OBJECTIVE: To assess the independent and combined associations of tumor-related psychiatric symptoms (TRPS) with dynamic health-related quality of life (HRQL) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after hepatectomy and to identify related patterns of health behaviors. METHODS: This prospective study included patients with HCC who underwent hepatectomy between September 2021 and May 2022. Independent and combined associations between TRPS and HRQL were identified by generalized linear model and weighted quantile sum model, respectively. Trajectories of HRQL were identified by latent class mixed model. RESULTS: Among the 205 patients, 174 (84.9%) were male. For the outcome of HRQL at 6 months: Anxiety, depression, fatigue, and sleep disorder were independently associated with a decrease of HRQL (all P < 0.05). A negative combined effect of TRPS was also found (ß = - 5.07, 95% CI, - 10.01 to - 0.13), with depression emerged as the predominant contributor (49%). The health behaviors of body mass index, smoking, drinking, or physical exercise were not significantly modified the associations between combined TRPS and HRQL (all P > 0.05 for interaction). Similar results were also found for the HRQL at baseline and at 1 and 3 months. Three HRQL trajectory groups were identified: recover (44.9%), poor (44.4%), and deteriorating (10.7%). Deteriorating group was associated with higher incidence of TRPS (all P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: TRPS were associated with a decrease of HRQL regardless of healthy behaviors in HCC patients. Therefore, healthy behaviors promotion alone might not substantially increase HRQL associated with TRPS, and other measures tackling TRPS are warranted.

We developed a new transient directing group, N-(2-benzoyl-4-chlorophenyl)-1,1,1-trifluoromethanesulfonamide, which can facilitate the γ-monoarylation of free amines containing symmetric γ-C-H bonds. A variety of amines containing symmetric and identical γ-C(sp3)-H and γ-C(sp2)-H reacted with a diverse range of aryl and heteroaryl iodides to provide γ-monoarylated products exclusively.

Immunotherapy exhibited potential effects for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, unfortunately, the clinical benefits are often countered by cancer adaptive immune suppressive response. Uncovering the mechanism how cancer cells evade immune surveillance would help to develop new immunotherapy approaches and combination therapy. In this article, by analyzing the transcriptional factors which modulate the differentially expressed genes between T cell infiltration high group and low group, we identified oncoprotein B cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) suppresses the infiltration and activation of tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes, thus correlated with poorer clinical outcome. By using antibody deletion experiment, we further demonstrated that CD4+T cells but not CD8+T cells are the main lymphocyte population suppressed by Bcl6 to promote HCC development. Mechanistically, BCL6 decreases cancer cell expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and T lymphocyte chemokines such as IL6, IL1F6, and CCL5. Moreover, BCL6 upregulates Endothelial cell-specific molecule 1 (ESM1) to inhibit T lymphocyte recruitment and activation possibly through ICAM-1/LFA-1 signaling pathway. Our findings uncovered an unappreciated paracrine mechanism how cancer cell-derived BCL6 assists cancer cell immune evasion, and highlighted the role of CD4+T cells in HCC immune surveillance.

Introduction: Due to the high-density farming of Larimichthys crocea over the years, diseases caused by pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites frequently occur in Ningbo, posing a huge threat and challenge to the sustainable and healthy development of the L. crocea's bay farming industry. In order to understand the diseases occurrence in L. crocea farming in Ningbo area, an epidemiological investigation of L. crocea diseases was carried out through regular sampling in 2023. Methods: From April to October 2023, routine sampling of L. crocea was conducted monthly in various farming areas in Ningbo. Each time, live or dying L. crocea with obvious clinical symptoms were sampled, with a total number of 55 L. crocea collected. The samples were preserved in ice bags and transported to the laboratory for pathogen detection(including bacterial isolation and identification,virus identification, and parasites detection). Results: A total of fifty-five fish dying L. crocea with obvious clinical symptoms were collected in this study, of which 78.18% (43/55) were detected with symptoms caused by pathogenic infection, while 21.82% (12/55) did not have identified pathogens, which were presumed to be breeding abrasions, nutritional metabolic disorders, unconventional pathogens infection or other reasons. A total of twenty-five pathogenic bacteria strains were isolated, which mainly were Pseudomonas plecoglossicida and Vibrio harveyi, accounting for 52% (13/25) and 32% (8/25) of the pathogenic bacteria strains, respectively. Among them, both V. harveyi and Streptococcus. iniae co-infected one fish. Additionally, three other bacterial strains including Nocardia seriolae, Staphylococcus Saprophyticus, and Photobacterium damselae subsp.damselae were isolated. Microscopic examination mainly observed two parasites, Cryptocaryon irritans and Neobenedenia girellae. In virus detection, the red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV) was mainly detected in L. crocea. Statistical analysis showed that among the fish with detected pathogens, 55.81% (24/43) had bacterial infections, 37.21% (16/43) had parasitic infections, and 37.21% (16/43) had RSIV infections. Among them, five fish had mixed infections of bacteria and parasites, three had mixed infections of bacteria and viruses, three had mixed infections of parasites and viruses, and one L. crocea had mixed infections of viruses, bacteria, and parasites. Discussion: These findings indicate that these three major types of diseases are very common in the L. crocea farming area in Ningbo, implying the complexity of mixed infections of multiple diseases.

Organoids are in vitro 3D models that maintain their own tissue structure and function. They largely overcome the limitations of traditional tumor models and have become a powerful research tool in the field of oncology in recent years. Gynecological malignancies are major diseases that seriously threaten the life and health of women and urgently require the establishment of models with a high degree of similarity to human tumors for clinical studies to formulate individualized treatments. Currently, organoids are widely studied in exploring the mechanisms of gynecological tumor development as a means of drug screening and individualized medicine. Ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers as common gynecological malignancies have high morbidity and mortality rates among other gynecological tumors. Therefore, this study reviews the application of modelling, drug efficacy assessment, and drug response prediction for ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers, thereby clarifying the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and development, and providing precise treatment options for gynecological oncology patients.

BACKGROUND: Artesunate (ASA) acts as an •O2- source through the breakdown of endoperoxide bridges catalyzed by Fe2+, yet its efficacy in ASA-based nanodrugs is limited by poor intracellular delivery. METHODS: ASA-hyaluronic acid (HA) conjugates were formed from hydrophobic ASA and hydrophilic HA by an esterification reaction first, and then self-targeting nanomicelles (NM) were developed using the fact that the amphiphilic conjugates of ASA and HA are capable of self-assembling in aqueous environments. RESULTS: These ASA-HA NMs utilize CD44 receptor-mediated transcytosis to greatly enhance uptake by breast cancer cells. Subsequently, endogenous Fe2+ from the tumor catalyzes the released ASA to produce highly toxic •O2- radicals to kill tumor cells, although sustained tumor growth inhibition can be achieved via in vivo experiments. CONCLUSIONS: Self-targeting NMs represent a promising strategy for enhancing ASA-based treatments, leveraging clinically approved drugs to expedite drug development and clinical research in oncology.

BACKGROUND: The prominent symptoms of chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) are urogenital pain, lower urinary tract symptoms, psychological problems, and sexual dysfunction. Traditional pharmacological treatments have poor efficacy and more untoward reaction and complications. Magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy is a non-invasive form of physiotherapy. Nevertheless, its effectiveness in improving urinary discomfort and relieving pain in patients requires further exploration. AIM: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP)/ CPPS. METHODS: Seventy patients with CP/CPPS were collected from the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Male Medicine, Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were treated with magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy once a day for a period of 14 d. National Institutes of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI), international index of erectile function 5 (IIEF-5), premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), patient health questionnaire, the pain catastrophizing scale (PCS) and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (TCMS) scores were performed before and after treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment was 58.5%, and the total NIH-CPSI score, pain symptoms, voiding symptoms, quality of life, IIEF-5, PEDT, GAD, PCS and TCMS scores all decreased significantly (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Magnetic vibration magnetotherapy is effective in improving urinary discomfort, relieving pain, improving quality of life, improving sexual dysfunction and relieving negative emotions such as anxiety in patients with CP/CPPS.

Objective: The mechanisms of intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) in low back pain (LBP) patients are multiples. In this study, we attempt to investigate whether melatonergic system plays a potential role in IVDD patients with LBP by analyzing their clinical specimens. The fucus will be given to the correlation between the melatonin receptor expression and intervertebral disc tissue apoptosis. Methods: In this clinical study, 107 lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus (NP) specimens from patients with LBP were collected with patients' consents. The disc height (DH) discrepancy ratio, range of motion and sagittal parameters of the pathological plane were measured and Pfirrmann grade was used to classified the grades of IVDD level. Discs at grades 1-3 were served as normal control and grades 4-5 were considered as IVDD. The expression levels of melatonin receptor 1A (MT1) and 1B (MT2) were measured by immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis of NP was assessed using TUNEL staining. Their potential associations among MT1/2, DH, apoptosis, sagittal parameters with IVDD and LBP were evaluated with statistical analysis. Results: The incidence of IVDD was positively associated with age and negatively related to VAS scores for LBP (p < 0.001). Patients with higher degree of IVDD also have higher DH discrepancy ratio (p < 0.001), higher prevalence of lumbar instability (p = 0.003) and higher cell apoptosis compared to the control. Nevertheless, no statistically significant correlation was identified between Pfirrmann grade and lumbar sagittal parameters. MT1 and MT2 both were highly expressed in the NP tissues. Importantly, MT1 expression but not MT2 was significantly increased in the intervertebral disc tissue of patients with IVDD and its level correlated well with cell apoptosis level and the severity of IVDD as well as lower VAS scores for LBP. Conclusion: The highly elevated MT1 expression was found in NP tissues of patients with IVDD and LBP compared to the control. This phenomenon probably reflects the compensating response of the body to the pathological alteration of the IVDD and LBP. Therefore, these findings provide the novel information to use selective agonists of MT1 to target IVDD and LBP clinically.

Sonic hedgehog (Shh) is a component of the Hedgehog signaling pathway, playing an important role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and the repair of damaged organisms. To further clarify the expression pattern of Shh gene in the secondary hair follicle growth cycle of cashmere goats and its mechanism of action on secondary hair follicle papilla cells, and improve cashmere quality, in this study, we took Inner Mongolia Albas white cashmere goats as the research objects and collected skin samples at different growth stages to obtain secondary hair follicles, detected Shh and its gene expression by RT-qPCR, Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and other techniques, while we also cultured DPCs in vitro. Shh gene overexpression and interference vectors were constructed, and the effects of Shh gene on the proliferation and apoptosis of DPCs were studied through cell transfection technology. The results showed that there are significant differences in Shh and its gene expression in the secondary hair follicle growth cycle skins of cashmere goats, with the highest expression level in anagen, followed by catagen, and the lowest expression level in telogen. Shh was mainly expressed in the inner root sheath, outer root sheath, and secondary hair follicle papilla. After the overexpression of Shh gene, the proliferation and vitality of the hair papilla cells were enhanced compared to the interference group. After Shh gene interference, the apoptosis rate of the cells increased, indicating that Shh gene can regulate downstream Ptch, Smo, and Gli2 gene expression to promote the proliferation of DPCs, and thus form its expression pattern in the secondary hair follicle growth cycle of cashmere goats.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has become the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide; annually, approximately 830,000 deaths related to liver cancer are diagnosed globally. Since early-stage HCC is clinically asymptomatic, traditional treatment modalities, including surgical ablation, are usually not applicable or result in recurrence. Immunotherapy, particularly immune checkpoint blockade (ICB), provides new hope for cancer therapy; however, immune evasion mechanisms counteract its efficiency. In addition to viral exposure and alcohol addiction, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) has become a major cause of HCC. Owing to NASH-related aberrant T cell activation causing tissue damage that leads to impaired immune surveillance, NASH-associated HCC patients respond much less efficiently to ICB treatment than do patients with other etiologies. In addition, abnormal inflammation contributes to NASH progression and NASH-HCC transition, as well as to HCC immune evasion. Therefore, uncovering the detailed mechanism governing how NASH-associated immune cells contribute to NASH progression would benefit HCC prevention and improve HCC immunotherapy efficiency. In the following review, we focused our attention on summarizing the current knowledge of the role of CD4+T cells in NASH and HCC progression, and discuss potential therapeutic strategies involving the targeting of CD4+T cells for the treatment of NASH and HCC.

This study marks the first occasion that Streptococcus iniae has been isolated, identified, and characterized as the causative pathogen in spotted sea bass (Lateolabrax maculates). Infected fish exhibited a range of external symptoms, including scale loss, bleeding from the jaw, anus, and tail, among other signs, as well as internal manifestations such as congested liver, splenomegaly, branchial anemia, yellow fat syndrome, and intestinal edema. Notably, exophthalmia and meningoencephalitis-typical symptoms associated with previous S. iniae infections-were not observed. A predominant bacterial isolate (designated 10S01) was recovered from the pure culture of spleen of a diseased spotted sea bass in Zhuhai, China. The strain was then subjected to Gram staining, biochemical profiling, and molecular confirmation through 16S rRNA and gyrB gene, corroborating its identity as S. iniae. Pathogenicity was assessed by intraperitoneal injection challenge in spotted sea bass weighing approximately 13 g/fish, revealing a LD50 of 74 cfu/g-fish. The 10S01 strain demonstrated the ability to colonize various organs, including the spleen, liver, kidney, and brain, with a relatively higher affinity for the spleen. Furthermore, antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated that the 10S01 strain was sensitive to 14 tested antibiotics, particularly chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, florfenicol, ofloxacin, rifampicin, and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, highlighting these as preferred treatments for S. iniae infections in spotted sea bass. These findings contribute significantly to our understanding of S. iniae pathogenesis and inform the prompt and appropriate antibiotic treatment of S. iniae infections.

Automatic detection of pulmonary nodule based on computer tomography (CT) images can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. However, there is a lack of effective interactive tools to record the marked results of radiologists in real time and feed them back to the algorithm model for iterative optimization. This paper designed and developed an online interactive review system supporting the assisted diagnosis of lung nodules in CT images. Lung nodules were detected by the preset model and presented to doctors, who marked or corrected the lung nodules detected by the system with their professional knowledge, and then iteratively optimized the AI model with active learning strategy according to the marked results of radiologists to continuously improve the accuracy of the model. The subset 5-9 dataset of the lung nodule analysis 2016(LUNA16) was used for iteration experiments. The precision, F1-score and MioU indexes were steadily improved with the increase of the number of iterations, and the precision increased from 0.213 9 to 0.565 6. The results in this paper show that the system not only uses deep segmentation model to assist radiologists, but also optimizes the model by using radiologists' feedback information to the maximum extent, iteratively improving the accuracy of the model and better assisting radiologists.

Interrupted ER homeostasis contributes to the etiology of obesity cardiomyopathy although it remains elusive how ER stress evokes cardiac anomalies in obesity. Our study evaluated the impact of ER stress inhibition on cardiac anomalies in obesity. Lean and ob/ob obese mice received chemical ER chaperone tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA, 50 mg/kg/d, p.o.) for 35 days prior to evaluation of glucose sensitivity, echocardiographic, myocardial geometric, cardiomyocyte mechanical and subcellular Ca2+ property, mitochondrial integrity, oxidative stress, apoptosis, and ferroptosis. Intracellular Ca2+ governing domains including sarco(endo)plasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA) were monitored by45Ca2+uptake and immunoblotting. Our results noted that TUDCA alleviated myocardial remodeling (fibrosis, hypertrophy, enlarged LVESD), echocardiographic anomalies (compromised fractional shortening and ejection fraction), cardiomyocyte contractile dysfunction (amplitude and velocity of cell shortening, relengthening time) and intracellular Ca2+ anomalies (compromised subcellular Ca2+ release, clearance and SERCA function), mitochondrial damage (collapsed membrane potential, downregulated mitochondrial elements and ultrastructural alteration), ER stress (GRP78, eIF2α and ATF4), oxidative stress, apoptosis and ferroptosis [downregulated SLC7A11, GPx4 and upregulated transferrin receptor (TFRC)] without affecting global glucose sensitivity and serum Fe2+ in obese mice. Obesity-evoked change in HSP90, phospholamban and Na+-Ca2+ exchanger was spared by the chemical ER chaperone. Moreover, in vitro results noted that TUDCA, PERK inhibitor GSK2606414, TFRC neutralizing antibody and ferroptosis inhibitor LIP1 mitigated palmitic acid-elicited changes in lipid peroxidation and mechanical function. Our findings favored a role for ferroptosis in obesity cardiomyopathy downstream of ER stress.

Although many efforts have been devoted to the modification of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) hydrolases for improving the efficiency of PET degradation, the catalytic performance of these enzymes at near-ambient temperatures remains a challenge. Herein, a multi-enzyme cascade system (PT-EC) was developed and validated by assembling three well-developed PETases, PETaseEHA, Fast-PETase, and Z1-PETase, respectively, together with carboxylesterase TfCa, and hydrophobic binding module CBM3a using scaffold proteins. The resulting PT-ECEHA, PT-ECFPE, PT-ECZPE all demonstrated outstanding PET degradation efficacy. Notably, PT-ECEHA exhibited a 16.5-fold increase in product release compared to PETaseEHA, and PT-ECZPE yielded the highest amount of product. Subsequently, PT-ECs were displayed on the surface of Escherichia coli, respectively, and their degradation efficiency toward three PET types was investigated. The displayed PT-ECEHA exhibited a 20-fold increase in degradation efficiency with PET film compared to the surface-displayed PETaseEHA. Remarkably, an almost linear increase in product release was observed for the displayed PT-ECZPE over a one-week degradation period, reaching 11.56 ± 0.64 mM after 7 days. TfCaI69W/L281Y evolved using a docking-based virtual screening strategy showed a further 2.5-fold increase in the product release of PET degradation. Collectively, these advantages of PT-EC demonstrated the potential of a multi-enzyme cascade system for PET bio-cycling.

Microplastics (MPs) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) are typical co-existing emerging pollutants in wastewater treatment plants. MPs have been shown to alter the distribution pattern of ARGs in sludge, but their effects on free extracellular ARGs (feARGs) in wastewater remain unclear. In this study, we used fluorescence quantitative PCR to investigate the dynamics of feARGs (including tetC, tetO, sul1, and sul2) in wastewater and their transition mechanisms after 60 d of exposure to typical MPs (polystyrene, PS). The results showed that the absolute abundance of tetracycline feARGs decreased by 28.4 %-76.0 % and 35.2 %-96.2 %, respectively, under nm-level and mm-level PS exposure and changed by -55.4 %-122.4 % under µm-level PS exposure. The abundance of sul1 showed a trend of nm-level > µm-level > mm-level upon PS exposure, and the changes in sul1 abundance was greater with ρ(PS)=50 mg·L-1 exposure. The relative abundance of sul2 was reduced by 25.4 %-42.6 % and 46.1 %-90.3 % after µm-level and mm-level PS exposure, respectively, and increased by 1.9-3.9 times after nm-level PS exposure, and the sul2 showed a higher reduction at ρ (PS)=50 mg·L-1 exposure than that at ρ (PS)=0.5 mg·L-1. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative abundance of feARGs during PS exposure was positively correlated with cell membrane permeability and typical mobile genetic elements (intI1) abundance and negatively correlated with reactive oxygen species level. Our findings elucidated the effects and corresponding mechanisms of PS on the growth and mobility of feARGs in wastewater, providing a scientific basis for the control of the combined MPs and ARGs pollution in wastewater.

Cyberbullying victimization is becoming more prevalent and adversely affects mental health. This research explores the relationship between the two variables and the underlying mechanism, especially for children, as the impact of mental health in childhood might last a lifetime. Primary school students (N = 344; Mage = 9.90; 43.90% girls) completed self-report questionnaires regarding cyberbullying victimization, self-perceived social competence, optimism, and depression at school. Gender and grade were controlled as covariates. Depression was positively predicted by cyberbullying victimization, while self-perceived social competence played a partially mediating role. In addition, optimism directly and indirectly moderated the effects of cyberbullying victimization on depression. Specifically, the effects were stronger for children with low levels of optimism. Therefore, efforts to enhance children's self-perceived social competence and optimism may reduce their depression resulting from cyberbullying victimization.

Different eukaryotic cell organelles (e.g., mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, lysosome) are involved in various cancer processes, by dominating specific cellular activities. Organelles cooperate, such as through contact points, in complex biological activities that help the cell regulate energy metabolism, signal transduction, and membrane dynamics, which influence survival process. Herein, we review the current studies of mechanisms by which mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, and lysosome are related to the three major malignant gynecological cancers, and their possible therapeutic interventions and drug targets. We also discuss the similarities and differences of independent organelle and organelle-organelle interactions, and their applications to the respective gynecological cancers; mitochondrial dynamics and energy metabolism, endoplasmic reticulum dysfunction, lysosomal regulation and autophagy, organelle interactions, and organelle regulatory mechanisms of cell death play crucial roles in cancer tumorigenesis, progression, and response to therapy. Finally, we discuss the value of organelle research, its current problems, and its future directions.

Dynamic therapies, which induce reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in situ through endogenous and exogenous stimulation, are emerging as attractive options for tumor treatment. However, the complexity of the tumor substantially limits the efficacy of individual stimulus-triggered dynamic therapy. Herein, bimetallic copper and ruthenium (Cu@Ru) core-shell nanoparticles are applied for endo-exogenous stimulation-triggered dynamic therapy. The electronic structure of Cu@Ru is regulated through the ligand effects to improve the adsorption level for small molecules, such as water and oxygen. The core-shell heterojunction interface can rapidly separate electron-hole pairs generated by ultrasound and light stimulation, which initiate reactions with adsorbed small molecules, thus enhancing ROS generation. This synergistically complements tumor treatment together with ROS from endogenous stimulation. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that Cu@Ru nanoparticles can induce tumor cell apoptosis and ferroptosis through generated ROS. This study provides a new paradigm for endo-exogenous stimulation-based synergistic tumor treatment.

Laminin receptor (LR), which mediating cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix, plays a crucial role in cell signaling and regulatory functions. In the present study, a laminin receptor gene (SpLR) was cloned and characterized from the mud crab (Scylla paramamosain). The full length of SpLR contained an open reading frame (ORF) of 960 bp encoding 319 amino acids, a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 66 bp and a 3' UTR of 49 bp. The predicted protein comprised two Ribosomal-S2 domains and a 40S-SA-C domain. The mRNA of SpLR was highly expressed in the gill, followed by the hepatopancreas. The expression of SpLR was up-regulated after mud crab dicistrovirus-1(MCDV-1) infection. Knocking down SpLR in vivo by RNA interference significantly down-regulated the expression of the immune genes SpJAK, SpSTAT, SpToll1, SpALF1 and SpALF5. This study shown that the expression level of SpToll1 and SpCAM in SpLR-interfered group significantly increased after MCDV-1 infection. Moreover, silencing of SpLR in vivo decreased the MCDV-1 replication and increased the survival rate of mud crabs after MCDV-1 infection. These findings collectively suggest a pivotal role for SpLR in the mud crab's response to MCDV-1 infection. By influencing the expression of critical innate immune factors and impacting viral replication dynamics, SpLR emerges as a key player in the intricate host-pathogen interaction, providing valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying MCDV-1 pathogenesis in mud crabs.
