BACKGROUND: The neonatal outcomes across different percentiles of birth weight for gestational age are still unclear. METHODS: This retrospective cohort study was conducted within 57 tertiary hospitals participating in the Chinese Neonatal Network (CHNN) from 25 provinces throughout China. Infants with gestational age (GA) 24+0-31+6 weeks who were admitted within 7 days after birth were included. The composite outcome was defined as mortality or any one of neonatal major morbidities, including necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), cystic periventricular leukomalacia (cPVL), severe retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), and sepsis. Multivariable logistic regressions using generalized estimating equation approach were conducted. RESULTS: A total of 8380 infants were included with a mean GA of 30 (28-31) weeks. Of these, 1373 (16.5%) were born at less than 28 weeks, while 6997 (83.5%) had a GA between 28 and 32 weeks. Our analysis indicated that the risk of composite outcomes was negatively associated with birth weight for gestational age, and compared to the reference group, the multiple-adjusted ORs (95%CI) of composite outcomes were 4.89 (3.51-6.81) and 2.16 (1.77-2.63) for infants with birth weight for gestational less than 10th percentile and 10th -30th percentile, respectively. The ORs (95%CI) of mortality, NEC, BPD, severe ROP, and sepsis in infants with birth weight for gestational age at 10th-30th percentile were 1.94 (1.56-2.41), 1.08 (0.79-1.47), 2.48 (2.03-3.04), 2.35 (1.63-3.39), and 1.39 (1.10-1.77), respectively. CONCLUSION: Our study suggested that the risk of adverse neonatal outcomes increased significantly when the birth weight for gestational age was below the 30th percentile. Regular monitoring and early intervention are crucial for these high-risk infants.

Donkey milk has attracted attention due to its distinctive nutritional composition and potential health advantages, particularly because of its whey protein content, which includes lysozyme, α-lactalbumin, lactoferrin, and ß-lactoglobulin and vitamin C, among other components. These elements contribute to immunoregulatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties, positioning donkey milk as a possible therapeutic option. In addition, due to the low levels of caseins, the casein-to-whey protein ratio, and the ß-lactoglobulin content in donkey milk, it presents an optimal alternative for infant formula for individuals with cow's milk allergies. Moreover, research into donkey milk's potential for cancer prevention, diabetes management, and as a treatment for various diseases is ongoing, thanks to its bioactive peptides and components. Nevertheless, challenges such as its low production yield and the not fully understood mechanisms behind its potential therapeutic role necessitate more thorough investigation. This review consolidates the existing knowledge on the therapeutic possibilities of donkey milk, emphasizing its importance for human health and the need for more detailed studies to confirm its health benefits.

Two species of trichomonads, Tetratrichomonas buttreyi and Pentatrichomonas hominis, are common intestinal parasites that can impact animal health and productivity. Severe infection by these parasites can lead to diarrhea and wasting in affected animals. Notably, P. hominis is known to cause diarrhea and has the potential to be transmitted between animals and humans. Donkeys hold significant economic importance in China's agricultural sector. However, whether donkeys are infected with T. buttreyi and P. hominis remains unknown globally. To address this gap in knowledge, 815 fecal samples were collected from donkeys in three representative regions in Shanxi Province, North China. Then, the presence and genetic characteristics of T. buttreyi and P. hominis were examined using species-specific PCR primers amplifying the small subunit ribosomal RNA genes. The overall prevalence was detected to be 25.4% (207/815) for T. buttreyi and 0.7% (6/815) for P. hominis in donkeys in Shanxi Province. All obtained P. hominis sequences were identified as genotype CC1. Genetic analysis revealed that all P. hominis isolates from donkeys were clustered into the same branch with isolates detected in humans, suggesting possible zoonotic transmission. This study is the first to report the occurrence and prevalence of T. buttreyi and P. hominis in donkeys globally. These findings expand the host range of trichomonads and improve our understanding of their genetic diversity and zoonotic potential, providing essential baseline data for the prevention and control of these parasites in donkeys in the region.

In the field of remote sensing image processing, pansharpening technology stands as a critical advancement. This technology aims to enhance multispectral images that possess low resolution by integrating them with high-spatial-resolution panchromatic images, ultimately producing multispectral images with high resolution that are abundant in both spatial and spectral details. Thus, there remains potential for improving the quality of both the spectral and spatial domains of the fused images based on deep-learning-based pansharpening methods. This work proposes a new method for the task of pansharpening: the Multi-Stage Progressive Pansharpening Network with Detail Injection with Redundancy Reduction Mechanism (MSPPN-DIRRM). This network is divided into three levels, each of which is optimized for the extraction of spectral and spatial data at different scales. Particular spectral feature and spatial detail extraction modules are used at each stage. Moreover, a new image reconstruction module named the DRRM is introduced in this work; it eliminates both spatial and channel redundancy and improves the fusion quality. The effectiveness of the proposed model is further supported by experimental results using both simulated data and real data from the QuickBird, GaoFen1, and WorldView2 satellites; these results show that the proposed model outperforms deep-learning-based methods in both visual and quantitative assessments. Among various evaluation metrics, performance improves by 0.92-18.7% compared to the latest methods.

This study investigates the effect of twinning on the corrosion behavior of AZ31B magnesium alloy using solid solution heat treatment (SHT) and laser shock peening (LSP) techniques. The corrosion characteristics are assessed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy (SKPFM), zero resistance ammeter (ZRA), scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET), and electrochemical tests. Results indicate that the twinning region in AZ31B magnesium alloy, enriched with { 10 1 ¯ 2 } tensile twins induced by laser shock, demonstrates increased corrosion susceptibility. This region exhibits higher electrochemical activity and an accelerated corrosion rate compared to the matrix region. Micro-galvanic coupling between the twinned and matrix regions promotes faster dissolution of the alloy. Additionally, the corrosion product film on the surface is extensively cracked and propagates to the matrix corrosion surface, confirming that { 10 1 ¯ 2 } tensile twins provide inadequate protection against corrosion in AZ31B alloy.

Engineered matrices with aligned microarchitectures are pivotal in regulating the fibroblast-to-myofibroblast transition, a critical process for wound healing and scar reduction. However, developing a three-dimensional (3D) aligned matrix capable of effectively controlling this transition remains challenging. Herein, we developed a cell-adaptive hydrogel with highly oriented microporous structures, fabricated through bioprinting of thermo/ion/photo-crosslinked gelatin methacrylate/sodium alginate (GelMA/SA) incorporating shear-oriented polyethylene oxide (PEO) filler. The synergistic interactions among GelMA, PEO, and SA yield a homogeneous mixture conducive to the printing of biomimetic 3D constructs with anisotropic micropores. These anisotropic micropores, along with the biochemical cues provided by the GelMA/PEO/SA scaffolds, enhance the oriented spreading and organization of fibroblasts. The resultant spread and aligned cellular morphologies promote the transition of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts. By co-culturing human keratinocytes on the engineered dermal layer, we successfully create a bilayer skin construct, wherein the keratinocytes establish tight junctions accompanied by elevated expression of cytokeratin-14, while the fibroblasts display a highly spread morphology with increased fibronectin expression. The printed hydrogels accelerate full-thickness wound closure by establishing a bioactive microenvironment that mitigate inflammation and stimulate angiogenesis, myofibroblast transition, and extracellular matrix remodeling. This anisotropic hydrogel demonstrates substantial promise for applications in skin tissue engineering.

Phormia regina (Meigen, 1826; Diptera: Calliphoridae) is a Holarctic species that rapidly colonizes carcasses and has been used as an indicator for determining the minimum postmortem interval. However, studies using morphological methods to estimate the intrapuparial age of P. regina are lacking. In this study, morphological changes within the puparium were observed under a stereomicroscope at 7 constant temperatures ranging from 16 °C to 34 °C. The intrapuparial period was categorized into 12 substages. Morphological indicators, including compound eyes, mouthparts, antennae, thorax, legs, wings, and abdomen, were recorded in detail. The observed morphological changes were divided into 6-10 substages, and the duration of each substage was also recorded in detail. The results of this study provide primary data for using the intrapuparial morphology of P. regina when pupae are collected at a crime scene and estimating the minimum postmortem interval.

Accurate postmortem interval estimation is vital in the investigation of homicides, suicides, and accidental deaths. It is key in narrowing suspect lists, improving crime-solving efficiency, and offering solace to bereaved families. The intra-puparial period, comprising about half of a fly's developmental cycle, presents challenges for morphological age estimation. External changes are limited to color shifts and the appearance of respiratory horns on the puparium only within several hours after pupariation, while detailed internal development analysis often requires invasive methods like removing the puparium, which can be damaging. Additionally, these techniques usually depend on a forensic entomologist's expertise, which lead to subjective biases. This study employed attenuated total reflection-fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, a rapid, non-destructive method for analyzing proteins, chitosan, and chitin in puparia. Data showed a consistent reduction in the concentration of the amide I band within the puparium during the intra-puparial development at five constant temperatures (19 °C, 22 °C, 25 °C, 28 °C and 31 °C). This trend in the spectral data effectively distinguishes pupae at various stages of intra-puparial development, facilitating precise age estimation, which is critical for the estimation of the minimum postmortem interval (PMImin). Finally, this work combined the total reflection-fourier transform infrared spectroscopy with chemometric analysis and successfully developed a partial least squares discriminant analysis model and a random forest model, with accuracies of 88 % and 81 %, respectively. These models enable the non-invasive age estimation of P. regina in its intra-puparial period, a stage traditionally difficult to assess morphologically, thus laying the groundwork for PMImin estimation using fly pupae.

In forensic entomology, research focused on sarcosaprophagous flies, but the sarcosaprophagous beetles, as important "forensic indicator species" of late-stage PMI in cadaver decomposition, received less attention. To increase attention on, and use and understanding of, sarcosaprophagous beetles in forensic entomology, this paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the available relevant literature. The occurrence frequency of beetle families and species from succession studies, actual cases, and experiments were calculated and illustrated using graphs. As a result, a total of 14 families and 1077 species associated with carcasses were collected, with Staphylinidae being the most frequently recorded among the families, and Necrobia rufipes (Fabricius, 1781) (Coleoptera: Cleridae) being the most frequently recorded species. In addition, a brief introduction of the cadaver-related beetles of each family is given, and research on the species identification of the immature stages, age estimation of the immature stages, and estimation of the arrival time of sarcosaprophagous beetles are discussed and prospected. This work will aid in the increased use of sarcosaprophagous beetles in forensic science practice in the future.

This study explored the inhibitory effect of pomegranate flower polysaccharide (PFPS) on mastitis through in vitro and in vivo models. PFPS is a new type of polysaccharide isolated and extracted from pomegranate flowers. The result revealed that PFPS consists of GalA, Ara, and Gal, and the residues consist of 1,4-GalpA, 1,4-Galp, and 1,3,6-Galp, which contain HG-type and RG-I-type pectin structural domains. In vitro studies showed that PFPS could inhibit LPS-enhanced phagocytosis of RAW 264.7 cells and the release of IL-1ß, IL-10, and TNF-α. In vivo, studies showed that PFPS improved xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and carrageenan-induced mouse paw edema by inhibiting inflammatory factors. In the mouse mastitis model, PFPS significantly improved LPS-induced inflammation and oxidative stress in mammary tissue. Intestinal flora sequencing results showed that PFPS could effectively regulate the intestinal flora of mice, reduce the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria Oscillospira and AF12, and increase the probiotics Blautia, Parabacteroides, Allobaculum, and Clostridiaceae_Clostridium. Therefore, PFPS ultimately played a role in preventing mastitis by regulating the intestinal flora and further improving the blood-milk barrier. This study provides a scientific basis for PFPS as a potential candidate drug for the treatment of mastitis.

Mastitis is a significant inflammatory condition of the mammary gland in dairy cows. It is caused by bacterial infections and leads to substantial economic losses worldwide. The disease can be either clinical or sub-clinical and presents challenges such as reduced milk yield, increased treatment costs, and the need to cull affected cows. The pathogenic mechanisms of mastitis involve the activation of Toll-like receptors (TLRs), specifically TLR2 and TLR4. These receptors play crucial roles in recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and initiating immune responses through the NF-κB signaling pathway. Recent in vitro studies have emphasized the importance of the TLR2/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in the development of mastitis, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. This review summarizes recent research on the role of the TLR2/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in mastitis. It focuses on how the activation of TLRs leads to the production of proinflammatory cytokines, which, in turn, exacerbate the inflammatory response by activating the NF-κB signaling pathway in mammary gland tissues. Additionally, the review discusses various bioactive compounds and probiotics that have been identified as potential therapeutic agents for preventing and treating mastitis by targeting TLR2/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. Overall, this review highlights the significance of targeting the TLR2/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway to develop effective therapeutic strategies against mastitis, which can enhance dairy cow health and reduce economic losses in the dairy industry.

RATIONALE: Bladder urothelial carcinoma (UC) is a common urinary system tumor that is generally diagnosed by cystoscopy combined with pathological biopsy. However, complete exophytic UC of the bladder is very rare and difficult to diagnose. Early diagnosis and accurate identification of such tumors, followed by aggressive surgical treatment, is essential for the management of these patients. PATIENT CONCERNS: An 84-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with dysuria, a poor diet, and significant weight loss. DIAGNOSIS: Pelvic computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed an exteriophytic round mass on the right lateral wall of the bladder. Cystoscopy revealed a necrotic mass on the right lateral wall of the bladder cavity, and no tumor cells were found following the biopsy. The tumor was removed via partial cystectomy, and the pathological result indicated high-grade muscle-invasive UC. INTERVENTIONS: The patient refused radical cystectomy and underwent laparoscopic partial cystectomy plus pelvic lymph node dissection followed by cisplatin plus gemcitabine chemotherapy. OUTCOMES: The patient's mental state and appetite were significantly improved after the urinary tube was removed 1 week after surgery. His general state was significantly improved after 1 month of follow-up but died of acute cerebral infarction 3 months after surgery. LESSONS: UC of the bladder may grow completely out of the bladder without symptoms such as gross hematuria; thus, early diagnosis is difficult. For high-risk individuals, regular imaging tests may help to detect tumors early. Partial cystectomy is a reliable surgical modality for bladder preservation in such patients.

Aims: Nattokinase (NK), a potent serine endopeptidase, has exhibited a variety of pharmacological effects, including thrombolysis, anti-inflammation, and antioxidative stress. Building on previous research highlighting NK's promise in nerve regeneration, our study investigated whether NK exerted protective effects in transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO)-induced cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the underlying mechanisms. Results: The rats were administered NK (5000, 10000, 20000 FU/kg, i.g., 7 days before surgery, once daily). We showed that NK treatment dose dependently reduced the infarction volume and improved neurological symptoms, decreased the proinflammatory and coagulation cytokines levels, and attenuated reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the infarcted area of tMCAO rats. We also found that NK could exert neuroprotective effects in a variety of vitro models, including the microglia inflammation model and neuronal oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) model. Notably, NK effectively countered OGD/R-induced neuron death, modulating diverse pathways, including autophagy, apoptosis, PARP-dependent death, and endoplasmic reticulum stress. Furthermore, the neuroprotection of NK was blocked by phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), a serine endopeptidase inhibitor. We revealed that heat-inactive NK was unable to protect against tMCAO injury and other vitro models, suggesting NK attenuated ischemic injury by its enzymatic activity. We conducted a proteomic analysis and found inflammation and coagulation were involved in the occurrence of tMCAO model and in the therapeutic effect of NK. Innovation and Conclusion: In conclusion, these data demonstrated that NK had multifaceted neuroprotection in ischemic brain injury, and the therapeutic effect of NK was related with serine endopeptidase activity.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) levels and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in premature infants one month after birth. Methods: Preterm infants (gestational age <32 weeks) admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2017 to 2022 were divided into ROP and non-ROP groups based on ROP occurrence any stage. Serum 25(OH)D levels and clinical data were compared between the two groups at 1 month after birth, and the relationship between vitamin D levels and ROP was analyzed. Results: Among the 217 premature infants included, 55 (25.35%) were in the ROP group, and 162 (74.65%) were in the non-ROP group. The ROP group had lower gestational age and birth weight, longer invasive ventilation (IV), non-invasive ventilation (NIV), and oxygen therapy times compared to the non-ROP group. Apgar scores, cesarean delivery, and antenatal steroids ratios were lower in the ROP group, while sepsis and pulmonary surfactant utilization ratios were higher (all p < 0.05). Significant differences in serum 25-(OH)D levels were observed among children in the non-ROP group (14.20 ± 5.07 ng/ml), ROP treated group (7.891 ± 1.878 ng/ml), and untreated group (12.168 ± 4.354 ng/ml) (p < 0.001). Multivariate regression analysis identified antenatal steroids as protective factors and lower birth weight, serum 25-(OH)D levels, long-term invasive mechanical ventilation, and sepsis as independent risk factors for ROP in premature infants. Conclusion: Vitamin D, lower birth weight, long-term invasive mechanical ventilation, and sepsis were associated with incidence of ROP in preterm infants. Vitamin D was associated with the severity of ROP, emphasizing the importance of prudent vitamin D supplementation and regular monitoring of serum 25-(OH)D levels.

Nematodes serve as key indicators of soil health in ecological studies. Therefore, the current study examined the community structure and metabolic footprint of soil nematodes in alfalfa fields across varying levels of N supply in the semi-arid Loess Plateau. The findings offer theoretical guidance for the sustainable management of artificial alfalfa grasslands in this region. The research was based on alfalfa fields with different N application rates (0, 50, 100, 150 kg/ha2) as the research object, The shallow plate method was used to separate and extract soil nematodes, identify soil nematode groups, calculate ecological function index and metabolic footprint, and identify indicator species. A total of 6346 nematodes were isolated in this study, belonging to 27 genera and 19 families. Notably, the plant parasitic nematode Helicotylenchus was predominant. As N addition increased, the plant parasitic index (PPI) increased significantly. A N50 application significantly enhanced the soil nematode diversity index ( H ) and the free-living index (MI). The findings showcased a noticeable decrease in disturbance within the N50 soil nematode community. This resulted in a mature and stable community structure primarily attributed to the heightened abundance of omnivorous/predatory nematodes. Across various N levels, soil nematode communities underwent significant alterations in the soil food web structure through shifts in their metabolic footprint. Future strategies should focus on refining N management practices and integrating sustainable approaches like crop rotation and pest management. These efforts will contribute to guidelines ensuring artificial alfalfa grasslands lasting health and productivity.

Agricultural production relies heavily on the use of pesticides, which may accumulate in soil and water, posing a significant threat to the global ecological environment and biological health. Butachlor is a commonly used herbicide and environmental pollutant, which has been linked to liver and kidney damage, as well as neurological abnormalities. However, the potential impact of butachlor exposure on the gut microbiota remains understudied. Thus, our aim was to investigate the potential negative effects of butachlor exposure on host health and gut microbiota. Our results demonstrated that butachlor exposure significantly reduced the host antioxidant capacity, as evidenced by decreased levels of T-AOC, SOD, and GSH-Px, and increased levels of MDA. Serum biochemical analysis also revealed a significant increase in AST and ALT levels during butachlor exposure. Microbial analysis showed that butachlor exposure significantly reduced the abundance and diversity of gut microbiota. Furthermore, butachlor exposure also significantly altered the gut microbial composition. In conclusion, our findings indicate that butachlor exposure can have detrimental health effects, including dysregulation of antioxidant enzymes, abnormalities in transaminases, and hepatointestinal damage. Furthermore, it disrupts the gut microbial homeostasis by altering microbial composition and reducing diversity and abundance. In the context of the increasingly serious use of pesticides, this study will help provide impetus for standardizing the application of pesticides and reducing environmental pollution.

RESUMEN

Equine breeding plays an essential role in the local economic development of many countries, and it has experienced rapid growth in China in recent years. However, the equine industry, particularly large-scale donkey farms, faces a significant challenge with pregnancy losses. Unfortunately, there is a lack of systematic research on abortion during equine breeding. Several causes, both infectious and non-infectious, of pregnancy losses have been documented in equines. The infectious causes are viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi. Non-infectious causes may include long transportation, ingestion of mycotoxins, hormonal disturbances, twinning, placentitis, umbilical length and torsion, etc. In current review, we discuss the transmission routes, diagnostic methods, and control measures for these infectious agents. Early detection of the cause and appropriate management are crucial in preventing pregnancy loss in equine practice. This review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential causes of abortion in equines, including infectious agents and non-infectious factors. It emphasizes the importance of continued research and effective control measures to address this significant challenge in the equine industry.

AIMS: To establish a system based on hyperspectral imaging and deep learning for the detection of cancer cells in metastatic lymph nodes. MAIN METHODS: The continuous sections of metastatic lymph nodes from 45 oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients were collected. An improved ResUNet algorithm was established for deep learning to analyze the spectral curve differences between cancer cells and lymphocytes, and that between tumor tissue and normal tissue. KEY FINDINGS: It was found that cancer cells, lymphocytes, and erythrocytes in the metastatic lymph nodes could be distinguished basing hyperspectral image, with overall accuracy (OA) as 87.30% and average accuracy (AA) as 85.46%. Cancerous area could be recognized by hyperspectral image and deep learning, and the average intersection over union (IOU) and accuracy were 0.6253 and 0.7692, respectively. SIGNIFICANCE: This study indicated that deep learning-based hyperspectral techniques can identify tumor tissue in OSCC metastatic lymph nodes, achieving high accuracy of pathological diagnosis, high work efficiency, and reducing work burden. But these are preliminary results limited to a small sample.

Necrophagous beetles are sometimes used to estimate the minimum postmortem interval (PMImin) in the decay and remains stages of a corpse. Among these, the Dermestidae is one of the most common groups used and therefore has important research and application value. In this study, the developmental events of Dermestes maculatus de Geer, 1774, were recorded at six constant temperatures, and isomorphen diagrams were established. The thermobiological parameters were estimated using linear and non-linear models, and morphological indicators such as larval body length were measured. The results showed that the developmental duration of the whole immature stage decreased from 66.13 ± 8.58 days at 19 °C to 21.9 ± 2.01 days at 34 °C. The survival rate of the immature stages, especially the egg stage, varies greatly with temperature, with the lowest survival observed at 34 °C and the highest at 22 °C. The lower developmental threshold, the intrinsic optimum temperature, and the upper lethal developmental threshold obtained by the curvilinear Optim SSI models were 15.28 °C, 28.36 °C, and 34.03 °C, respectively. The body length, head capsule width, and pronotum width showed obvious growth patterns with larval developmental duration, which were characterized by equations and isomegalen diagrams. This study provides important basic data for the application of D. maculatus to estimate the PMImin in forensic entomology in the Yangtze River Delta region of China.

BACKGROUND: Recently, many studies have been devoted to discovering nutrients for exercise-like effects. Resistance exercise and the intake of essential amino acids (EAAs) are known to be factors that can affect muscle mass and strength improvement. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in muscle quality, myokines, and inflammation in response to resistance exercise and EAA supplementation. METHODS: Thirty-four males volunteered to participate in this study. They were assigned to four groups: (1) placebo (CO), (2) resistance exercise (RE), (3) EAA supplementation, and (4) RE + EAA supplementation. Body composition, muscle quality, myokines, and inflammation were measured at baseline and four weeks after treatment. RESULTS: Lean body fat had decreased in both RE and RE + EAA groups. Lean body mass had increased in only the RE + EAA group. In all groups except for CO, irisin, myostatin A, and TNF-α levels had decreased. The grip strength of the right hand and trunk flexion peak torque increased in the RE group. The grip strength of the left hand, trunk flexion peak torque, and knee flexion peak torque of the left leg were increased in RE + EAA. CONCLUSIONS: RE, EAA, and RE + EAA could effectively improve the muscle quality, myokine, and inflammation factors of young adult males. This finding highlights the importance of resistance exercise and amino acid intake.
