RESUMEN

Low level of physical development, physiologic reserves, signs of psychical disadaptation, frequent functional disorders in cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract are noted in recruits with hypotrophy. Using of rapidly acting adaptogenes during 1 month (phytopreparation elixir "Altai" and "Vitavis" in tablets) significantly improves body state: increase in the level of physiologic reserves, physical working capacity, IMT, body unspecific resistance; improvement in indices of hemodynamics, metabolism and immunity; decrease in asthenization and psychical disadaptation. The state of adaptation and increased resistance in this recruit group remains during the following months of service.

RESUMEN

Early complex treatment of a critical brain traumas should be aimed not only at men's life and personality saving, but also at their performance' rehabilitation. Complicity and to some degree individual nature of a critical trauma pathogenesis depend on the associative active methods of surgery interference and conservative pharmacotherapy. The article deals with well-practiced means and methods of symptomatic pharmacotherapy at the early and later stages of the brain traumas with vestibular and hearing system injures and with theoretical and clinical base for modern "quick-action adaptogens" usage in addition to psychoneurocorrectors.

RESUMEN

Cyclic daily experiments were conducted using the standard method of free behavior of animals in an "open field" (Opto-Varimex, USA) with by the hour recording of locomotor parameters. The neuromodulating activity of 124 pharmacological agents was compared according to the size and duration of their stimulating or depressant effect.

RESUMEN

Four-day monitoring using standard methods of studying free group behavior of animals in an "open field" (Opto-Varimex, USA) showed that all the peptide immunomodulators under study possessed a neuromodulating effect comparable with that of known drugs. They change the character of the circadian rhythms of the animals' motor activity and the dynamics of extinction of the orientation-investigation reaction. In comparison with the control the activity of the drugs under study was distributed as follows: ethymizol > cerebrolysin > thymalin > nootropil > thymogen > T-activin > cortexin > dibazol.

RESUMEN

This paper presents the information on the early period of an explosive head trauma and trauma to the auditory system. Different types of hearing impairment, the staging of the pathological process were determined along with various immunological and biochemical changes occurring in this group of patients. The results of the study call for necessity of the early ENT observation of all patients in whom an explosive trauma is suspected.

RESUMEN

The wide use of the mine-explosive weapon in modern military conflicts is accompanied by high specific weight of mine-explosive traumas (MET), which achieve 30-40% of all traumas. In the departments of the hospital in 21.3-35.8% of the wounded with MET accompanying defeat of acoustical system with probable subsequent development of neurosensory hypoacusis and invalidism of the injured is established. It defines necessity of early ENT-inspections of all injured with such traumas. Steady up to 1-6 months reduction of hearing is accompanied by biochemical infringements of a cerebrospinal liquid.

RESUMEN

The report deals with the results of organ-saving surgery for subchondral endoprosthesis carried out in 31 patients with primary tumors and pathological fracture of bones caused by metastasis. An original procedure using the anatomo-physiological peculiarities of cartilage permits to preserve the physiological status of the joint. Lysis of tumor cells in subchondral bone is caused by methyl acrylate used as bone cement. Administration of adaptogen-immunomodulators promotes postoperative healing processes and lowers the risk of infection-related complications.

RESUMEN

A model of the cardiotoxic effect of cardiac glycosides (k-strophanthin) was used in the experiments with standard frog hearts isolated in situ. Effective parameters of the cardioprotective action of electromagnetic radiations, magnetic and electric fields are examined with the model.

RESUMEN

The most active stimulants of the higher nervous activity (nootropil, tonibral, mefexamide, sydnocarb, pyrroxane, ethimizole, gutimin and analogs) were studied and compared as regards their effects on the time course of forming the conditioned reflex of avoidance in rats during one-time and "fraction" learning. The models of special retraining were used to examine the drug effects on the phases of consolidation and the time course of the reflex reproduction. The most active compounds have been defined in terms of the parameters under consideration.

RESUMEN

Comparative research has been made of the influence of psychostimulants (amphetamine, sydnocarb, centedrin), neurotropic agents (neutrophil, mefexamide, tonibral, acephen), analeptics (ethimizole), alpha-adrenoblockers (pyrroxane), glutamine and its analogues on the forming in rats of the avoidance conditioned reflex in a Y-shaped labyrinth and its reproduction (repeated learning) after 24 hours. The time of learning, the number of mistakes and runnings until the criterion of learning is attained, emotional status, motor activity, elements of individual and group behavior of the animals have been studied to reveal the drugs having the most pronounced effect on the characteristics examined.

RESUMEN

The effects of vasopressin and those of fragments of adrenocorticotropin ACTH5-10; ACTH4-7; l-phenilalanin, and ACTH4-7 d-phenilalanin on the learning of rats in U-shaped labyrinth were studied. The consolidation of skills in long-term memory ability for reversal learning were checked. The results suggest that effect of all these oligopeptides on the higher nervous activity is significant and specific, vasopressin improving the long-term memory, ACTH4-7-l-phenilalanin improving the learning, ACTH4-7-d-phenilalanin making learning next to impossible.
