RESUMO

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the most common complication of diabetes and is often characterized by damage to retinal vascular microcirculation, resulting in retinal exudation, hemorrhage, fibrosis, and neovascularization. With the aging of my country's population, the incidence of DR is increasing year by year, and it has become one of the main blinding eye diseases in ophthalmic diseases also tends to be younger. So far, although the pathogenesis of DR is not completely clear, scholars generally believe that DR is based on the disorder of glucose metabolism, causing changes in the microcirculation of ocular tissues, nerves, and blood vessels, resulting in chronic damage to the nutrition and visual function of the eye disease. In order to explore the demand for cardiovascular disease treatment, make up for the lack of chronic diseases affecting people's physical harm, and improve the success rate of cardiovascular disease treatment, a method to observe the efficacy and myocardial remodeling of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was proposed. 54 elderly people over 60 years old are afraid of cardiovascular disease and take active protection. A method based on observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was proposed, and at the same time, an intelligent medical monitoring system was constructed to better study, observe, and improve the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure, and myocardial impact of refactoring. The results of the study show that trimetazidine has a good clinical effect on ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure based on the observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

RESUMO

The novel quaternary ammonium modified magnetic carboxyl-carbon nanotubes (QA-Mag-CCNTs) have been synthesised and characterized. QA-Mag-CCNTs were applied in magnetic dispersive solid phase extraction (Mag-dSPE) for preconcentration of perchlorate from tea leaves prior to liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis. The Mag-dSPE procedure for preconcentration of perchlorate succeed in overcoming the flaw (containing target analyte randomly) of commercially available SPE cartridge. Under optimal conditions, the results showed higher extraction efficiency of QA-Mag-CCNTs, with recoveries between 85.2% and 107%. And the satisfactory precision with inter-day and intra-day RSD values were lower than 8.0%. Furthermore, QA-Mag-CCNTs were evaluated for reuse up to 20 times. The limit of quantification (LOQ) for perchlorate was 8.21 ng kg-1. The developed method was successfully applied in tea leaves for food-safety risk monitoring in Zhejiang province, China. The results showed the concentrations of perchlorate in 229 out of 240 collected samples were in the range of 0.082-988 µg kg-1. It was confirmed that QA-Mag-CCNTs were highly effective materials used for preconcentration of perchlorate.

RESUMO

Folic acid plays a significant role during periods of rapid cells division and growth. Pregnant women require folic acid daily, either from dietary supplements or folic acid tablets in order to prevent fetal neural tube defects. In this work, a simple coupled ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography and ion chromatography technique was developed for simultaneous determination of folic acid and inorganic anions in folic acid tablets. A reversed-phase C18 column was used as the pretreatment column for on-line separating inorganic anions from organics. Inorganic anions were concentrated in the concentration column. Under the optimal chromatographic conditions, good sensitivity and linear calibration-curves (r≥0.9992) were obtained. Low detection limits were obtained in the range of 0.0032-0.40mgL-1 for all analytes. Repeatability results were satisfactory with relative standard deviations less than 1.50% (n=5). The developed method was utilized to analyze spiked folic acid tablet samples with good measured recoveries (92.4-107.4%).

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro antiviral effect of ribavirin combined with an oral preparation of traditional Chinese medicine "Hu Fei" (protecting the lung) on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). METHODS: Cytopathic effects (CEP) of RSV on Hep2 cells were observed after adding different concentrations of ribavirin, Hu Fei and combination of both into the culture medium. RESULTS: The minimum concentration of ribavirin and Hu Fei for complete inhibition of CPE caused by RSV was 7.80 microg/ml and 5.00 mg/ml, respectively. When the combination of ribavirin and Hu Fei was applied, their minimum concentrations needed for complete inhibition were decreased to 0.98 ?g/ml and 0.63 mg/ml. CONCLUSIONS: Both ribavirin and Hu Fei showed in vitro anti-RSV effect, but the inhibitory effect of combined ribavirin and Hu Fei was more potent than either of the preparation alone.
