RESUMEN

Aging is associated with DNA accumulation and increased homeostatic proliferation of circulating T cells. Although these attributes are associated with aging-related autoimmunity, their direct contributions remain unclear. Conventionally, KU complex, the regulatory subunit of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), together with the catalytic subunit of DNA-PK (DNA-PKcs), mediates DNA damage repair in the nucleus. Here, we found KU complex abundantly expressed in the cytoplasm, where it recognized accumulated cytoplasmic DNA in aged human and mouse CD4+ T cells. This process enhanced T cell activation and pathology of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in aged mice. Mechanistically, KU-mediated DNA sensing facilitated DNA-PKcs recruitment and phosphorylation of the kinase ZAK. This activated AKT and mTOR pathways, promoting CD4+ T cell proliferation and activation. We developed a specific ZAK inhibitor, which dampened EAE pathology in aged mice. Overall, these findings demonstrate a KU-mediated cytoplasmic DNA-sensing pathway in CD4+ T cells that potentiates aging-related autoimmunity.

Implantation is the first direct encounter between the embryo and uterus during pregnancy, and Hbegf is the earliest known molecular signaling for embryo-uterine crosstalk during implantation. The downstream effectors of heparin-binding EGF (HB-EGF) in implantation remain elusive due to the complexity of EGF receptor family. This study shows that the formation of implantation chamber (crypt) triggered by HB-EGF is disrupted by uterine deletion of Vangl2, a key planar cell polarity component (PCP). We found that HB-EGF binds to ERBB2 and ERBB3 to recruit VANGL2 for tyrosine phosphorylation. Using in vivo models, we show that uterine VAGL2 tyrosine phosphorylation is suppressed in Erbb2/Erbb3 double conditional knockout mice. In this context, severe implantation defects in these mice lend support to the critical role of HB-EGF-ERBB2/3-VANGL2 in establishing a two-way dialogue between the blastocyst and uterus. In addition, the result addresses an outstanding question how VANGL2 is activated during implantation. Taken together, these observations reveal that HB-EGF regulates the implantation process by influencing uterine epithelial cell polarity comprising VANGL2.

G-quadruplexes (G4) are special nucleic acid structures with diverse conformational polymorphisms. Selective targeting of G-quadruplex conformations and regulating their biological functions provide promising therapeutic intervention. Despite the large repertoire of G4-binding tools, only a limited number of them can specifically target a particular G4 conformation. Here, we introduce a novel method, G4-SELEX-Seq and report the development of the first L-RNA aptamer, L-Apt12-6, with high binding selectivity to parallel G4 over other nucleic acid structures. Using parallel dG4 c-kit 1 as an example, we demonstrate the strong binding affinity between L-Apt12-6 and c-kit 1 dG4 in vitro and in cells, and notably report the applications of L-Apt12-6 in controlling DNA replication and gene expression. Our results suggest that L-Apt12-6 is a valuable tool for targeting parallel G-quadruplex conformation and regulating G4-mediated biological processes. Furthermore, G4-SELEX-Seq can be used as a general platform for G4-targeting L-RNA aptamers selection and should be applicable to other nucleic acid structures.

BACKGROUND: Since reforms were introduced to incentivize drug innovation in 2015, the Chinese pharmaceutical market has experienced unprecedented prosperity, with more new drugs than ever before, especially anticancer treatments. In 2021, Chinese regulatory agencies issued the new guideline for clinical research and development of antitumor drugs, triggering a series of responses on the drug market. Limited research has outlined the nature of the original new drugs in China to understand the dynamic response of the market. METHODS: The objective of this article was to map the clinical development of approved new oncology drugs in China from 2015 to 2021 and differed from previous studies by focusing on original new drugs, using the United States as a benchmark, and elaborating the endogenous features of clinical trials. RESULTS: Clinical trials conducted in China have risen to a level similar to that of the United States in many aspects of trial design, but there is still distance between the implementation and operational details of clinical trials. In the meantime, China has made significant breakthroughs in drug approval. Greater than 60% of novel anticancer drugs in China received accelerated approved for their first listing. Approximately 90% of the pivotal clinical trials supporting initial drug approval used surrogate measures as end points, and one half were nonrandomized or did not have a control group. However, duplicate development without evidence of a clinical advantage compared with current therapies was widely observed. CONCLUSIONS: By presenting a multidimensional landscape of clinical trials and approvals in the real world, this review allows interested researchers, developers, and even regulators to understand what has been done and what should be done next in anticancer drug development in China.

Our previous study showed that pyridoxine 5'-phosphate oxidase (PNPO) is a tissue biomarker of ovarian cancer (OC) and has a prognostic implication but detailed mechanisms remain unclear. The current study focused on PNPO-regulated lysosome/autophagy-mediated cellular processes and the potential role of PNPO in chemoresistance. We found that PNPO was overexpressed in OC cells and was a prognostic factor in OC patients. PNPO significantly promoted cell proliferation via the regulation of cyclin B1 and phosphorylated CDK1 and shortened the G2M phase in a cell cycle. Overexpressed PNPO enhanced the biogenesis and perinuclear distribution of lysosomes, promoting the degradation of autophagosomes and boosting the autophagic flux. Further, an autolysosome marker LAMP2 was upregulated in OC cells. Silencing LAMP2 suppressed cell growth and induced cell apoptosis. LAMP2-siRNA blocked PNPO action in OC cells, indicating that the function of PNPO on cellular processes was mediated by LAMP2. These data suggest the existence of the PNPO-LAMP2 axis. Moreover, silencing PNPO suppressed xenographic tumor formation. Chloroquine counteracted the promotion effect of PNPO on autophagic flux and inhibited OC cell survival, facilitating the inhibitory effect of PNPO-shRNA on tumor growth in vivo. Finally, PNPO was overexpressed in paclitaxel-resistant OC cells. PNPO-siRNA enhanced paclitaxel sensitivity in vitro and in vivo. In conclusion, PNPO has a regulatory effect on lysosomal biogenesis that in turn promotes autophagic flux, leading to OC cell proliferation, and tumor formation, and is a paclitaxel-resistant factor. These data imply a potential application by targeting PNPO to suppress tumor growth and reverse PTX resistance in OC.

BACKGROUND: Kawasaki disease is a pediatric acute systemic vasculitis that specifically involves the coronary arteries. Timely initiation of immunoglobulin plus aspirin is necessary for diminishing the incidence of coronary artery abnormalities (CAAs). The optimal dose of aspirin, however, remains controversial. The trial aims to evaluate if low-dose aspirin is noninferior to moderate-dose in reducing the risk of CAAs during the initial treatment of Kawasaki disease. METHODS: This is a multi-center, prospective, randomized, open-label, blinded endpoint, noninferiority trial to be conducted in China. The planned study duration is from 2023 to 2026. Data will be analyzed according to intention-to-treat principles. Participants are children and adolescents under the age of 18 with Kawasaki disease, recruited from the inpatient units. A sample size of 1,346 participants will provide 80% power with a one-sided significance level of 0.025. Qualifying children will be randomized (1:1) to receive either intravenous immunoglobulin (2 g/kg) plus oral moderate-dose aspirin (30-50 mg·kg-1·d-1) until the patient is afebrile for at least 48 hours, or immunoglobulin plus low-dose aspirin (3-5 mg·kg-1·d-1) as initial treatment. The primary outcome will be the occurrence of CAAs at 8 weeks after immunoglobulin infusion. Independent blinded pediatric cardiologists will assess the primary endpoint using echocardiography. CONCLUSIONS: There is a shortage of consensus on the dose of aspirin therapy for Kawasaki disease due to the lack of evidence. The results of our randomized trial will provide more concrete evidence for the efficacy and adverse events of low- or moderate-dose aspirin in the acute phase of Kawasaki disease. BACKGROUND: Alveolar hypercoagulation and fibrinolytic inhibition are mainly responsible for massive alveolar fibrin deposition, which are closely related with refractory hypoxemia in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Our previous study testified runt-related transcription factor (RUNX1) participated in the regulation of this pathophysiology in this syndrome, but the mechanism is unknown. We speculate that screening the downstream genes associated with RUNX1 will presumably help uncover the mechanism of RUNX1. METHODS: Genes associated with RUNX1 were screened by CHIP-seq, among which the target gene was verified by Dual Luciferase experiment. Then the efficacy of the target gene on alveolar hypercoagulation and fibrinolytic inhibition in LPS-induced ARDS was explored in vivo as well as in vitro. Finally, whether the regulatory effects of RUNX1 on alveolar hypercoagulation and fibrinolytic in ARDS would be related with the screened target gene was also sufficiently explored. RESULTS: Among these screened genes, AKT3 was verified to be the direct target gene of RUNX1. Results showed that AKT3 was highly expressed either in lung tissues of LPS-induced rat ARDS or in LPS-treated alveolar epithelia cell type II (AECII). Tissue factor (TF) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) were increasingly expressed both in lung tissues of ARDS and in LPS-induced AECII, which were all significantly attenuated by down-regulation of AKT3. Inhibition of AKT3 gene obviously ameliorated the LPS-induced lung injury as well as the collagen I expression in ARDS. RUNX1 overexpression not only promoted the expressions of TF, PAI-1, but also boosted AKT3 expression in vitro. More importantly, the efficacy of RUNX1 on TF, PAI-1 were all effectively reversed by down-regulation of AKT3 gene. CONCLUSION: AKT3 is an important target gene of RUNX1, through which RUNX1 exerted its regulatory role on alveolar hypercoagulation and fibrinolytic inhibition in LPS-induced ARDS. RUNX1/ATK3 signaling axis is expected to be a new target for the exploration of ARDS genesis and treatment.

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) is the second leading cause of death worldwide, posing a huge risk to human life and health. Therefore, investigating the pathogenesis underlying CIRI and developing effective treatments are essential. Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent mode of cell death, which is caused by disorders in iron metabolism and lipid peroxidation. Previous studies demonstrated that ferroptosis is also a form of autophagic cell death, and nuclear receptor coactivator 4(NCOA4) mediated ferritinophagy was found to regulate ferroptosis by interfering with iron metabolism. Ferritinophagy and ferroptosis are important pathogenic mechanisms in CIRI. This review mainly summarizes the link and regulation between ferritinophagy and ferroptosis and further discusses their mechanisms in CIRI. In addition, the potential treatment methods targeting ferritinophagy and ferroptosis for CIRI are presented, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinical CIRI in the future.

We herein first report the homodimerization and tandem diamination of diazo compounds with primary amines catalyzed by the iron(II) phthalocyanine (PcFe(II)), which can construct one C-C bond and two C-N bonds within 20 min in one-pot. Compared to the traditional metal-catalyzed N-H insertion reaction between amines with diazo reagents, the developed reaction almost does not generate the N-H insertion product, but the homodimerization/tandem diamination product. The proposed mechanism studies indicate that primary amines play a crucial role in the homocoupling of diazo compounds via dimerization of iron(III)-acetonitrile radical generated from the reaction between diazoacetonitrile with PcFe(II) coordinated by bis(amines); the ß-hydride elimination is involved, and then, the attack of primary amines toward the carbon atoms on the formed C-C bond is followed. Moreover, this novel reaction can be used to effectively prepare substituted 2,3-diaminosuccinonitriles with high yields and even up to >99:1 d.r., encouragingly these products contain both 1,2-diamines and succinonitrile motifs, which are two classes of important organic compounds with significant applications in many yields. This reaction is also suitable for the gram-scale preparation of 2,3-bis(phenylamino)succinonitrile (2a) with a yield of 84%. Therefore, the developed reaction represents a new type of transformation.

An ambient-light-promoted stereospecific olefinic C(sp2)-S bond construction of thioacids and 1,1-diarylethenes has been demonstrated, affording various (Z)-vinyl thioesters in 51-85% yields under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions. Mechanistic studies indicated that the formation of thioacid-olefin complexes is responsible for generating a carbonyl thiyl radical and dioxygen in the air participates in the reaction and functions as a traceless reagent. Moreover, synthetic applications have been demonstrated by the gram scale synthesis and aggregation-induced emission property of representative compound 3i.

Massively parallel sequencing allows for integrated genotyping of different types of forensic markers, which reduces DNA consumption, simplifies experimental processes, and provides additional sequence-based genetic information. The STRseqTyper122 kit genotypes 63 autosomal STRs, 16 X-STRs, 42 Y-STRs, and the Amelogenin locus. Amplicon sizes of 117 loci were below 300 bp. In this study, MiSeq FGx sequencing metrics for STRseqTyper122 were presented. The genotyping accuracy of this kit was examined by comparing to certified genotypes of NIST standard reference materials and results from five capillary electrophoresis-based kits. The sensitivity of STRseqTyper122 reached 125 pg, and > 80% of the loci were correctly called with 62.5 pg and 31.25 pg input genomic DNA. Repeatability, species specificity, and tolerance for DNA degradation and PCR inhibitors of this kit were also evaluated. STRseqTyper122 demonstrated reliable performance with routine case-work samples and provided a powerful tool for forensic applications.

The sequencing electroreduction-electrooxidation process has emerged as a promising approach for the degradation of the chloronitrobenzenes (CNBs) due to its elimination of electro-withdrawing groups in the reduction process, facilitating further removal in the subsequent oxidation process. Herein, we developed a cathode consisting of atom Pd on a Ti plate, which enabled the electro-generation of atomic hydrogen (H*) and the efficient electrocatalytic activation of H2O2 to hydroxyl radical (•OH). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) curves and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra verified the existence of H* and •OH. The electroreduction-electrooxidation system achieved 94.7% of 20 mg L-1 2,4-DCNB removal with a relatively low H2O2 addition (5 mM). Moreover, the inhibition rate of Photobacterium phosphoreum in the effluent decreased from 95% to 52% after the sequencing electroreduction-electrooxidation processes. It was further revealed that the H* dominated the electroreduction process and triggered the electrooxidation process. Our work sheds light on the effective removal of electron-withdrawing groups substituted aromatic contaminants from water and wastewater.

BACKGROUND: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is heritable neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), but environmental risk factors have also been suggested to a play a role in its development. Prenatal, perinatal and parental factors have been associated with an increased risk of ASD in children. The aim of the present study was to explore the prenatal, perinatal, and parenting risk factors in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from Beijing, China by comparing them with typically developing (TD) children. METHODS: A sample of 151 ASD children's parents who from rehabilitation institutions in Beijing were enrolled in this study, and an additional 151 children from kindergartens in Beijing were recruited as a control group (child age: mean = 4.4 years). TD children were matched according to age, sex and maternal education. We explored the maternal AQ (Autism Spectrum Quotient) scores (mean:19.40-19.71, no significant difference between two groups) to referring the genetic baseline. This study evaluated 17 factors with unadjusted and adjusted analyses. RESULTS: Birth asphyxia was associated with a more than a thirteen-fold higher risk of ASD (adjusted odds ratio (AOR) = 13.42). Breastfeeding difficulties were associated with a higher risk of ASD(AOR = 3.46). Parenting influenced the risk of ASD, with low responding (LR) and harsh or neglectful parenting associated with a higher risk of ASD in offspring (AOR = 2.37 for LR, AOR = 3.42 for harsh parenting and AOR = 3.01 for neglectful parenting). Maternal fever during pregnancy was associated with a higher risk of ASD in offspring (AOR = 3.81). CONCLUSIONS: Many factors were associated with ASD in offspring. Further assessment is needed to elucidate the role of modifiable environmental factors to inform prevention strategies.

BACKGROUND: This study was conducted to investigate the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), outcomes and its characteristics in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) in a retrospective setting. OUTCOMES: Patients died of cardiac shock or acute exacerbation of heart failure (HF), admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) due to acute exacerbation of HF, patients decided to withdraw treatment and return home due to acute exacerbation of HF. METHODS: From January 2015 to June 2022, we admitted 359 patients diagnosed with CHF, and lower limb ultrasonography was performed for the examination of DVT after admission. The incidence of DVT was recorded and patients with known risk factors of VTE were identified and excluded after incidence of DVT was calculated. Patients' clinical data were then collected. RESULTS: The occurrence of DVT was 10.0% (36/359), as calf intramuscular vein thrombosis was the main constitution (n = 28, 75%). DVT patients with other factors (carcinoma, surgery, stroke, previous history of DVT) constituted a considerable part (33.3%, 12/36). Age, history of Diabetes Mellitus (DM), levels of DDi (D-Dimer), levels of alanine transferase (ALT) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) were independent predictors or risk factors of DVT in CHF patients, while chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 1-4, white blood cell (WBC) and direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) were protective factors. Incidence of DVT was correlated with a poor outcome of CHF patients (Pearson Chi-Square test, Value 19.612, P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: In this retrospective study, incidence of DVT was found to be relatively high among hospitalized CHF patients, while patients with DVT was associated with a poor prognosis.

Ligand-Induced duplex-quadruplex transition within the c-MYC promoter region is one of the most studied and advanced ideas for c-MYC regulation. Despite its importance, there is a lack of methods for monitoring such process in cells, hindering a better understanding of the essence of c-MYC G-quadruplex as a drug target. Here we developed a new fluorescent probe ISCH-MYC for specific c-MYC G-quadruplex recognition based on GTFH (G-quadruplex-Triggered Fluorogenic Hybridization) strategy. We validated that ISCH-MYC displayed distinct fluorescence enhancement upon binding to c-MYC G-quadruplex, which allowed the duplex-quadruplex transition detection of c-MYC G-rich DNA in cells. Using ISCH-MYC, we successfully characterized the induction of duplex to G-quadruplex transition in the presence of G-quadruplex stabilizing ligand PDS and further monitored and evaluated the altered interactions of relevant transcription factors Sp1 and CNBP with c-MYC G-rich DNA. Thus, our study provides a visualization strategy to explore the mechanism of G-quadruplex stabilizing ligand action on c-MYC G-rich DNA and relevant proteins, thereby empowering future drug discovery efforts targeting G-quadruplexes.

Directed trophoblast migration toward the maternal mesometrial pole is critical for placentation and pregnancy success. Trophoblasts replace maternal arterial endothelial cells to increase blood supply to the placenta. Inferior trophoblast invasion results in pregnancy complications including preeclampsia, intrauterine growth restriction, miscarriage, and preterm delivery. The maternal chemotactic factors that direct trophoblast migration and the mechanism by which trophoblasts respond to these factors are not clearly understood. Here, we show that invasive trophoblasts deficient in Vangl2, a core planar cell polarity (PCP) component, fail to invade in maternal decidua, and this deficiency results in middle-gestational fetal demise. Previously, we have shown that tightly regulated endocannabinoids via G protein-coupled cannabinoid receptor CB1 are critical to the invasion of trophoblasts called spiral artery trophoblast giant cells (SpA-TGCs). We find that CB1 directly interacts with VANGL2. Trophoblast stem cells devoid of Cnr1 and/or Vangl2 show compromised cell migration. To study roles of VANGL2 and CB1 in trophoblast invasion in vivo, we conditionally deleted Cnr1 (coding CB1) and Vangl2 in progenitors of SpA-TGCs using trophoblast-specific protein alpha (Tpbpa)-Cre. We observed that signaling mediated by VANGL2 and CB1 restrains trophoblasts from random migration by keeping small GTPases quiescent. Our results show that organized PCP in trophoblasts is indispensable for their directed movement and that CB1 exerts its function by direct interaction with membrane proteins other than its canonical G protein-coupled receptor role.

Uniparental-inherited haploid genetic marker of Y-chromosome single nucleotide polymorphisms (Y-SNP) have the power to provide a deep understanding of the human evolutionary past, forensic pedigree, and bio-geographical ancestry information. Several international cross-continental or regional Y-panels instead of Y-whole sequencing have recently been developed to promote Y-tools in forensic practice. However, panels based on next-generation sequencing (NGS) explicitly developed for Chinese populations are insufficient to represent the Chinese Y-chromosome genetic diversity and complex population structures, especially for Chinese-predominant haplogroup O. We developed and validated a 639-plex panel including 633 Y-SNPs and 6 Y-Insertion/deletions, which covered 573 Y haplogroups on the Y-DNA haplogroup tree. In this panel, subgroups from haplogroup O accounted for 64.4% of total inferable haplogroups. We reported the sequencing metrics of 354 libraries sequenced with this panel, with the average sequencing depth among 226 individuals being 3,741×. We illuminated the high level of concordance, accuracy, reproducibility, and specificity of the 639-plex panel and found that 610 loci were genotyped with as little as 0.03 ng of genomic DNA in the sensitivity test. 94.05% of the 639 loci were detectable in male-female mixed DNA samples with a mix ratio of 1:500. Nearly all of the loci were genotyped correctly when no more than 25 ng/µL tannic acid, 20 ng/µL humic acid, or 37.5 µM hematin was added to the amplification mixture. More than 80% of genotypes were obtained from degraded DNA samples with a degradation index of 11.76. Individuals from the same pedigree shared identical genotypes in 11 male pedigrees. Finally, we presented the complex evolutionary history of 183 northern Chinese Hans and six other Chinese populations, and found multiple founding lineages that contributed to the northern Han Chinese gene pool. The 639-plex panel proved an efficient tool for Chinese paternal studies and forensic applications.

Superstructures made from nanoscale clusters with new collective properties are promising in high-tech applications; however, chiral superstructures remain elusive, and the limited intercluster coupling effect at room temperature hampers the tailoring of collective properties. Here, we show that from chiral monomeric copper clusters to two enantiomeric pairs of supercrystals with distinct phases, the absorption band edge red-shifts by over 1.3 eV, with photoluminescence and circularly polarized phosphorescence from visible (572 nm) to near-infrared (NIR, 858 nm). These supercrystals with high NIR quantum yields of up to 45% at room temperature are prototyped for night-vision imaging. In response to solvent and temperature stimuli, chiral supercrystal-to-supercrystal transformations occurred, concomitant with high-contrast optical/chiroptical switching. In situ single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD), steady-state and time-resolved optical spectroscopy, and response experiments combined with theoretical calculations demonstrate that distance-sensitive intercluster orbital interactions contribute to the exceptional collective optical responses. Such chiral supercrystals built from subnanoscale metal clusters with novel collective chiroptical responses would be useful in the fields of information storage and NIR optical devices.

Stable luminescent radicals are open-shell emitters with unique doublet emission characteristics. This feature makes stable luminescent radicals exhibit widespread application prospects in constructing optical, electrical, and magnetic materials. In this work, a stable luminescent radical-based X-ray scintillator of AuPP-1.0 was prepared, which exhibited a high X-ray excited luminescence (XEL) efficiency as well as excellent stability. A mechanism study showed that the heavy atom of Au in AuPP-1.0 endowed it with effective absorption of X-rays, and the doublet emission characteristics of AuPP-1.0 significantly increased its exciton utilization rate in the radioluminescence process. Moreover, AuPP-1.0 has good processability to fabricate a flexible screen for high-quality X-ray imaging, whose resolution can reach 20 LP mm-1. This work demonstrates that the doublet emission is beneficial for improving the exciton utilization rate of radioluminescence, providing a brand-new strategy for the construction of high-performance X-ray scintillators.

The "shuttle effect" and slow conversion kinetics of lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) are stumbling block for high-energy-density lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs), which can be effectively evaded by advanced catalytic materials. Transition metal borides possess binary LiPSs interactions sites, aggrandizing the density of chemical anchoring sites. Herein, a novel core-shelled heterostructure consisting of nickel boride nanoparticles on boron-doped graphene (Ni3 B/BG), is synthesized through a graphene spontaneously couple derived spatially confined strategy. The integration of Li2 S precipitation/dissociation experiments and density functional theory computations demonstrate that the favorable interfacial charge state between Ni3 B and BG provides smooth electron/charge transport channel, which promotes the charge transfer between Li2 S4 -Ni3 B/BG and Li2 S-Ni3 B/BG systems. Benefitting from these, the facilitated solid-liquid conversion kinetics of LiPSs and reduced energy barrier of Li2 S decomposition are achieved. Consequently, the LSBs employed the Ni3 B/BG modified PP separator deliver conspicuously improved electrochemical performances with excellent cycling stability (decay of 0.07% per cycle for 600 cycles at 2 C) and remarkable rate capability of 650 mAh g-1 at 10 C. This study provides a facile strategy for transition metal borides and reveals the effect of heterostructure on catalytic and adsorption activity for LiPSs, offering a new viewpoint to apply boride in LSBs.
