RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) is noninvasive technique utilized for identification and analysis skin malignancies. Several studies have applied CLSM in monitoring the therapeutic effects of basal cell carcinoma (BCC). OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diagnostic value of CLSM in low-risk BCC and the evaluation of photodynamic therapy (PDT). METHODS: We have diagnosed 149 patients with BCC using CLSM and histopathological examination. Based on histopathology, we summarized the classification information of low-risk BCC along with imaging features observed through CLSM. Thirty-four low-risk BCC patients underwent PDT treatment, and we used CLSM to evaluate its efficacy. RESULTS: Out of 149 participants were diagnosed with BCC by CLSM, 52 were pigmented type, 87 were nodular type and 10 were superficial type. After histopathological examination, 44 out of 52 were pigmented type, five were nodular type and three were superficial type. The results of CLSM were consistent with those of 87 nodular type and 10 superficial type. The CLSM features of nodular were observed in the tissue fissures around the tumor, the pigment mass was the CLSM characteristic of pigmented type. The simultaneous occurrence of inflammation and increased vasculature were characteristics of superficial. The effective rate of PDT was 100%, and the cure rate was 67.6%. At 12 months follow up, the recurrence rate of PDT was 11.8%, 15.0% for nodule type, 10.0% for pigmented type and 0% for superficial type. CONCLUSION: The tissue classification of CLSM for low-risk BCC was consistent with histopathology. CLSM can be used to monitor the efficacy of PDT for low-risk BCC.

RESUMEN

NAC transcription factors (TFs) are one of the largest plant-specific gene families and play important roles in plant growth, development, and the biotic and abiotic stress response. Although the sequencing of Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) has been completed, the genome-wide identification and analysis of its NAC TFs has not been reported. In this study, a total of 57 genes were identified in Jojoba, which were divided into eight groups based on phylogenetic analysis. The genes clustered in the same groups have a similar gene structure and motif distribution. Based on the analysis of cis-elements in NAC TFs, nine cis-acting elements were identified in the promoter region that involved in light response, hormonal response, and stress response. Synteny analysis showed a greater collinearity between Jojoba and V. vinifera than Arabidopsis thaliana. The 24 genes in the Jojoba NAC TFs are derived from fragment replication, which may be the main source of NAC amplification. Gene expression analysis identified seven genes that were highly expressed in seeds. The differential expression analysis of NAC TFs in cotyledon and embryonic axis tissues showed that the expression of 10 genes was up-regulated and 1 gene was down-regulated. This study provides more information on the classification, gene structure, conserved motif, and evolution of NAC TFs in Jojoba, facilitating further exploration of their specific functional analysis in Jojoba seed development.

RESUMEN

Background Long COVID occurs at a lower frequency in children and adolescents than in adults. Morphologic and free-breathing phase-resolved functional low-field-strength MRI may help identify persistent pulmonary manifestations after SARS-CoV-2 infection. Purpose To characterize both morphologic and functional changes of lung parenchyma at low-field-strength MRI in children and adolescents with post-COVID-19 condition compared with healthy controls. Materials and Methods Between August and December 2021, a cross-sectional clinical trial using low-field-strength MRI was performed in children and adolescents from a single academic medical center. The primary outcome was the frequency of morphologic changes at MRI. Secondary outcomes included MRI-derived functional proton ventilation and perfusion parameters. Clinical symptoms, the duration from positive reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction test result, and serologic parameters were compared with imaging results. Nonparametric tests for pairwise and corrected tests for groupwise comparisons were applied to assess differences in healthy controls, recovered participants, and those with long COVID. Results A total of 54 participants after COVID-19 infection (mean age, 11 years ± 3 [SD]; 30 boys [56%]) and nine healthy controls (mean age, 10 years ± 3; seven boys [78%]) were included: 29 (54%) in the COVID-19 group had recovered from infection and 25 (46%) were classified as having long COVID on the day of enrollment. Morphologic abnormality was identified in one recovered participant. Both ventilated and perfused lung parenchyma (ventilation-perfusion [V/Q] match) was higher in healthy controls (81% ± 6.1) compared with the recovered group (62% ± 19; P = .006) and the group with long COVID (60% ± 20; P = .003). V/Q match was lower in patients with time from COVID-19 infection to study participation of less than 180 days (63% ± 20; P = .03), 180-360 days (63% ± 18; P = .03), and 360 days (41% ± 12; P < .001) as compared with the never-infected healthy controls (81% ± 6.1). Conclusion Low-field-strength MRI showed persistent pulmonary dysfunction in children and adolescents who recovered from COVID-19 and those with long COVID. Clinical trial registration no. RESUMEN

The pivotal regulatory role of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in ischemic stroke (IS) has been expounded. The study aimed to probe the exact role and underlying mechanism of circVRK1 in oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD)-induced human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMECs) injury. HBMECs challenged by OGD were used as in vitro models of IS. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to examine the levels of circVRK1, vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1), miR-150-5p and MLLT1 mRNA. Cell viability, migration angiogenesis ability and death were evaluated by Cell counting kit-8 assay, transwell assay, wound-healing assay, tube formation assay and flow cytometry analysis. All the protein levels were monitored by western blot assay. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was conducted for examining cell oxidative stress. Dual-luciferase reporter assay, RIP assay and RNA pull-down assay were performed to verify the combination between miR-150-5p and circVRK1 or MLLT1. CircVRK1 was upregulated in OGD-treated HBMECs. CircVRK1 knockdown alleviated OGD-caused effects on HBMECs migration, angiogenesis, death, inflammatory response and oxidative stress. Furthermore, circVRK1 could sponge miR-150-5p, and miR-150-5p silencing also mitigated the impact of circVRK1 deficiency on OGD-evoked injury. Besides, MLLT1 acted as a molecular target of miR-150-5p, and the protective influence of miR-150-5p on OGD-induced cell damage was overturned by MLLT1 introduction. CircVRK1 knockdown weakened OGD-evoked injury in HBMECs through modulating miR-150-5p/MLLT1 pathway, and this might supply new insights and probable targets for IS treatment.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: Ozone is widely applied to treat allergic skin diseases such as eczema, atopic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis. However, the specific mechanism remains unclear. This study aims to investigate the effects of ozonated oil on treating 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) and the underling mechanisms. METHODS: Besides the blank control (Ctrl) group, all other mice were treated with DNCB to establish an ACD-like mouse model and were randomized into following groups: a model group, a basal oil group, an ozonated oil group, a FcεRI-overexpressed plasmid (FcεRI-OE) group, and a FcεRI empty plasmid (FcεRI-NC) group. The basal oil group and the ozonated oil group were treated with basal oil and ozonated oil, respectively. The FcεRI-OE group and the FcεRI-NC group were intradermally injected 25 µg FcεRI overexpression plasmid and 25 µg FcεRI empty plasmid when treating with ozonated oil, respectively. We recorded skin lesions daily and used reflectance confocal microscope (RCM) to evaluate thickness and inflammatory changes of skin lesions. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, real-time PCR, RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq), and immunohistochemistry were performed to detct and analyze the skin lesions. RESULTS: Ozonated oil significantly alleviated DNCB-induced ACD-like dermatitis and reduced the expressions of IFN-γ, IL-17A, IL-1ß, TNF-α, and other related inflammatory factors (all P<0.05). RNA-seq analysis revealed that ozonated oil significantly inhibited the activation of the DNCB-induced FcεRI/Syk signaling pathway, confirmed by real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry (all P<0.05). Compared with the ozonated oil group and the FcεRI-NC group, the mRNA expression levels of IFN-γ, IL-17A, IL-1ß, IL-6, TNF-α, and other inflammatory genes in the FcεRI-OE group were significantly increased (all P<0.05), and the mRNA and protein expression levels of FcεRI and Syk were significantly elevated in the FcεRI-OE group as well (all P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Ozonated oil significantly improves ACD-like dermatitis and alleviated DNCB-induced ACD-like dermatitis via inhibiting the FcεRI/Syk signaling pathway.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Actinic keratosis (AK) occurs frequently in sun-exposed skin while its diagnosis and treatment were still in exploration. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty two patients with facial AK lesions were selected and examined with reflective confocal microscopy (RCM) firstly, followed by biopsy at the same site. RCM was used to observe AK lesions before 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) treatment, after the first treatment, after 4 treatments, and at 1 and 6 months follow-up. Retrospective analysis of RCM images was performed. RESULTS: Thirty two AK cases showed initial RCM microscopic features including disorderly arranged epidermal cells (100%), atypical keratinocytes (100%), and blurry border between the epidermis and dermis (100%). 4 patients quitted trail. After treatments, 24 cases showed basically regular arrangement of epidermal cells, absent atypical keratinocytes, and clear border between epidermis and dermis, while 4 cases improved little. At 1 and 6 months follow-up, 23 cases remained relapse-free while 1 case developed recurrent symptoms. Effective rate of 4 ALA-PDT treatments for AK was 100%; recurrence and cure rates were 4.2% and 82.1%, respectively. CONCLUSION: ALA-PDT is effective to treat AK, while RCM can be recommended for in vivo evaluating and monitoring the effect of ALA-PDT on AK.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: In this study, we applied the small private online course (SPOC) and team-based learning (TBL) blended teaching model to dermatology and venereology to ensure a higher quality learning experience for clinical medical students. METHODS: A total of 52 fifth-grade clinical undergraduates from Xiangya School of Medicine of Central South University were randomly divided into an experimental (n = 26) and a control group (n = 26). In March 2018, we used the SPOC and TBL blended teaching model in the experimental group and explored the effects of innovative teaching in the dermatology and venereology course, compared with the control group receiving the conventional teaching method. We analyzed the two groups' theoretical assessment scores and questionnaire results to evaluate the efficiency of the new pedagogy. RESULTS: Students in the experimental group had a better understanding than the control group of the dermatology and venereology content and higher scores on the case analysis questions in the final theoretical examination. The results revealed that the majority of the experimental group students agreed that the novel teaching model blended with SPOC&TBL helped them significantly stimulate motivation and develop their ability in self-directed learning, independent thinking, literature retrieval, presentation board, teamwork, communication, and systematic clinical thinking. The teaching satisfaction survey of the two groups showed that the students' satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The SPOC&TBL teaching model is better than the traditional one in enriching students' professional knowledge and cultivating their comprehensive ability. It can effectively promote educational quality, improve students' learning effects, and enhance their satisfaction. This method has broad application prospects.

RESUMEN

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory dermatosis. Recently, ozone therapy has been applicated to psoriasis treatment; however, the mechanism by which ozone therapy improves psoriasis remains unclear. The excessive proliferation and the differentiation of basal keratinocytes have been considered critical issues during pathological psoriasis process, in which keratin 6 (KRT6) and KRT10 might be involved. In the present study, KRT6, IL-17 and IL-22 protein within psoriasis lesions was decreased, while KRT10 and Tp63 protein in psoriasis lesions was increased by ozone treatment in both patient and IMQ mice psoriatic tissues. In the meantime, ozone treatment down-regulated KRT6 mRNA and protein expression while up-regulated KRT10 mRNA and protein expression within IL-22 treated primary KCs; the cell viability of KCs was suppressed by ozone treatment. Moreover, Tp63 bound to KRT10 promoter region to activate its transcription in basal keratinocytes; the promotive effects of ozone on Tp63 and KRT10 were significantly reversed by Tp63 silence. Both TP63 and KRT10 mRNA expression were significantly increased by ozone treatment in psoriasis lesions; there was a positive correlation between Tp63 and KRT10 expression within tissue samples, suggesting that ozone induces the expression of Tp63 to enhance the expression of KRT10 and the differentiation of keratinocytes, therefore improving the psoriasis. In conclusion, the application of ozonated oil could be an efficient and safe treatment for psoriasis; ozone promotes the differentiation of keratinocytes via increasing Tp63-mediated transcription of KRT10, therefore improving psoriasis.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: In the early years of life, the benefits of parental engagement in children's learning are well documented. Early childhood educators are a potentially effective source of support, having opportunity to engage with parents on key issues related to children's learning and development. Educators report a need for more practical strategies for building positive partnerships with the parents of children in their care. To address this need, we have developed a practice support system, Partnering with Parents, to guide educators in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) through practical strategies for working with parents. Partnering with Parents is designed to be embedded in everyday service delivery. METHODS: Using a cluster randomised controlled trial (cRCT) with intervention and wait-list control groups, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness of the Partnering with Parents practice support system under normal service conditions. The intervention is being trialled in ECEC services across Victoria, Australia. Services in the intervention group implemented the 10-week intervention before the control group commenced the intervention. Educators and parents of children attending the participating services are taking part in evaluating the intervention by completing questionnaires online at three time points (before, immediately after, and 3 months after the intervention group received the intervention). RESULTS: One hundred eighteen educators and 302 parents recruited from 19 participating ECEC services have consented to take part in the trial. CONCLUSIONS: There is considerable potential for ECEC services to improve everyday interactions with parents and potentially child outcomes, by implementing this practice support model. Future research in this field can examine long-term effects of improving the parent-educator relationship. The intervention has potential to be widely embedded in educator training or professional development. RESUMEN

Organic luminescent materials with the ability to reversibly switch the luminescence when subjected to external stimuli have attracted considerable interest in recent years. However, the examples of luminescent materials that exhibit multiresponsive properties are rarely reported. In this work, a new stimuli-responsive dye P1 is designed and synthesized with two identical chromophores of naphthalimide, one at each side of an amidoamine-based spacer. This amide-rich molecule offers many possibilities for forming intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Particularly, P1 has an intrinsic property of cocrystallizing with methanol. Compared with the pristine P1 sample, the as-prepared two-component cocrystalline material displays an exceptive deep-blue emission, which is extremely rare among naphthalimide-based molecules in the solid state. Furthermore, the target material exhibits an obvious mechanochromic fluorescent behavior and a large spectral shift under force stimuli. On the other hand, the cocrystalline material shows an unusual "turn off" thermochromic luminescence accompanied by solvent evaporation. Moreover, using external stimuli to reversibly manipulate fluorescent quantum yields is rarely reported to date. The results demonstrate the feasibility of a new design strategy for solid-state luminescence switching materials: the incorporation of solvents into organic compounds by cocrystallization to obtain a crystalline state luminescence system.

RESUMEN

Reducing costs is a pragmatic method for promoting the widespread usage of indoor localization technology. Conventional indoor localization systems (ILSs) exploit relatively expensive wireless chips to measure received signal strength for positioning. Our work is based on a cheap and widely-used commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) wireless chip, i.e., the Nordic Semiconductor nRF24LE1, which has only several output power levels, and proposes a new power level based-ILS, called Plils. The localization procedure incorporates two phases: an offline training phase and an online localization phase. In the offline training phase, a self-organizing map (SOM) is utilized for dividing a target area into k subregions, wherein their grids in the same subregion have similar fingerprints. In the online localization phase, the support vector machine (SVM) and back propagation (BP) neural network methods are adopted to identify which subregion a tagged object is located in, and calculate its exact location, respectively. The reasonable value for k has been discussed as well. Our experiments show that Plils achieves 75 cm accuracy on average, and is robust to indoor obstacles.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy and safety between ozonated oil and compound flumethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
Methods: A left/right self-controlled, parallel group study was conducted. Forty patients with stable psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in the study, whose lesions were symmetrical and involvement areas were <30% body surface. The patients were divided into 2 groups. Patients with left lesions served as a test group were treated daily for ozonated oil twice, and patients with right lesions served as a control group were treated daily for compound flumetasone ointment twice. The patients in the 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment.
Results: After 1 week treatment, the effective rates of the test group and the control group were 60.58% and 72.28%, respectively, with significant difference between them (P<0.05). At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment, the efficacy in the test group was similar to that in the control group. The effective rates in the test group and the control group were 69.84% and 70.25% after 2 weeks, respectively, 70.88% and 71.23% after 4 weeks, respectively. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.05). In addition, the reflectance confocal microscope results in both the test group and the control group after 4 weeks showed that the epidermis was approximately normal. There were few inflammatory cells infiltration in the dermal papilla, and the inflammatory cells infiltration was significantly reduced after treatment.
Conclusion: Ozonated oil treatment for stable psoriasis is safe and effective, and its efficacy is equivalent to the effect of glucocorticoid topical preparations.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To illuminate a method for establishment of a cost-efficient atopic dermatitis (AD) mouse model by topical application of ovalbumin (OVA), super-antigen staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB), and calcipotriene ointment (CO) on the back of BALB/c mice.
Methods: Experimental mice were topically treated with OVA/SEB or OVA/SEB/CO every other day during 15 days of induction. Clinical alterations on the skin area were monitored every other day. Epidermal thickness were measured by reflectance confocal microscope (RCM) before harvest. Inflammatory cells in skin biopsies were marked by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Blood sample and skin biopsies were measured by ELISA and quantitative real-time PCR to detect the expression of IL-2, IL-4, IL-31, interferon (IFN)-γ, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α pruritus-associated nerve growth factor (NGF), and serum IgE.
Results: Human AD-like cutaneous local inflammatory reaction was characterized by the accumulation of inflammatory cells, increased epidermal thickness and serum IgE levels as well as Th1 cell-associated cytokines (IFN-γ, TNF-α), Th2 cell-associated cytokines (IL-4, IL-31), and NGF in the OVA/SEB/CO group compared with that in the normal control group or the OVA/SEB group.
Conclusion: OVA/SEB/CO can induce an AD-like mouse model with lower economic and time consumption.

RESUMEN

DNA methylation plays an important role in the epigenetic regulation of mammalian gene expression. TET (ten-eleven translocation) proteins, newly discovered demethylases, have sparked great interest since their discovery. TET proteins catalyze 5-methylcytosine to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine, 5-formylcytosine and 5-carboxylcytosine in 3 consecutive Fe(II)- and 2-oxoglutarate (2-OG)-dependent oxidation reactions. TET proteins dynamically regulate global or locus-specific 5-methylcytosine and/or 5-hydroxymethylcytosine levels by facilitating active DNA demethylation. In fact, in addition to their role as methylcytosine dioxygenases, TET proteins are closely related to histone modification, interact with metabolic enzymes as well as other proteins, and cooperate in transcriptional regulation. In this review, we summarize the recent progress in this exciting field, highlighting the molecular mechanism by which TET enzymes regulate gene expression and their functions in health and disease. We also discuss the therapeutic potential of targeting TET proteins and aberrant DNA modifications.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the current status of penis and testicular development in boys and the effects of overweight/obesity on their development in the Zhengzhou area of Henan Province. METHODS: Height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, penis length and testicular volume were measured in 3 546 4 to 12-year-old boys. The penis length and testicular volume were compared between the overweight/obesity and normal weight groups. RESULTS: Before 9 years of age, the testicular volume was progressively smaller, and after 9 years old, it gradually increased. By the age of 11, it increased rapidly. The penis length increased gradually between 4 and 11 years of age, and after the age of 11 it increased rapidly. Phimosis was found in 144 cases (4.01%) and cryptorchidism was found in 18 cases (0.51%). A total of 639 (18.02%) boys were overweight or obese among 3 546 boys. At the ages of 6 and 7 years, the testicular volume in the overweight/obesity group was greater than in the normal control group (P<0.05). The penis length in the overweight/obesity group was significantly shorter than in the normal control group (P<0.05) by the age of 11 years. The correlation analysis showed that the testicular volume at the ages of 4 and 5 years was positively correlated with height, weight, BMI, waist circumference and hip circumference in overweight/obese boys. The penis length at the ages of 7 and 8 years was negatively correlated with weight, waist circumference and hip circumference. By the age of 12 years, the penis length was positively correlated with the height. CONCLUSIONS: The development of penis and testicles in boys in the Zhengzhou area is in line with the level of sex development of Chinese boys. Overweight/obesity adversely affects the development of penis and testicles.

RESUMEN

Due to the uniqueness and interactivity of its scenario, the cultural and tourism commercial space consistently enriches and enhances the user experience while satisfying users' consumption and shopping. However, there is limited research on the participatory aspect of cultural tourism business spaces from the perspective of users. To this end, the present study investigates the participatory experience of cultural tourism commercial spaces by selecting 305 tourists who visited Huaihai Street in Suzhou for consumption and entertainment and quantifies the relationship between the public's flow experience, aesthetic judgments, and behavioral outcomes using a structural equation modeling approach. The results of the study confirm that aesthetic judgments and flow experiences positively impact behavioral outcomes and that flow experiences also affect aesthetic judgments and behavioral outcomes. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the significance of user participation in cultural tourism business spaces.

RESUMEN

Type 2 inflammation related diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and allergic rhinitis, are diverse and affect multiple systems in the human body. It is common for individuals to have multiple co-existing type 2 inflammation related diseases, which can impose a significant financial and living burden on patients. However, the exact pathogenesis of these diseases is still unclear. The NLRP3 inflammasome is a protein complex composed of the NLRP3 protein, ASC, and Caspase-1, and is activated through various mechanisms, including the NF-κB pathway, ion channels, and lysosomal damage. The NLRP3 inflammasome plays a role in the immune response to pathogens and cellular damage. Recent studies have indicated a strong correlation between the abnormal activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and the onset of type 2 inflammation. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that suppressing NLRP3 expression effectively diminishes the inflammatory response, highlighting its promising therapeutic applications. RESUMEN

RATIONALE: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a syndrome characterized by widespread blood vessel clotting and bleeding. It can affect individuals of any age but is more commonly observed in females, particularly during pregnancy. Pregnancy combined with TTP is a critical and rapidly progressing condition that is often misdiagnosed as an obstetric disorder like severe preeclampsia or HELLP syndrome. To deepen the understanding of TTP during pregnancy with the help of a clinical case. PATIENT CONCERNS: A 20-year-old patient, is pregnancy 1 birth 0, 32 weeks dated by her last menstrual period, presented chest tightness, and shortness of breath after physical activity for 3 days. DIAGNOSES: TTP. INTERVENTIONS: At present, there are no preventive measures. Timely diagnosis and treatment are useful. Plasma exchange and treat to the patient hinder autoantibodies, such as gamma globulin, methylprednisolone, rituximab, and cyclosporine were effective. OUTCOMES: The patient exhibited stable vital signs, normal examination results, and experienced no complications. We continued to monitor her progress after she was discharged. LESSONS SUBSECTIONS: The acute onset of TTP is often associated with pregnancy, as it is a triggering factor. Timely identification, accurate diagnosis, and a comprehensive treatment approach involving plasma exchange, immunosuppressants, and the termination of pregnancy can lead to remission and a favorable outlook for the majority of patients.

RESUMEN

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, of which non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type, and epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) are widely used for the treatment of NSCLC. EGFR-TKIs are known to develop a drug-resistant response after a certain number of cycles of dosing, and how to alleviate or even reverse EGFR-TKI resistance is an urgent problem at present. This review focuses on the role of ncRNAs in the resistance of NSCLC to EGFR-TKIs and the potential mechanisms underlying the development of NSCLC resistance to EGFR-TKIs. NcRNAs are involved in NSCLC resistance to EGFR-TKIs by mediating cellular drug efflux, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, apoptosis, autophagy, and EGFR mutation. ncRNAs play a crucial role in NSCLC resistance to EGFR-TKIs. Hopefully, the results will provide some guidance and help for the treatment and prognosis of NSCLC.

RESUMEN

In perovskite solar cells (PSCs), tin dioxide (SnO2) is a highly effective electron transport material. On the other hand, the low intrinsic conductivity of SnO2, the high trap-state density on the surface and bulk of SnO2, and inadequate interface contacts between SnO2 and perovskite significantly impact device performance. Herein, small-molecule copper(II) chloride (CuCl2) is introduced into the SnO2 dispersion, which inhibits the agglomeration of SnO2 colloids and improves the quality of the electron transport layer. Furthermore, the introduction of CuCl2 optimizes the energy-level array between the ETL and perovskite layer (PVK) and passivates the anion/cation defects in SnO2, perovskite, and their interface, realizing the systematic modulation of the photoelectronic properties of the ETLs and PVKs as well as the PVK/ETL. As a result, the CuCl2-opmized PSC exhibits an impressive power conversion efficiency of 23.71%, along with improved stability.
