RESUMO
Objetivo:
Identificar o estado da arte das evidências científicas sobre o uso de substâncias psicoativas entre estudantes de enfermagem. Fonte de dados Portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). A busca foi realizada em janeiro de 2018, sendo utilizado "Estudantes de Enfermagem" como descritor principal, cruzado com "Transtornos relacionados ao uso de substâncias"; "Drogas Ilícitas"; "Alcoolismo"; "Consumo de álcool na Faculdade", todos contidos na lista dos Descritores de Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Foram selecionados artigos publicados nos últimos cinco anos, em português, inglês e espanhol e com texto na íntegra. Resumo dasconclusões:
17 artigos foram selecionados e, após leitura integral, elaboraram se três categorias de discussão, sendo elas 1 O perfil dos estudantes de enfermagem e o uso de substâncias psicoativas; 2 Conhecimentos, crenças e atitudes dos estudantes de enfermagem; e 3 Espiritualidade e uso de substâncias psicoativas. O desenvolvimento de estudos envolvendo a temática tem reduzido nos últimos anos. Foram encontrados estudos que apontaram média a elevada vulnerabilidade para o uso de substâncias psicoativas, bem como predominância de crenças e atitudes negavas entre estudantes de enfermagem.ABSTRACT
Objective:
To identify the state of the art of scientific evidence on the use of SPAs among nursing students. Data source Integral review of the literature, through the databases available at the Virtual Health Library Portal (VHL). The search was performed in January 2018, using "Nursing Students" as the main descriptor, crossed with "Substance Related Disorders"; "Illicit Drugs"; "Alcoholism"; " Alcohol Drinking in College", all contained in the list of Descriptors of Health Sciences (DeCS). Articles published in the last five years were selected, in Portuguese, English and Spanish and text in full. Summary ofconclusions:
17 articles were selected and, after the integral, four discussion areas were elaborated, being 1 The profile of nursing students and their vulnerabilities for the use of psychoactive substances; 2 Knowledge, beliefs and attitudes of nursing students; 3 Spirituality and use of psychoactive substances; and 4 The use of psychoactive substances and risk behaviors. The development of studies involving thematic has reduced in recent years. There were studies that indicated medium to high vulnerability for the use of SPAs, as well as predominance of negative beliefs and attitudes among nursing students.
