Introduction: Deprescribing serves as a pivotal measure to mitigate the drug-related problem due to polypharmacy. This study aimed to map the factors influencing healthcare providers' deprescribing decision using the Behaviour Change Wheel framework and develop an innovative conceptual model to support deprescribing practice. Methods: A cross-sectional online survey targeting doctors and pharmacists was conducted to assess the influence of various factors on healthcare providers' comfort in recommending deprescribing. The conceptual model was formulated, based on the existing deprescribing framework and the Behaviour Change Wheel. The model's robustness was scrutinised through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), and model-fitting indices were employed to obtain the best-fit model. Results: A total of 736 responses were analysed with the final best-fit model consisting of 24 items in 5 constructs (R 2: 0.163; SRMR: 0.064; rho_c: 0.750-0.862; AVE: 0.509-0.627) and three independent factors. Based on the results, we proposed that deprescribing could be promoted through strategies aimed at enhancing healthcare providers internal capabilities such as knowledge levels, when patients' condition deteriorated and previous experiences with adverse events of drugs. Organisational support in providing such educational opportunities is important, with the empowerment of patient and healthcare providers through policy enhancements, guideline development, and effective communication. Conclusion: The deprescribing behaviours of healthcare professionals are influenced by an intricate interplay of patient, prescriber, and system factors. Enhancing deprescribing practices necessitates a comprehensive strategy that encompasses providers and patients' education, the development of structured deprescribing guidelines, the implementation of deprescribing support tools, and the enhancement of communication between healthcare providers.

Background: Increased load bearing across the patellofemoral and tibiofemoral articulations has been associated with total knee arthroplasty (TKA) complications. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to quantify the biomechanical characteristics of the patellofemoral and tibiofemoral joints and simulate varying weight-bearing demands after posterior cruciate ligament-retaining (CR) and posterior-stabilized (PS) TKAs. Methods: Eight fresh-frozen cadaveric knees (average age, 68.4 years; range, 40-86 years) were tested using a custom knee system with muscle-loading capabilities. The TKA knees were tested with a CR and then a PS TKA implant and were loaded at 6 different flexion angles from 15° to 90° with progressively increasing loads. The independent variables were the implant types (CR and PS TKA), progressively increased loading, and knee flexion angle (KFA). The dependent variables were the patellofemoral and tibiofemoral kinematics and contact characteristics. Results: The results showed that at higher KFAs, the position of the femur translated significantly more posterior in CR implants than in PS implants (36.6 ± 5.2 mm and 32.5 ± 5.7 mm, respectively). The patellofemoral contact force and contact area were significantly greater in PS than in CR implants at higher KFAs and loads (102.4 ± 12.5 N and 88.1 ± 10.9 N, respectively). Lastly, the tibiofemoral contact force was significantly greater in the CR than the PS implant at flexion angles of 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90° KFA, the average at these flexion angles for all loads tested being 246.1 ± 42.1 N and 192.8 ± 54.8 N for CR and PS implants, respectively. Conclusions: In this biomechanical study, CR TKAs showed less patellofemoral contact force, but more tibiofemoral contact force than PS TKAs. For higher loads across the joint and at increased flexion angles, there was significantly more posterior femur translation in the CR design with a preserved posterior cruciate ligament and therefore significantly less patellofemoral contact area and force than in the PS design. The different effects of loading on implants are an important consideration for physicians as patients with higher load demands should consider the significantly greater patellofemoral contact force and area of the PS over the CR design.

The ability to learn novel items depends on brain functions that store information about items classified by their associated meanings and outcomes1-4, but the underlying neural circuit mechanisms of this process remain poorly understood. Here we show that deep layers of the lateral entorhinal cortex (LEC) contain two groups of 'item-outcome neurons': one developing activity for rewarded items during learning, and another for punished items. As mice learned an olfactory item-outcome association, we found that the neuronal population of LEC layers 5/6 (LECL5/6) formed an internal map of pre-learned and novel items, classified into dichotomic rewarded versus punished groups. Neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), which form a bidirectional loop circuit with LECL5/6, developed an equivalent item-outcome rule map during learning. When LECL5/6 neurons were optogenetically inhibited, tangled mPFC representations of novel items failed to split into rewarded versus punished groups, impairing new learning by mice. Conversely, when mPFC neurons were inhibited, LECL5/6 representations of individual items were held completely separate, disrupting both learning and retrieval of associations. These results suggest that LECL5/6 neurons and mPFC neurons co-dependently encode item memory as a map of associated outcome rules.

OBJECTIVE: Implicit bias is a potential factor in the severity of examinee rating during oral examinations. Ratings may be impacted by examinee characteristics, such as gender, that are independent of examinee knowledge base, clinical judgment, or test-taking ability. The effects of examiner-examinee gender concordance in the Vascular Surgery Certifying Examination (VCE) have not been previously studied. We explored whether examiner ratings and likelihood of passing the examination were influenced by gender concordance among examiners and examinees. METHODS: Data collected from examinees who first attempted the VCE between 2018 and 2023 were analyzed. There were 1005 examinees (69.3% male and 30.1% female) and 121 examiners (71.9% male, and 28.1% female). Linear mixed-effects models and generalized linear mixed-effects models were used to evaluate the effects of examinee and examiner gender on VCE ratings and likelihood of passing the examination. RESULTS: Examiner-examinee gender concordance had no significant impact on examiner ratings or likelihood of passing the examination. In addition, examinee gender alone had no significant impact on VCE rating or pass rates. Only Vascular Qualifying Examination scores explained more than 1% of the variance in total VCE scores for the gender model (F(1, 1003.5) = 71.08, P < .01, R2 = 3%). Vascular Qualifying Examination scores were positively related to total VCE scores. CONCLUSIONS: Although implicit bias has the potential to impact examiner scoring, there is no evidence that this is the case with respect to gender in the VCE of the American Board of Surgery.

OBJECTIVE: As a result of conflicting, inadequate or controversial data in the literature, several issues concerning the management of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) remain unanswered. The aim of this international, expert-based Delphi consensus document was to provide some guidance for clinicians on these controversial topics. METHODS: A three-round Delphi consensus document was produced with 44 experts on 6 prespecified topics regarding the management of AAAs. All answers were provided anonymously. The response rate for each round was 100%. RESULTS: Most participants (42 of 44 [95.4%]) agreed that a minimum case volume per year is essential (or probably essential) for a center to offer open or endovascular AAA repair (EVAR). Furthermore, 33 of 44 (75.0%) believed that AAA screening programs are (probably) still clinically effective and cost effective. Additionally, most panelists (36 of 44 [81.9%]) voted that surveillance after EVAR should be (or should probably be) lifelong. Finally, 35 of 44 participants (79.7%) thought that women smokers should (or should probably/possibly) be considered for screening at 65 years of age, similar to men. No consensus was achieved regarding lowering the threshold for AAA repair and the need for deep venous thrombosis prophylaxis in patients undergoing EVAR. CONCLUSIONS: This expert-based Delphi consensus document provides guidance for clinicians regarding specific unresolved issues. Consensus could not be achieved on some topics, highlighting the need for further research in those areas.

BACKGROUND: Detectable, and especially rising postthyroidectomy serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen levels, as per American Thyroid Association guidelines, indicate potential disease presence, requiring frequent calcitonin measurement or imaging for early detection of persistent or recurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma. Thus, defining the clinical cutoff value of detection of calcitonin assays relative to imaging and clinical status is crucial for patient care. This study aimed to evaluate postoperative calcitonin levels using the new Siemens Atellica assay system to determine the most appropriate levels for clinical decision-making. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was conducted using Siemens Atellica for calcitonin testing on 56 samples from 40 patients between September 27, 2022 and August 11, 2023. Only calcitonin results performed at least 3 months post-total thyroidectomy were included. Imaging studies, within 6 months of the calcitonin report, were assessed. Carcinoembryonic antigen results were also reviewed. RESULTS: Precision analysis at 2.94 and 5.24 pg/mL revealed coefficients of variation at 16.49% and 8.87%, respectively. For the evidence of post-total thyroidectomy persistent or recurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by imaging, using a 1.89 pg/mL cutoff for calcitonin yielded 43% sensitivity and 67% specificity. Using a 5.00 pg/mL cutoff resulted in 0% sensitivity and 100% specificity. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings indicate the potential suitability of a 5 pg/mL calcitonin cutoff on the Siemens Atellica platform for evaluating tumor persistence or recurrence in post-thyroidectomy patients in our institution. However, individual laboratories should establish their own clinical cutoff value when evaluating calcitonin levels for monitoring tumor recurrence post-thyroidectomy.

OBJECTIVE: The outcomes of carotid revascularization in patients with prior carotid artery stenting (CAS) remain understudied. Prior research has not reported the outcomes after transcarotid artery revascularization (TCAR) in patients with previous CAS. In this study, we compared the peri-operative outcomes of TCAR, transfemoral CAS (tfCAS) and carotid endarterectomy (CEA) in patients with prior ipsilateral CAS using the Vascular Quality Iniatitive. METHODS: Using Vascular Quality Initiative data from 2016 to 2023, we identified patients who underwent TCAR, tfCAS, or CEA after prior ipsilateral CAS. We included covariates such as age, race, sex, body mass index, comorbidities (hypertension, diabetes, prior coronary artery disease, prior coronary artery bypass grafting/percutaneous coronary intervention, congestive heart failure, renal dysfunction, smoking, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and anemia), symptom status, urgency, ipsilateral stenosis, and contralateral occlusion into a regression model to compute propensity scores for treatment assignment. We then used the propensity scores for inverse probability weighting and weighted logistic regression to compare in-hospital stroke, in-hospital death, stroke/death, postoperative myocardial infarction (MI), stroke/death/MI, 30-day mortality, and cranial nerve injury (CNI) after TCAR, tfCAS, and CEA. We also analyzed trends in the proportions of patients undergoing the three revascularization procedures over time using Cochrane-Armitage trend testing. RESULTS: We identified 2137 patients undergoing revascularization after prior ipsilateral carotid stenting: 668 TCAR patients (31%), 1128 tfCAS patients (53%), and 341 CEA patients (16%). In asymptomatic patients, TCAR was associated with a lower yet not statistically significant in-hospital stroke/death than tfCAS (TCAR vs tfCAS: 0.7% vs 2.0%; adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 0.33; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.11-1.05; P = .06), and similar odds of stroke/death with CEA (TCAR vs CEA: 0.7% vs 0.9%; aOR, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.16-3.98; P = .8). Compared with CEA, TCAR was associated with lower odds of postoperative MI (0.1% vs 14%; aOR, 0.02; 95% CI, 0.00-0.10; P < .001), stroke/death/MI (0.8% vs 15%; aOR, 0.05; 95% CI, 0.01-0.25; P < .001), and CNI (0.1% vs 3.8%; aOR, 0.04; 95% CI, 0.00-0.30; P = .002) in this patient population. In symptomatic patients, TCAR had an unacceptably elevated in-hospital stroke/death rate of 5.1%, with lower rates of CNI than CEA. We also found an increasing trend in the proportion of patients undergoing TCAR following prior ipsilateral carotid stenting (2016 to 2023: 14% to 41%), with a relative decrease in proportions of tfCAS (61% to 45%) and CEA (25% to 14%) (P < .001). CONCLUSIONS: In asymptomatic patients with prior ipsilateral CAS, TCAR was associated with lower odds of in-hospital stroke/death compared with tfCAS, with comparable stroke/death but lower postoperative MI and CNI rates compared with CEA. In symptomatic patients, TCAR was associated with unacceptably higher in-hospital stroke/death rates. In line with the postprocedure outcomes, there has been a steady increase in the proportion of patients with prior ipsilateral stenting undergoing TCAR over time.

PURPOSE: To compare the accuracy of a partially digital cross-mounting workflow of direct scans of interocclusal records to a conventional workflow by analyzing the deviations of sequentially cross-mounted casts. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A set of reference casts, comprising maxillary and mandibular full-arch prepared casts and interim prostheses, was articulated, mounted, and scanned to generate four reference casts for cross-mounting. In the conventional approach, 15 sets of these four casts were printed. Polyvinylsiloxane (PVS) records were made using the reference casts and utilized for sequential cross-mounting. In the partially digital group, the same PVS interocclusal records were scanned and used for digital cross-mounting via design software. The mean deviations of both groups from the reference cast were analyzed using a 3D inspection software program. Statistical tests, including paired t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA), were conducted to compare the average discrepancies between the two groups and to evaluate discrepancies in the anterior and posterior regions (α = 0.05). RESULTS: The range of discrepancies was similar in both the conventional and partially digital groups. The final set of related casts had a mean deviation of 201.58 ± 136.98 mm in the conventional workflow and 248.69 ± 164.71 mm in the partially digital workflow. No statistically significant difference was found between conventional and partially digital groups (p = 0.091). Error propagation was examined by comparing discrepancies at each step within the cross-mounting process. In the conventional group, no significant difference was found (p = 0.148), but a significant difference was found among groups in the partially digital group at each step of sequential mounting (p < 0.001). A significant difference was observed between anterior and posterior deviations in the partially digital group (p < 0.001), but not in the conventional group (p = 0.143). CONCLUSIONS: The study reveals that there is no statistically significant difference between conventional and partially digital cross-mounting workflows. However, within the partially digital group, a significant difference in deviation emerges across cross-mounting steps, with increased deviation in the anterior region.

Spatial proteomics enable detailed analysis of tissue at single cell resolution. However, creating reliable segmentation masks and assigning accurate cell phenotypes to discrete cellular phenotypes can be challenging. We introduce IMmuneCite, a computational framework for comprehensive image pre-processing and single-cell dataset creation, focused on defining complex immune landscapes when using spatial proteomics platforms. We demonstrate that IMmuneCite facilitates the identification of 32 discrete immune cell phenotypes using data from human liver samples while substantially reducing nonbiological cell clusters arising from co-localization of markers for different cell lineages. We established its versatility and ability to accommodate any antibody panel and different species by applying IMmuneCite to data from murine liver tissue. This approach enabled deep characterization of different functional states in each immune compartment, uncovering key features of the immune microenvironment in clinical liver transplantation and murine hepatocellular carcinoma. In conclusion, we demonstrated that IMmuneCite is a user-friendly, integrated computational platform that facilitates investigation of the immune microenvironment across species, while ensuring the creation of an immune focused, spatially resolved single-cell proteomic dataset to provide high fidelity, biologically relevant analyses.

Climate change is increasing both seasonal temperatures and the frequency and severity of heat extremes. As the endocrine system facilitates physiological adaptations to temperature changes, diseases with an endocrinological basis have the potential to affect thermoregulation and increase the risk of heat injury. The effect of climate change and associated high temperature exposure on endocrine axis development and function, and on the prevalence and severity of diseases associated with hormone deficiency or excess, is unclear. This Perspective summarizes current knowledge relating to the hormonal effects of heat exposure in species ranging from rodents to humans. We also describe the potential effect of high temperature exposures on patients with endocrine diseases. Finally, we highlight the need for more basic science, clinical and epidemiological research into the effects of heat on endocrine function and health; this research could enable the development of interventions for people most at risk, in the context of rising environmental temperatures.

We present an investigation of the ultrafast dynamics of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon fluorene initiated by an intense femtosecond near-infrared laser pulse (810 nm) and probed by a weak visible pulse (405 nm). Using a multichannel detection scheme (mass spectra, electron and ion velocity-map imaging), we provide a full disentanglement of the complex dynamics of the vibronically excited parent molecule, its excited ionic states, and fragments. We observed various channels resulting from the strong-field ionization regime. In particular, we observed the formation of the unstable tetracation of fluorene, above-threshold ionization features in the photoelectron spectra, and evidence of ubiquitous secondary fragmentation. We produced a global fit of all observed time-dependent photoelectron and photoion channels. This global fit includes four parent ions extracted from the mass spectra, 15 kinetic-energy-resolved ionic fragments extracted from ion velocity map imaging, and five photoelectron channels obtained from electron velocity map imaging. The fit allowed for the extraction of 60 lifetimes of various metastable photoinduced intermediates.

Dermatology, a medical specialty focused on skin, hair, and nail conditions, often overlaps with various medical specialties. Although most physicians practicing dermatology are board-certified in dermatology, there are physicians practicing dermatology who are board-certified in a variety of different medical specialties. This cross-sectional study examines the board certifications of physicians who reported practicing dermatology in Texas. Data were sourced from the Texas Medical Board database updated in August 2023. The data showed that out of 1,614 practicing physicians declaring dermatology as a specialty in Texas, 1,080 (66.91%) physicians had one board certification, 200 (12.39%) had two, and 15 (0.93%) had three. Of the physicians with one board certification, 1,053 (97.5%) were board-certified in dermatology, with the remainder primarily being a mix of a variety of primary care specialties but also including other specialties. This study confirmed that while the vast majority of physicians practicing dermatology are board-certified in dermatology, there are opportunities for physicians board-certified in other specialties to practice dermatology as well.

The olfactory system plays crucial roles in perceiving and interacting with their surroundings. Previous studies have deciphered basic odor perceptions, but how information processing in the olfactory system is associated with learning and memory is poorly understood. In this review, we summarize recent studies on the anatomy and functional dynamics of the mouse olfactory learning pathway, focusing on how neuronal circuits in the olfactory bulb (OB) and olfactory cortical areas integrate odor information in learning. We also highlight in vivo evidence for the role of the lateral entorhinal cortex (LEC) in olfactory learning. Altogether, these studies demonstrate that brain regions throughout the olfactory system are critically involved in forming and representing learned knowledge. The role of olfactory areas in learning and memory, and their susceptibility to dysfunction in neurodegenerative diseases, necessitate further research.

BACKGROUND: Prior studies suggest female sex is associated with worse outcomes after complex endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) due to anatomic differences. Therefore, we aimed to compare 30-day perioperative and long-term outcomes after complex EVAR by sex. METHODS: A single-center retrospective review of consecutive elective and emergent complex EVAR with company-manufactured devices, laser fenestration, snorkel/periscope, or octopus technique was performed from 2012-2023. The primary outcome was a composite endpoint of any major adverse event (MAE), new-onset dialysis, or death within 30 days. Secondary 30-day technical and long-term outcomes were also assessed. RESULTS: 293 patients (57 females, 19%), mean age 74 years, underwent complex EVAR with commercially available Zenith fenestrated endovascular graft (71%), p-Branch (2%), laser fenestration (8%), snorkel/periscope (16%), or octopus (2%) techniques. Females had significantly different aneurysm-related anatomic characteristics compared to males, including smaller aneurysm diameters (58 ± 7.2 vs. 64 ± 13.2 mm, P < 0.001), more involved aneurysm extent (21.7% vs. 9.8% thoracoabdominal, P = 0.04), increased renal artery calcification (43.9% vs. 27.1%, P = 0.01), and smaller iliac (7.6 ± 1.3 vs. 8.9 ± 1.8 mm, P < 0.01). Operative outcomes were similar; however, females had a greater need for adjunctive access conduits (21.1% vs. 10.6%, P = 0.04), lower technical success (91.2% vs. 98.3%, P = 0.02), and longer median [interquartile range] length of stay (3.0 [4.0] vs. 2.0 [2.5] days, P < 0.001). The composite 30-day outcome of any MAE, new dialysis, or death was not significantly different (15.8% females vs. 11.4% males, P = 0.37). Technical endpoints including 30-day rates of target artery occlusion and type 1 or 3 endoleak were also similar between groups. At mean follow-up of nearly 3 years, females had significantly lower rate of renal function decline (16.0% vs. 41.9%, P < 0.001), but no differences were found in long-term all-cause mortality, aneurysm sac regression, reintervention, or total follow-up imaging studies between groups. CONCLUSIONS: Females undergoing complex EVAR had challenging anatomy with higher intraoperative target artery occlusion, conduit use, and longer length of stay. However, 30-day and long-term outcomes were similar, suggesting females can undergo complex EVAR with high technical success and comparable perioperative outcomes to males. Females appeared to have protection from long-term renal function decline, which will be important for future study.

BACKGROUND: To address the challenges posed by inconsistent detection of analog insulin in commercially available insulin immunoassays, resulting in potential discrepancies in clinical findings and misdiagnosis during the investigation of factitious hypoglycemia., we aimed to evaluate the ability of the Siemens Atellica automated immunoassay to detect insulin analogs compared with LC-MS/MS. METHODS: Five insulin analogs were analyzed at 10 ng/mL spiked into serum samples, with recombinant human insulin as positive controls. Insulin and C-peptide assays were performed using Siemens Atellica and LC-MS/MS. Recovery rates were calculated. RESULTS: Siemens Atellica immunoassay demonstrated robust cross-reactivity (92-121%) of insulin analogs. In contrast, glargine was detected by LC-MS/MS but other analogs were not observed (<10% recovery). CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that the insulin assay conducted on the Siemens Atellica platform could be used to diagnose factitious hypoglycemia by detecting the specific insulin analogs involved. The findings from our studies indicate the suitability of this method for clinical laboratory use in cases where factitious hypoglycemia is under consideration as a potential diagnosis. Clinicians should take these results into account when interpreting insulin measurements, particularly in instances where insulin analog overdose is suspected.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common and aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The overall risk of developing DLBCL is increased in patients with other lymphomas, such as mycosis fungoides (MF). In this report, we present an 81-year-old female with early-stage MF who simultaneously progressed to tumor stage, large-cell transformed (LCT) MF and developed a primary DLBCL in a lymph node (LN). She presented with a tumor on her leg and new lymphadenopathy in her right axilla. Skin biopsy of the tumor revealed infiltration of large atypical CD3+, CD4+, and CD30+ cells, and a smaller portion of CD8+ cells in the dermis, consistent with LCT MF. Biopsy of the axillary LN revealed diffuse sheets of CD20+, BCL-2+, c-MYC+, and CD10- cells, highly suggestive of double expressor DLBCL. High-throughput sequencing revealed monoclonal T cells in the skin tumor and a monoclonal B-cell population in the LN. The above findings led to simultaneous diagnoses of LCT MF and nodal double expressor DLBCL. Our case demonstrates the importance of performing a full pathological workup in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma patients presenting with lymphadenopathy.

Pre-exercise passive heating attenuates muscle damage caused by eccentric exercise in rats where the induction of heat shock proteins (HSPs) confers a myoprotective effect. We investigated whether pre-exercise hot water immersion (HWI) confers similar benefits in humans. Eleven recreational male athletes were immersed in 41°C water up to 60 min or until rectal temperatures reached 39.5°C. After a 6 h rest, the participants performed an eccentric downhill run for 1 h at -4% gradient to induce muscle damage. An endurance capacity test at 75% VO2max was conducted 18 h later. The control trial was similar except that participants were immersed at 34°C. Blood samples were collected to assess HSPs levels, creatine kinase, and lactate dehydrogenase activities. Plasma eHSP70 was higher post-immersion in HWI trials (1.3 ± 0.4 vs 1.1 ± 0.4; p = 0.005). Plasma eHSP27 was higher before (p = 0.049) and after (p = 0.015) endurance test in HWI. Leukocytic p-HSP27 was increased 18 h after HWI (0.97 ± 0.14 vs 0.67 ± 0.11; p = 0.04). Creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase activities were increased by 3-fold and 1.5-fold, respectively, after endurance test in HWI but did not differ across trials (p > 0.05). Mean heart rates were higher during eccentric run and endurance test in HWI as compared to control (p < 0.05). Endurance capacity was similar between trials (57.3 ± 11.5 min vs 55.0 ± 13.5 min; p = 0.564). Pre-exercise heating increased the expression of plasma eHSPs and leukocytic p-HSP27 but did not reduce muscle damage nor enhance endurance capacity.

We present a simple approximation to estimate the largest charge that a given molecule can hold until fragmentation into smaller charged species becomes more energetically favorable. This approximation solely relies on the ionization potentials, electron affinities of the parent and fragment species, and also on the neutral parent's dissociation energy. By parameterizing these quantities, it is possible to obtain analytical phase diagrams of polycationic stability. We demonstrate the applicability of this approach by discussing the maximal charge dependence on the size of the molecular system. A numerical demonstration for linear polyenes, monocyclic annulenes, and helium clusters is provided.
