined rehabilitative treatment of such patients results in the appreciable enhancement of all functional abilities of the body manifest as the significant improvement and normalization of clinical and laboratory characteristics (elimination of clinical symptoms of the disease, improvement of general and biochemycal parameters of peripheral blood). Simultaneously, the adaptive capabilities and the psychovegetative status of the patients improved as apparent from the increased lymphocyte count, normalization of the Kerdo and Hildebrandt indices and indices of stress level, decreased psychoemotional stress, enhancement of physical functioning characteristics. Taken together, these changes account for the high effectiveness of the above procedures of early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients presenting with cholelithiasisand experiencing psychoemotional stress (94.7%).

RESUMO

Morphological examinations of the liver in chronic opisthorchiasis have both diagnostic and prognostic importance. Significant lowering of the number of cells of the portal tract inflammatory infiltrate per area unit (1 mmI), decreased number of neutrophilic and eosinophilic leukocytes, elevated count of monocytes are not only morphological markers of successful dehelminthization but they also reflect objective improvement of the liver state this being an absolute criterion of effective therapy.

RESUMO

In vitro experimental studies of the antiopisthorchiasis properties of currently available non-drug treatment are ofgreat practical value. The studies demonstrated that the herbal drug ecorsol and the background resonance radiation of the Opisthorchis spectrum exerted an anti-helminthic effect that was evaluated by the marital death and amounted to 83.6 to 96.4%. The experimental studies provided evidence that the background radiation, by using the electromagnetic spectrum of Opisthorchis, had a sufficient helminthocidal effect on mature Opisthorchis felineus in the in vitro experiment, which allows these means to be recommended for the non-drug treatment of chronic opisthorchiasis.

RESUMO

The study made by the authors has proved that thermovibration massage of infrasound frequency (10 Hz) used as an adjuvant in combined treatment of chronic cholecystitis and opisthorchiasis promotes normalization of motor-evacuatory function of the biliary system and intrahepatic hemodynamics, improves biochemical structure of the bile. This improves overall efficacy of the treatment measures.
