Sexual health is a vital part of physical, emotional, and relational well-being among adults across the life span. While patients are reluctant to discuss their sexual concerns, Obstetrics and Gynecology providers are especially well positioned to improve sexual functioning and satisfaction through screening, education, prevention and early intervention, treatment, and integrating behavioral health and sexual medicine services in their clinical practices.
