RESUMEN

Sensitive detection of cancer biomarkers can contribute to the timely diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In this study, the whitespotted bamboo sharks were immunized with human α-fetoprotein (AFP), and a phage-displayed variable new antigen receptor (VNAR) single domain antibody library was constructed. Then four unique VNARs (VNAR1, VNAR11, VNAR21, and VNAR25) against AFP were isolated from the library by biopanning for the first time. All of the sequences belong to type II of VNAR, and the VNAR11 was much different from the rest of the three sequences. Then VNAR1 and VNAR11 were selected to fuse with the C4-binding protein α chain (C4bpα) sequence and efficiently expressed in the Escherichia coli system. Furthermore, a VNAR-C4bpα-mediated sandwich chemiluminescence immunoassay (VSCLIA) was developed for the detection of AFP in human serum samples. After optimization, the VSCLIA showed a limit of detection of 0.74 ng/mL with good selectivity and accuracy. Moreover, the results of clinical serum samples detected by the VSCLIA were confirmed by an automatic immunoanalyzer in the hospital, indicating its practical application in actual samples. In conclusion, the novel antibody element VNAR exhibits great potential for immunodiagnosis, and this study also provides a new direction and experimental basis for AFP detection.

Deoxynivalenol (DON) is a mycotoxin that widely distributes in various foods and seriously threatens food safety. To minimize the consumers' dietary exposure to DON, there is an urgent demand for developing rapid and sensitive detection methods for DON in food. In this study, a bifunctional single-chain variable fragment (scFv) linked alkaline phosphatase (ALP) fusion protein was developed for rapid and sensitive detection of deoxynivalenol (DON). The scFv gene was chemically synthesized and cloned into the expression vector pET25b containing the ALP gene by homologous recombination. The prokaryotic expression, purification, and activity analysis of fusion proteins (scFv-ALP and ALP-scFv) were well characterized and performed. The interactions between scFv and DON were investigated by computer-assisted simulation, which included hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic interactions, and van der Waals forces. The scFv-ALP which showed better bifunctional activity was selected for developing a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dc-ELISA) for DON in cereals. The dc-ELISA takes 90 min for one test and exhibits a half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 11.72 ng/mL, of which the IC50 was 3.08-fold lower than that of the scFv-based dc-ELISA. The developed method showed high selectivity for DON, and good accuracy was obtained from the spike experiments. Furthermore, the detection results of actual cereal samples analyzed by the method correlated well with that determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (R2=0.97165). These results indicated that the scFv-ALP is a promising bifunctional probe for developing the one-step colorimetric immunoassay, providing a new strategy for rapid and sensitive detection of DON in cereals.

Objectives: Drawing from the mindfulness framework and the broaden-and-build theory, this study investigates the extent to which mindfulness influences loneliness and whether the relation is mediated by positive and negative affect.Method: Data were collected from 748 retired older adults aged 60 and above in Chengdu, China in 2022. Loneliness and mindfulness were measured by the UCLA loneliness scale and by the short-form version of the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, while the positive and negative affect was assessed by the International Positive and Negative Affect Schedule.Results: The results of this study show that mindfulness was positively associated with positive affect (ß = 0.37, p<.001), negatively related to negative affect (ß=-0.21, p<.001) and loneliness (ß=-0.13, p<.001), and had an indirect effect on loneliness via positive and negative affect (ß=-0.20, p<.001).Conclusion: The findings suggest that mindfulness could be a positive resource for improving mental health and reducing loneliness among retired older adults in China.

Circadian rhythm disorder is a significant risk factor for mental diseases, and the recovery of circadian rhythm function has gradually become a signal of effective antidepressant therapy. Sini powder (SNP) is a classical, traditional Chinese formula for depression treatment. However, few clinical reports have been recorded. This randomized, double-blinded, controlled trial (ChiCTR1900022700) aimed to explore the efficacy of SNP on depression via regulating circadian rhythm. In total, 36 patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) were enrolled for 4-weeks medication and 6-weeks follow-up. HAMD-24 score and circadian rhythm index, including dim light melatonin onset (DLMO) and phase angle difference (PAD), were included in the assessment. DLMO and PAD were statistically significant in the SNP group after 4 weeks of treatment (p < .05) and with greater improvement in DLMO (p = .03). In addition, DLMO and the HAMD-24 score showed a positive correlation (p < .05); the HAMD-24 score degree decreased significantly over time (p < .001). Similarly, interaction effects were shown significantly between group and time (p = .049). The duration of SNP supplementation was relatively short, and the sample size was relatively small. SNP granules combined with paroxetine tablets have definite efficacy in improving the circadian rhythms of MDD patients, reflecting the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine as antidepressants.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the associations between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene and tuberculosis (TB) infection risk. METHODS: 597 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients from the Han population in Western China were randomly selected while 901 healthy subjects were divided into control group from September 2015 to September 2018. In the case-control study, 21 SNPs within the VDR gene were genotyped. Use SPSS 19.0 statistical software, SNP statistical software (Plink) and Pub-med network database to analyze the correlation between VDR SNP and PTB susceptibility. RESULTS: The 14 SNPs of VDR gene screened in the experiment were consistent with the frequency of PTB-related and minor alleles> 5% in HapMap Asian population. Three SNPs (rs58379944, rs11574012, rs12581281) were correlated with PTB by x2 analysis. The rs58379944, rs11574012 alleles "G" and rs12581281 alleles "A" in genotype analysis were susceptible to tuberculosis. In the genotype analysis, allele "G" of rs58379944 and rs11574012 and allele "A" of rs12581281 provided protection against PTB infection. CONCLUSION: rs58379944, rs12581281 and rs11574012 allelic variants in VDR gene were found to be closely associated with PTB infection in the Han population in Western China. The protection it achieved may be one of the reasons for reducing the infection rate.

BACKGROUND: Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is the most common skin tumor with high mortality. The unfavorable outcome of SKCM urges the discovery of prognostic biomarkers for accurate therapy. The present study aimed to explore novel prognosis-related signatures of SKCM and determine the significance of immune cell infiltration in this pathology. METHODS: Four gene expression profiles (GSE130244, GSE3189, GSE7553 and GSE46517) of SKCM and normal skin samples were retrieved from the GEO database. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were then screened, and the feature genes were identified by the LASSO regression and Boruta algorithm. Survival analysis was performed to filter the potential prognostic signature, and GEPIA was used for preliminary validation. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) was obtained to evaluate discriminatory ability. The Gene Set Variation Analysis (GSVA) was performed, and the composition of the immune cell infiltration in SKCM was estimated using CIBERSORT. At last, paraffin-embedded specimens of primary SKCM and normal skin tissues were collected, and the signature was validated by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). RESULTS: Totally 823 DEGs and 16 feature genes were screened. IFI16 was identified as the signature associated with overall survival of SKCM with a great discriminatory ability (AUC > 0.9 for all datasets). GSVA noticed that IFI16 might be involved in apoptosis and ultraviolet response in SKCM, and immune cell infiltration of IFI16 was evaluated. At last, FISH and IHC both validated the differential expression of IFI16 in SKCM. CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, our comprehensive analysis identified IFI16 as a signature associated with overall survival and immune infiltration of SKCM, which may play a critical role in the occurrence and development of SKCM.

Emerging evidence underlined the crucial roles played by long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in glioma. MINCR has been reported in multiple malignancies. Here, we studied its function and potential mechanism in glioma, which remain unclear. Gene expressions were analyzed by qRT-PCR assay. Both in vitro and in vivo assays were conducted to evaluate the cellular function of MINCR in glioma. The subcellular situation of MINCR was detected by subcellular fractionation and FISH assays. Luciferase reporter, RNA pull-down and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays were combined to investigate potential mechanisms of relevant genes. MINCR was up-regulated in glioma. MINCR depletion markedly refrained glioma cell proliferation, migration and invasion via sponging miR-876-5p. MiR-876-5p suppressed the malignant behaviors of glioma via binding to GSPT1. MINCR shared the binding sites with the 3'-untranslated region of GSPT1 and prevented the binding of miR-876-5p to GSPT1 mRNA, thus up-regulating the level of GSPT1. Moreover, miR-876 inhibition and GSPT1 up-regulation counteracted the functional effect induced by silencing MINCR on glioma progression. Our findings uncovered that MINCR might aggravated glioma cell proliferation and migration via acting as competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA), indicating prospective novel therapeutic target for glioma.

OBJECTIVE: Hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx) is a pivotal factor for HBV-induced hepatitis. Herein, we sought to investigate HBx-mediated NLR pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation and pyroptosis under oxidative stress. METHODS: The effect of HBx on the NLRP3 inflammasome was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, western blotting, and immunofluorescence in hepatic HL7702 cells. Pyroptosis was evaluated by western blotting, lactate dehydrogenase release, propidium iodide staining, and transmission electron microscopy. NLRP3 expression in the inflammasome from liver tissues was assessed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: In hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-stimulated HL7702 cells, HBx triggered the release of pro-inflammatory mediators apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC), interleukin (IL)-1ß, IL-18, and high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1); activated NLRP3; and initiated pro-inflammatory cell death (pyroptosis). HBx localized to the mitochondria, where it induced mitochondrial damage and production of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mitoROS). Treatment of HL7702 cells with a mitoROS scavenger attenuated HBx-induced NLRP3 activation and pyroptosis. Expression levels of NLRP3, ASC, and IL-1ß in liver tissues from patients were positively correlated with HBV DNA concentration. CONCLUSIONS: The NLRP3 inflammasome was activated by elevated mitoROS levels and mediated HBx-induced liver inflammation and hepatocellular pyroptosis under H2O2-stress conditions.

This study examined the relationship between intercultural communication competence (ICC) and job burnout, as well as the mediating effects of job stress, using data collected from employees (n = 1,064) from a Chinese multinational corporation in Brunei. Through regression analysis and mediation effect tests, we found that ICC was negatively associated with job burnout (ß = -0.19, p < 0.001) and job stress (ß = -0.08, p < 0.001). Job stress was positively associated with job burnout (ß = 0.65, p < 0.001). Job stress played a partial mediating role between ICC and job burnout. The total effect of ICC on job burnout was -0.19, the direct effect was -0.14, and the indirect effect of ICC via job stress was -0.05. The findings call for ICC training for employees in multinational corporations.

Rapid, portable, and accurate detection tools for monitoring ochratoxin A (OTA) in food are essential for the guarantee of food safety and human health. Herein, as a proof-of-concept, this study proposed a ratiometric bioluminescence immunosensor (RBL-immunosensor) for homogeneous detection of OTA in pepper. The construct of the RBL-immunosensor consists of three components, including the large fragment of the split nanoluciferase (NanoLuc)-tagged nanobody (NLg), the small fragment of the split NanoLuc-tagged mimotope peptide heptamer (MPSm), and the calibrator luciferase (GeNL). The specific nanobody-mimotope peptide interaction between NLg and MPSm induces the reconstitution of the NanoLuc, which catalyzes the Nano-Glo substrate and produces a blue emission peak at 458 nm. Meanwhile, GeNL can produce a green emission peak at 518 nm upon substrate conversion via bioluminescent resonance energy transfer (BRET). Therefore, the concentration of OTA can be linked to the variation of the bioluminescence signal (λ458/λ518) measured by microplate reader and the variation of the blue/green ratio measured by smartphone via the competitive immunoreaction where OTA competes with MPSm to bind NLg. The immunosensor is ready-to-use and works by simply mixing the components in a one-step incubation of 10 min for readout. It has a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.98 ng/mL by a microplate reader and an LOD of 1.89 ng/mL by a smartphone. Good selectivity and accuracy were confirmed for the immunosensor by cross-reaction analysis and recovery experiments. The contents of OTA in 10 commercial pepper powder samples were tested by the RBL-immunosensor and validated by high-performance liquid chromatography. Hence, the ready-to-use RBL-immunosensor was demonstrated as a highly reliable tool for detection of OTA in food.

Nontoxic substitutes to mycotoxins can facilitate the development of eco-friendly immunoassays. To explore a novel nontoxic substitute to ochratoxin A (OTA), this study screened shark anti-idiotypic variable new antigen receptors (VNARs) against the alpaca anti-OTA nanobody Nb28 through phage display. After four rounds of biopanning of a naïve VNAR phage display library derived from six adult Chiloscyllium plagiosum sharks, one positive clone, namely, P-3, was validated through a phage enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (phage ELISA). The recombinant anti-idiotypic VNAR AId-V3 was obtained by prokaryotic expression, and the interactions between Nb28 and AId-V3 were investigated via computer-assisted simulation. The affinity of AId-V3 for Nb28 and its heptamer Nb28-C4bpα was measured using Biacore assay. Combining Nb28-C4bpα with AId-V3, a novel direct competitive ELISA (dcELISA) was developed for OTA analysis, with a limit of detection of 0.44 ng/mL and a linear range of 1.77-32.25 ng/mL. The good selectivity, reliability, and precision of dcELISA were confirmed via cross-reaction analysis and recovery experiments. Seven commercial pepper powder samples were tested using dcELISA and validated using high-performance liquid chromatography. Overall, the shark anti-idiotypic VNAR was demonstrated as a promising nontoxic substitute to OTA, and the proposed method was confirmed as a reliable tool for detecting OTA in food.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has achieved high clinical efficacy in treating malignancies in recent years and is thus gradually becoming an important therapy for patients with advanced tumor for its benefits in reducing side effects and improving patients' immune status. However, it has not been internationally recognized for cancer treatment because TCM's anti-tumor mechanism is not fully elucidated, limiting its clinical application and international promotion. This review traced the mechanism of the TCM-mediated tumor cell death pathway and its effect on remodeling the tumor immune microenvironment, its direct impact on the microenvironment, its anti-tumor effect in combination with immunotherapy, and the current status of clinical application of TCM on tumor treatment. TCM can induce tumor cell death in many regulatory cell death (RCD) pathways, including apoptosis, autophagy, pyroptosis, necroptosis, and ferroptosis. In addition, TCM-induced cell death could increase the immune cells' infiltration with an anti-tumor effect in the tumor tissue and elevate the proportion of these cells in the spleen or peripheral blood, enhancing the anti-tumor capacity of the tumor-bearing host. Moreover, TCM can directly affect immune function by increasing the population or activating the sub-type immune cells with an anti-tumor role. It was concluded that TCM could induce a pan-tumor death modality, remodeling the local TIME differently. It can also improve the systemic immune status of tumor-bearing hosts. This review aims to establish a theoretical basis for the clinical application of TCM in tumor treatment and to provide a reference for TCM's potential in combination with immunotherapy in cancer treatment.

Zearalenone (ZEN) is a non-steroidal estrogenic mycotoxin and seriously threatens food safety, which requires rapid and sensitive detection methods for monitoring ZEN in agro-products. Herein, an alkaline phosphatase-tagged single-chain variable fragment fusion protein (ALP-scFv) was used as a bifunctional tracer to develop a colorimetric enzyme immunoassay (CEIA) and a chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) for ZEN. In addition, the interactions between scFv and ZEN were exploited by computer-assisted simulation, and four key amino acid sites were preliminarily identified. After optimization, the CEIA and CLEIA exhibited a limit of detection of 0.02 and 0.006 ng/mL, respectively. Furthermore, both methods showed favorable accuracy in recovery experiments and good selectivity in cross reactions. Moreover, the detection results of the actual samples from both methods correlated well with those from high-performance liquid chromatography. Overall, the ALP-scFv fusion tracer-based CEIA and CLEIA are demonstrated as reliable tools for ZEN detection in food.

Tropomyosin (TM) is the primary allergenic protein responsible for crustacean food allergies, and thus sensitive and rapid methods are required for the screening of crustacean TM in food. In this study, using the phage-displayed shark nanobody (PSN) as a multifunctional biomaterial, we developed a colorimetric and surface-enhanced Raman scattering dual-mode lateral flow immunosensor (CM/SERS-LFI) for competitive detection of crustacean TM. The SERS tag AuMBA@AgNPs with the Raman signal molecule 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) was prepared and immobilized on the PSN to construct the immunoprobe AuMBA@Ag-PSN. The probe can identify free TM that competes with TM on the T-line, and the optimized CM/SERS-LFI enables quantitative analysis of TM using the probe with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.0026 µg/mL (SERS mode) and 0.0057 µg/mL (colorimetric mode), respectively. Additionally, it can implement a qualitative analysis by the naked eye with a visual LOD of 0.01 µg/mL. The CM/SERS-LFI exhibited excellent performance in the tests of selectivity, accuracy, precision, and stability. Moreover, the method's effectiveness in the analysis of real samples was confirmed by a commercial ELISA kit. Therefore, the developed CM/SERS-LFI was demonstrated to be a powerful and reliable tool for the rapid and sensitive detection of crustacean TM in food.

The common food allergy crustacean tropomyosin (TM) poses a significant food safety challenge, which requires rapid and sensitive methods for screening TM in food. Herein, the variable new antigen receptor (VNAR) single-domain antibodies specific for the crustacean TM were isolated from a naïve phage-displayed shark VNAR library. Subsequently, a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay (LFIA) based on the gold nanoparticle-labeled phage-displayed shark VNAR (AuNPs@PSV) probe was developed for the detection of TM in food. The AuNPs@PSV-LFIA took 15 min for one test and had a visual limit of detection (vLOD) of 0.1 µg/mL and an instrumental LOD of 0.02 µg/mL. Good selectivity, accuracy, precision, and stability were confirmed for the AuNPs@PSV-LFIA. Moreover, the test results of 21 commercially available food products consisted of the allergen labels and were validated by a commercial ELISA kit. Therefore, this work demonstrated the great potential of VNAR for detecting TM in food by LFIA.

The systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) represents a self-amplifying cascade of inflammatory reactions and pathophysiological states triggered by infectious or non-infectious factors. The identification of disease targets and differential proteins in the liver (the unique and important immune organ) of SIRS mice treated with the lead compound D1 was conducted using the Genecards database and proteomic analysis, respectively. Subsequently, NOTCH1 was identified as the potential hub target via an intersection analysis between the aforementioned differentially expressed proteins and disease targets. Based on our previous research on the structure-activity relationship, we designed and synthesized a series of SIRS-related derivatives, wherein butyl, halogen, and ester groups were incorporated into benzophenone, aiming at exploring the anti-inflammatory protective action from the perspective of macrophage polarization. Notably, these derivatives exhibited a direct binding capability to the O-glucosylation site (SER496) or its vicinities (such as SER492, VAL485) of NOTCH1 using docking, SPR, DARTS, and CETSA techniques. Mechanistically, derivative D6 exerted anti-inflammatory effects via the dual NOTCH pathway. Firstly, it could inhibit NOTCH1 nuclear transcriptional activity, attenuate the interaction between NICD and RBPJK, concurrently suppress NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome (NLRP3, ASC, and cleaved CASP1) activation, and promote NICD (NOTCH1 active fragments) ubiquitination metabolism (the nuclear transcriptional pathway). Secondly, it might possess the ability to increase PGC1α level, subsequently, enhance ATP and MMP levels, mitigate ROS production, increase mitochondrial numbers, and ameliorate mitochondrial inflammatory damage (the mitochondrial pathway). Importantly, the activator Jagged1 could effectively reverse the aforementioned effects, while the inhibitor DAPT exhibited a synergistic effect, suggesting that the nuclear transcriptional regulation and mitochondrial regulation were both in a NOTCH1-dependent manner. Subsequently, it effectively alleviated the inflammatory response and preserved organ function as evidenced by up-regulating M2-type macrophage-related anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL10, TGFß, CD206, and ARG1) and down-regulating M1-type macrophage-related pro-inflammatory cytokines (NO, IL6, IL18, iNOS, TNFα, CD86, and IL1ß). In a word, derivative D6 modulated macrophage polarization and effectively mitigated SIRS by targeting inhibition of the dual NOTCH pathway.

BACKGROUND: Drug repositioning has the potential to reduce costs and accelerate the rate of drug development, with highly promising applications. Currently, the development of artificial intelligence has provided the field with fast and efficient computing power. Nevertheless, the repositioning of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is still in its infancy, and the establishment of a reasonable and effective research method is a pressing issue that requires urgent attention. The use of graph neural network (GNN) to compute the similarity between TCM prescriptions to develop a method for finding their new indications is an innovative attempt. METHODS: This paper focused on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions containing ephedra, with 20 prescriptions for treating external cough and asthma taken as target prescriptions. The remaining 67 prescriptions containing ephedra were taken as to-be-matched prescriptions. Furthermore, a multitude of data pertaining to the prescriptions, including diseases, disease targets, symptoms, and various types of information on herbs, was gathered from a diverse array of literature sources, such as Chinese medicine databases. Then, cosine similarity and Jaccard coefficient were calculated to characterize the similarity between prescriptions using graph convolutional network (GCN) with a self-supervised learning method, such as deep graph infomax (DGI). RESULTS: A total of 1340 values were obtained for each of the two calculation indicators. A total of 68 prescription pairs were identified after screening with 0.77 as the threshold for cosine similarity. Following the removal of false positive results, 12 prescription pairs were deemed to have further research value. A total of 5 prescription pairs were screened using a threshold of 0.50 for the Jaccard coefficient. However, the specific results did not exhibit significant value for further use, which may be attributed to the excessive variety of information in the dataset. CONCLUSIONS: The proposed method can provide reference for finding new indications of target prescriptions by quantifying the similarity between prescriptions. It is expected to offer new insights for developing a scientific and systematic research methodology for traditional Chinese medicine repositioning.

Introduction: Loneliness is a key indicator of well-being in older adults. Drawing from the ecological model of aging, the active aging perspective, and the convoy model of social relations, this study investigates the extent community engagement influences loneliness and whether the relationship is mediated by social support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Data was collected from 1,067 retired older adults in a cross-sectional design in Chengdu, China in 2022. Structural equation modeling was conducted to examine the direct and indirect effects of community engagement on loneliness through the hypothesized mediator of social support. Results: The results show community engagement was positively associated with social support (ß = 0.26, p < 0.001) and social support was negatively related to loneliness (ß = -0.41, p < 0.001). Social support fully mediated the relationship between community engagement and loneliness. Additionally, community engagement had an indirect effect on loneliness via social support (ß = -0.11, p < 0.001). Discussion: The findings from the moderation analysis suggests community engagement and social support are likely to have large effects on loneliness for older adults over the age of 70 and who have low educational attainment. The findings suggest community engagement could be an important factor for improving social support and reducing loneliness amongst retired, older adults in China, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic where millions of individuals were isolated for extended periods of time.

Mimotope-based immunoassays for mycotoxins eliminate the requirement for large amounts of mycotoxin standards for the chemosynthesis of artificial antigens. Herein, the nanobody-based magnetic beads were used to screen the mimotope (peptidomimetic) of ochratoxin A (OTA) from the phage-displayed peptide library. The interactions between nanobody and the most sensitive Y4 peptidomimetic were investigated by computer-assisted simulation and compared with those between nanobody and OTA. By combining the nanobody, the phage-displayed Y4 and alkaline phosphatase-tagged Y4 fusion protein as the competing antigens, were used to develop two novel immunoassay platforms (PN-ELISA and APN-ELISA). The two methods are advantageous in the use of nontoxic substitutes of OTA and avoiding the use of monoclonal antibodies. Moreover, good analytical performances of both methods were obtained and confirmed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Therefore, the proposed novel methods based on nanobody and peptidomimetic were demonstrated to be highly reliable for detecting OTA in food.
