ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the difference clinical therapeutic efficacy of the Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine on sick sinus syndrome patients.Method 171 patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.90 patients in the treatment group were given Qiangxin Fumai Mixture while the other 81 patients in the control group were given atropine.The therapeutic course was four weeks in each group.The changes of clinical manifestations,electrocardiogram(24 h Holter monitoring ECG) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were compared between two groups.Result Clinical therapeutic efficacyThere was significant difference between two groups(P
