RESUMEN

From the hypothesis that the development of scientific papers, mainly in interdisciplinary areas such as Health Informatics, may bring difficulties to the author, as had its communicative efficacy decreased or compromising their approval for publication; we aim to make considerations on the main items to good players making this kind of text. The scientific writing has peculiarities that must be taken into consideration when it writes: general characteristics, such as simplicity and objectivity, and characteristics of each area of knowledge, such as terminology, formatting and standardization. The research methodology adopted is bibliographical. The information was based on literature review and the authors' experience, teachers and assessors of scientific methodology in peer review publications in the area. As a result, we designed a checklist of items to be checked before submission of a paper to a scientific publication vehicle in order to contribute to the promotion of research, facilitating the publication and increase its capacity in this important area of knowledge.

RESUMEN

With the advent of computing and micro computing, several applications based on Digital Sound have emerged around the world. Much analog equipment and electronics have gained new functions due to evolution and the low cost of microprocessors and integrated circuits. The rapidly expanding user community of such equipment allowed the advancement of research and development of numerous applications in which the Digital Sound participates actively, including, tests, treatments and therapies. In addition to solutions for use in laboratories, clinics and hospitals, there emerged devices for domestic use and handling, enabling faster dissemination and exploitation of advances, and providing the necessary feedback in the evolution of technologies applied. The massive use of Digital Sound encouraged research involving frequency bands used widely in health equipment (infrasounds and ultrasounds). Through the methodology of literature review, this paper seeks to explain the evolution of different applications of Digital Sound in Health, as well as indicate future research.

RESUMEN

In health, Information Systems are patient records, hospital administration or other, have advantages such as cost, availability and integration. However, for these benefits to be fully met, it is necessary to guarantee the security of information maintained and provided by the systems. The lack of security can lead to serious consequences such as lawsuits and induction to medical errors. The management of information security is complex and is used in various fields of knowledge. Often, it is left in the background for not being the ultimate goal of a computer system, causing huge financial losses to corporations. This paper by systematic review methodologies, presented a mapping in the literature, in order to identify the most relevant aspects that are addressed by security researchers of health information, as to the development of computerized systems. They conclude through the results, some important aspects, for which the managers of computerized health systems should remain alert.

RESUMEN

The Distance Education has evolved with the available technology in each new decade. The evolution and spread of mobile technology from year 2000s enabled their migration to this new platform: The Mobile Learning. Making it possible for professionals and students can carry with multimedia tools with Internet access to learning tools or professional references. This new concept fits very well the needs of Health, in which students must absorb and put into practice large amounts of technical knowledge, and also professionals must stay constantly updated. Distance Education in Health has received prominence in Brazil. A country of a geographically dispersed group of professionals, and research & training centers concentrated in the capitals. Updating field teams is a difficult task, but the information has access to modern technologies, which contribute to the teachers who use them. This paper, through the methodology of literature review, presents technology experiments in health environments and their considerations.

A Tecnologia da Informação e seus sistemas informatizados são essenciais na área da saúde. Esses sistemas auxiliam não só nos diagnósticos médicos, mas na competitividade empresarial em saúde e na melhoria do atendimento em um serviço de necessidade básica. Porém, eles precisam garantir a integridade das informações mantidas e fornecidas por eles, a fim de evitar consequências graves, como processos judiciais ou indução ao erro médico. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma visão que incentive a busca pela excelência em sistemas de gestão hospitalar em todos os níveis, do operacional ao estratégico. A metodologia utilizada foi composta por diversas pesquisas bibliográficas referentes ao tema, constituídas de livros, revistas técnicas, artigos de periódicos e materiais disponibilizados na Internet.


Information Technology and its information systems are essential for health. These systems help not only in medical diagnosis, but on business competitiveness and improving health care service in a basic necessity. However, they need to ensure the integrity of information maintained and provided by them, in order to avoid serious consequences such as lawsuits or inducement to medical error. The aim of this paper is to present a vision that encourages the pursuit of excellence in management systems in hospital at all levels, from operational to strategic. The methodology consists of several literature searches on the subject, consisting of books, journals, papers and materials available on the Internet.


Tecnología de la información y sus sistemas de información son esenciales para la salud. Estos sistemas ayudan no sólo en el diagnóstico médico, sino en la competitividad empresarial y mejorar el servicio de salud en una necesidad básica. Sin embargo, es necesario para asegurar la integridad de la información mantenida y siempre por ellos, con el fin de evitar consecuencias graves, tales como demandas o inducción a error médico. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar una visión que alienta la búsqueda de la excelencia en los sistemas de gestión en el hospital en todos los niveles, desde el operativo a estratégico. La metodología consta de varias búsquedas en la literatura sobre el tema, que consisten en libros, artículos de revistas y materiales disponibles en Internet.

RESUMEN

Objetivos: É salientar a contribuição da engenharia da usabilidade para a segurança de um sistema informatizado em saúde. Métodos: Pesquisa constituída de livros, artigos e materiais disponibilizados na Internet. São poucas as pesquisas em desenvolvimento de sistemas seguros e menos ainda, focados à engenharia da usabilidade, a qual é comumente vista como aliada apenas à engenharia de software. É preciso mudar esta visão. Resultados: São apresentados exemplos de falhas de segurança por falta de usabilidade, assim como tópicos da usabilidade relacionados à segurança da informação. Conclusão: Esse artigo contribui para o desenvolvimento e a operação de um sistema de informação em saúde funcional e seguro.


Objectives: Of this paper is to highlight the contribution of usability engineering for the security of a system computerized in health. Methods: Was used, consisting of books, articles and materials available on the Internet. There is little research in developing secure systems and even less focused on usability engineering, which is commonly seen as an ally only to software engineering. It is necessary to change this view. Results: This paper provides examples of security flaws due to lack of usability, as well as topics of usability related to information security. Conclusion: Thus, this paper contributes to the development and operation of a system computerized in health functional and secure.


Objetivos: Trabajo es poner de relieve la contribución de la ingeniería de usabilidad para la seguridad de la salud informatizados. Métodos: Utilizó de la investigación basada en libros, artículos y materiales disponibles en Internet. No hay mucha investigación en el desarrollo de sistemas seguros y menos centrada en la ingeniería de usabilidad, que es comúnmente vista como una aliada único para la ingeniería de software. Es necesario cambiar este punto de vista. Resultados: Son ejemplos de fallos de seguridad debido a la falta de usabilidad, así como temas relacionados con la usabilidad de seguridad de la información. Conclusión: Por lo tanto, este trabajo contribuye al desarrollo y operación de un sistema de información de salud funcional y seguro.
