RESUMEN
OBJECTIVE: Aim: The aim of the study is todetermine the feasibility of using a home pulmonary rehabilitation program and evaluate its impact on patients with COPD in the GOLD B group. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and Methods: The study was conducted on the basis of the «Healthy Movements¼ studio (Poltava). Patients were involved in the study after receiving secondary (specialized) medical care, the basis of which was physical therapy treatment and exercise therapy in accordance with the clinical protocol approved by the internal order of the health care institution. A total of 30 people (aged 59 to 68.4 years) with II degree chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (50 % ≤ FEV1 < 80 % of normal) in remission took part in the study. Research methods: pedagogical, medical and biological , methods of mathematical statistics. RESULTS: Results: Each patient confirmed the achievement of the general goal, namely, increasing the number of therapeutic exercises from 3 to 5 times a week, improving the quality of life, more active participation in improving their health and awareness of the disease. The patients considered self-management training to be the most valuable. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: Pulmonary rehabilitation is indicated for all patients, regardless of the degree of the disease. The most ef f ective are 6-12 week programs that include breathing exercises, self-management training and training of the patient's environment, strengthening exercises, psychological support, diet therapy.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: The aim of the study is to experimentally test the process of viral infection and determine the ways of its penetration into the human body. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: This experimental analysis is based on systematic research, published peer-reviewed articles, books, textbooks, monographs. It should also be noted that in order to identify some immunocompetent lymph node cells and the ability to visualize certain sites in the lymphoid nodes of Peyer's patches, where the initial processes are presented below, we resorted to sampling anatomical material. The study involved 10 adult albino rats weighing 200.0 ± 20.0 g. The search period covered the period from 2010 to 2021, but the experimental analysis contains some valuable data from previous years, as these literature sources have significant scientific value. RESULTS: Results: According to immunohistochemical analysis of the epithelium associated with the dome of the lymph nodes of the small intestine of white rats, the bulk was B-lymphocytes (about 47%) and T-lymphocytes (about 35%), while plasma cells, macrophages and dendritic cells accounted for approximately 5% for each of them. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: Ð rocess of development of viral infection can be represented in the form of the following targeted steps: 1) massive invasion of viruses into the body; 2) the pathway of viruses to the intended target (target cells) is carried out by the blood flow; 3) аchieving the target by viruses and their penetration into target cells. Ðn the pathogenesis of viral diseases, the role is played by the preparedness of the particular body, which directly depends on the functional state of its immune system, which determines the possibility, severity and outcome of the disease.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: The aim of the study is to investigate and describe eponymous terms of angioarchitectonics of the human head and to determine their features and possibilities of their functioning in modern medical terminology. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The work uses general philosophical and general scientific research methods: dialectical, historical-chronological, bibliographic-descriptive, analytical, etc. This bibliographic analysis is based on published peer-reviewed articles, books, textbooks, monographs. The search period covered the period from 2010 to 2021. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The study of eponymous terms contributes to the disclosure of the evolution of clinical disciplines, the diagnostic process of thinking, as well as the formation of terminological competence in applicants for higher medical education, their mastery of the language of the specialty.

The aim of the study is to identify clinical signs of neurilemmoma of the upper limb, its main ultrasound and X-ray distinctions from other benign tumors of soft tissues. To make a preliminary diagnosis, it is advisable to use different methods of imaging, such as: ultrasound, MRI, radiography. Radiological diagnosis of soft tissue tumors should be based on the integrated use of radiological and ultrasound methods with mandatory consideration of clinical and anamnestic data such as patient age, topographic location of the tumor and its growth rate. Although ultrasound and MRI do not allow to completely differentiate the tumor, but they help to choose the right tactics of the patient. Treatment is to remove the tumor and includes cesium dissection and removal from the nerve bundle, using magnification.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: The purpose of this article was to study the impact of Tae-Bo on the development of motor potential of students and its effectiveness in the process of extracurricular activities. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The experiment was conducted in the conditions of the educational process. An experimental group was formed, which was engaged in the traditional educational program of physical education and additionally three times a week, attended training in Tae-Bo. The control group was engaged in the traditional educational program on physical education in HEI. The following methods were used in the work to solve the research tasks: method of analysis and generalization of literature; surveys, questionnaires; methods of pedagogical observation and experiment; method of testing indicators of physical fitness; methods of mathematical statistics. RESULTS: Results: When comparing the indicators of external manifestation of physical qualities of students of control (n = 60) and experimental (n = 60) groups at the end of the formative experiment, statistically significant differences (p <0.05 and p <0.01) were recorded in tests to determine coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: Thus, the introduction of a developed Tae-Bo training system in the extra-curricular process of HEI students contributed to the positive development of their motor abilities. Experimental work allowed to determine the place and role of modern Tae-Bo training in the extra-curricular process of HEI students.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: The article examines the health-saving competencies of fitness technologies usage during physical education classes. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: Experimental work was carried out in three stages, each of which was characterized by certain goals and objectives, corresponding forms and methods of research organization. To determine the formation of each of the studied components, we used complex of valid diagnostic techniques. RESULTS: Results: Implementation of the methodological system significantly influenced on general level of motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive component formation, which significantly improved, compared with the students of control groups who studied under the traditional system. Evaluation of students' competence in applying fitness technologies showed a high efficiency of the introduced methodological system. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The introduced methodical system of fitness technologies application contributed to increase of the level of students' preparedness by criteria of organizational, communicative, perceptual, speech abilities to fitness technologies, general cultural level, social activity and their involvement in healthy lifestyle. At the same time, the formation of competences in fitness technology usage contributed to the creation of new content of the main components of the methodological system.
