RESUMEN

Sixteen compounds were isolated from Conioselinum vaginatum by silica column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, as well as recrystallization. On the basis of their physical and chemical properties and spectral data, their structures were identified as ligustilide (1), 1,3-dilinolein (2), coniferaldehyde (3), myristicin (4), stigmasterol (5), beta-sitosterol (6), vanillin (7), pregnenolone (8), bergapten (9), xanthotoxin (10), methyl indole-3-carboxylate (11), ferulic acid (12), (E)-3-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-cinnamic alcohol (13), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14), 3-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-acetophenone (15), and alpha-(ethoxymethyl)-4-hydroxy- benzenemethanol (16). Among them, compound 15 was a new natural product, and compounds 2, 3, 10, 11, 14, and 16 were obtained from this genus for the first time.

RESUMEN

The purpose of this study was to observe early lesions of rat epiphyseal plates and metaphysis caused by T-2 toxin and T-2 toxin combined with a low nutrition diet to determine possible pathogenic factors of Kashin-Beck disease (KBD). Ninety Wistar rats were divided into three groups. Group A was fed with a normal diet as control; group B was fed with a normal diet and T-2 toxin; and group C was fed with a low nutrition diet and T-2 toxin. The left knee specimens were collected, fixed in formaldehyde solution, stained by hematoxylin and eosin and Masson. After two weeks, the epiphyseal plate showed necrosis of chondrocytes in groups B and C. After four weeks, more obvious chondrocyte necrosis appeared. The positive rate of Lamellar necrosis in group C was significantly higher than that in groups B and A (P < 0.01). Metaphyseal trabecular bone showed sparse disorder and disruption in group C. T-2 toxin combined with a low nutrition diet could lead to more serious chondrocyte necrosis in the epiphyseal plate and disturb metaphyseal trabecular bone formation.

RESUMEN

The contents of potassium, magnesium, sodium, manganese, ferrum and zinc were determined by flame spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry respectively. The dataset was clustered by fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis. It is shown that the results of the FCM clustering analysis are more accurate than those of the hierarchical cluster analysis, and it is with positive meaning to apply FCM clustering analysis to estimating the producing area of tobaccos.
