BACKGROUND: Patients with neutrophil-mediated asthma have poor response to glucocorticoids. The roles and mechanisms of group 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s) in inducing neutrophilic airway inflammation and glucocorticoid resistance in asthma have not been fully clarified. METHODS: ILC3s in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in patients with eosinophilic asthma (EA) and non-eosinophilic asthma (NEA). ILC3s were sorted and cultured in vitro for RNA sequencing. Cytokines production and signaling pathways in ILC3s after IL-1ß stimulation and dexamethasone treatment were determined by real-time PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA and western blot. RESULTS: The percentage and numbers of ILC3s in peripheral blood was higher in patients with NEA compared with EA, and negatively correlated with blood eosinophils. IL-1ß stimulation significantly enhanced CXCL8 and CXCL1 production in ILC3s via activation of p65 NF-κB and p38/JNK MAPK signaling pathways. The expression of neutrophil chemoattractants from ILC3s was insensitive to dexamethasone treatment. Dexamethasone significantly increased phosphorylation of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) at Ser226 but only with a weak induction at Ser211 residues in ILC3s. Compared to human bronchial epithelial cell line (16HBE cells), the ratio of p-GR S226 to p-GR S211 (p-GR S226/S211) was significantly higher in ILC3s at baseline and after dexamethasone treatment. In addition, IL-1ß could induce Ser226 phosphorylation and had a crosstalk effect to dexamethasone via NF-κB pathway. CONCLUSIONS: ILC3s were elevated in patients with NEA, and associated with neutrophil inflammation by release of neutrophil chemoattractants and were glucocorticoid (GC) resistant. This paper provides a novel cellular and molecular mechanisms of neutrophil inflammation and GC-resistance in asthma. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the clinical characteristics and outcomes on the success of bronchial arterial embolization (BAE) in patients with and without systemic artery-to-pulmonary vessel fistula (SA-PF) and to evaluate the feasibility of CTA in the assessment of SA-PF. METHODS: We retrospectively enrolled 420 consecutive patients that underwent BAE for hemoptysis control in our hospital from September 2011 to May 2019. The clinical characteristics, preprocedural CTA findings, BAE procedural findings, and follow-up outcomes were collected. Patients were divided into two groups according to DSA findings: patients with SA-PF and those without. RESULTS: A total of 184 (43.7%) patients presented with SA-PF. Pneumonia was less likely to be the concomitant condition in patients with SA-PF (p < 0.001). The mean number of culprit arteries per patient was significantly higher in patients with SA-PF compared to that in patients without SA-PF (p = 0.017). The SA-PF patients saw a greater probability of recurrence (HR: 2.782, 95% CI: 1.617-4.784, p < 0.001). SA-pulmonary venous fistula (SA-PVF) favored lower hemoptysis recurrence rate (HR: 0.199, 95%CI: 0.052-0.765, p = 0.019). SA-pulmonary artery fistula (SA-PAF) can be detected by optimized CTA protocol with a detection rate of 65.3% (49/75). CONCLUSIONS: The presence of SA-PF is an independent risk factor predicting early recurrence of hemoptysis after BAE. SA-PVF seems to be a protective factor for longer hemoptysis control compared to SA-PAF. Optimized preprocedural CTA is a reliable examination to identify SA-PAF. KEY POINTS: • The appearance of SA-PF is associated with a greater probability of early recurrent hemoptysis after bronchial artery embolization. • The presence of SA-PVF seems to be a protective factor for longer hemoptysis control after BAE compared to SA-PAF. • Optimized CTA protocol seems to be a promising auxiliary examination to detect SA-PAF.

INTRODUCTION: Angelica dahurica(BZ) and Angelica dahurica var. formosana(HBZ) are two plant sources of Angelicae dahuricae Radix. Although BZ and HBZ are commonly used herbal medicines with great medicinal and dietary values, study on their phytochemicals and bioactive compositions is limited. OBJECTIVE: To compare the chemical compositions of BZ and HBZ and find the chemical makers for discrimination and quality evaluation of the two botanical origins of Angelicae dahuricae Radix. METHODOLOGY: A high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry method was established for chemical profiling of BZ and HBZ. Then, a quantitative analysis of multiple components by a single marker method was developed for simultaneous determination of nine bioactive coumarins (xanthotoxol, oxypeucedanin hydrate, byakangelicin, xanthotoxin, bergapten, oxypeucedanin, phellopterin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin). Moreover, chemometrics were performed to compare and discriminate BZ and HBZ samples. RESULTS: A total of 30 coumarins compounds were identified, and the chemical compositions in BZ and HBZ were quite similar. The quantitative analysis showed that there were significant differences in the contents of bioactive coumarins, and the chemometric analysis indicated five coumarins (xanthotoxol, xanthotoxin, bergapten, phellopterin and isoimperatorin) were responsible for the significant differences between BZ and HBZ, which could be used as chemical markers to distinguish the two original plant sources of Angelicae dahuricae Radix. CONCLUSION: The present work provided useful information for understanding the chemical differences between BZ and HBZ and also provided feasible methods for quality evaluation and discrimination of herbal medicines originating from multiple botanical sources.

BACKGROUND: NITRATE TRANSPORTER 1/PEPTIDE TRANSPORTER (NRT1/PTR) family (NPF) members are essential transporters for many substrates in plants, including nitrate, hormones, peptides, and secondary metabolites. Here, we report the global characterization of NPF in the important oil crop Brassica napus, including that for phylogeny, gene/protein structures, duplications, and expression patterns. RESULTS: A total of 199 B. napus (BnaNPFs) NPF-coding genes were identified. Phylogenetic analyses categorized these genes into 11 subfamilies, including three new ones. Sequence feature analysis revealed that members of each subfamily contain conserved gene and protein structures. Many hormone-/abiotic stress-responsive cis-acting elements and transcription factor binding sites were identified in BnaNPF promoter regions. Chromosome distribution analysis indicated that BnaNPFs within a subfamily tend to cluster on one chromosome. Syntenic relationship analysis showed that allotetraploid creation by its ancestors (Brassica rapa and Brassica oleracea) (57.89%) and small-scale duplication events (39.85%) contributed to rapid BnaNPF expansion in B. napus. A genome-wide spatiotemporal expression survey showed that NPF genes of each Arabidopsis and B. napus subfamily have preferential expression patterns across developmental stages, most of them are expressed in a few organs. RNA-seq analysis showed that many BnaNPFs (32.66%) have wide exogenous hormone-inductive profiles, suggesting important hormone-mediated patterns in diverse bioprocesses. Homologs in a clade or branch within a given subfamily have conserved organ/spatiotemporal and hormone-inductive profiles, indicating functional conservation during evolution. qRT-PCR-based comparative expression analysis of the 12 BnaNPFs in the NPF2-1 subfamily between high- and low-glucosinolate (GLS) content B. napus varieties revealed that homologs of AtNPF2.9 (BnaNPF2.12, BnaNPF2.13, and BnaNPF2.14), AtNPF2.10 (BnaNPF2.19 and BnaNPF2.20), and AtNPF2.11 (BnaNPF2.26 and BnaNPF2.28) might be involved in GLS transport. qRT-PCR further confirmed the hormone-responsive expression profiles of these putative GLS transporter genes. CONCLUSION: We identified 199 B. napus BnaNPFs; these were divided into 11 subfamilies. Allopolyploidy and small-scale duplication events contributed to the immense expansion of BnaNPFs in B. napus. The BnaNPFs had preferential expression patterns in different tissues/organs and wide hormone-induced expression profiles. Four BnaNPFs in the NPF2-1 subfamily may be involved in GLS transport. Our results provide an abundant gene resource for further functional analysis of BnaNPFs.

The KT/HAK/KUP (HAK) family is the largest potassium (K+) transporter family in plants, which plays key roles in K+ uptake and homeostasis, stress resistance, and root and embryo development. However, the HAK family has not yet been characterized in Brassica napus. In this study, 40 putative B. napus HAK genes (BnaHAKs) are identified and divided into four groups (Groups I-III and V) on the basis of phylogenetic analysis. Gene structure analysis revealed 10 conserved intron insertion sites across different groups. Collinearity analysis demonstrated that both allopolyploidization and small-scale duplication events contributed to the large expansion of BnaHAKs. Transcription factor (TF)-binding network construction, cis-element analysis, and microRNA prediction revealed that the expression of BnaHAKs is regulated by multiple factors. Analysis of RNA-sequencing data further revealed extensive expression profiles of the BnaHAKs in groups II, III, and V, with limited expression in group I. Compared with group I, most of the BnaHAKs in groups II, III, and V were more upregulated by hormone induction based on RNA-sequencing data. Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase reaction analysis revealed that the expression of eight BnaHAKs of groups I and V was markedly upregulated under K+-deficiency treatment. Collectively, our results provide valuable information and key candidate genes for further functional studies of BnaHAKs.

Organic polymers and inorganic clusters belong to two different disciplines and have completely different properties and structures. When a cluster is attached to the backbone of a polymer as a pendant, the resultant hybrid polymers (polyclusters) exhibit unique behaviours totally different from those of conventional polymers owing to the nanoscale size of the cluster and its particular interactions. Herein, the aggregation of a poly(polyoxometalate)-a polynorbornene backbone with inorganic polyoxometalate cluster pendants-upon addition of a non-solvent to its dilute solution is reported. A three-dimensional network of tangled and snake-like nanothreads was observed. Direct visualisation of individual nanoscale clusters enabled identification of single chains within the nanothreads. These observations suggest that during the process of aggregation, the hybrid polymer forms curved or extended chains as a consequence of an armouring effect in which the collapsed cluster pendants wrap around the backbone. The collapse occurs because they become less soluble in the solvent/non-solvent mixture. The extended chains then become entwined and form nanoropes consisting of multiple chains wound around each other. This study provides a deeper understanding of the nature of polyclusters and should also prove useful for their future development and application.

In order to study the correlation between the traits of Andrographis paniculata. The main agronomic traits and the content of four kinds of diterpene lactons were measured by the seedlings and the unmutagenized seeds carried by the spacecraft,and multiple comparisons,correlations and principal component analysis were carried out. The results showed that the agronomic traits of A. paniculata have different degrees of difference after being carried by space. The contents of diterpene lactones were quite different. The variation coefficients of deoxyandrographolide content,fresh weight,leaf dry weight,dehydrated andrographolide content,dry weight,neoandrographolide content and andrographolide content were all over 35%. There was a significant correlation between multiple traits,and the leaf weight ratio was significantly positively correlated with the number of primary tillers,leaf dry weight and dry weight,and was significantly negatively correlated with the content of deoxyandrographolide. Andrographolide content was a significantly negatively correlated with the number of leaves and the number of primary tillers,and positively correlated with the other three lactones. Five principal components were extracted from principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 83. 127%,which were yield factor,plant type factor,leaf type factor,component factor and seed weight factor. Among the traits affecting the quality of A. paniculata,the yield factor for reliability of the selection of A. paniculata is higher than other factors. There are abundant variations among the traits of A. paniculata,carried in space which increase the genetic diversity. The principal component analysis method can be used to select the principal component factors according to the breeding requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for the breeding of high-yield and high-quality A. paniculata and the high-yield and stable cultivation of A. paniculata.

RESUMEN

Immunogenic antigen (spinosin-BSA) and coating antigen (spinosin-OVA) of spinosin were synthesized by sodium periodate oxidation method. UV scanning analysis method showed that these two spinosins were successfully conjugated with carrier protein and the coupling ratio was 17 and 13.7, respectively. Meanwhile, when immunized by spinosin-BSA,the mice can produce anti-spinosin antibodies with the high titer (1:32 000),specificity (IC50 211.6 µg·L⁻¹) and low cross-reaction rate measured by ELISA tests. The artificial antigen of spinosin was successfully synthesized, which can be applied for preparation of monoclonal antibodies and establishment of appropriate immune method.

Human T-cell lymphotropic virus type 1 (HTLV-1) is the etiologic agent of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL), a rapidly progressing clonal malignancy of CD4+ T lymphocytes. Exploring the host-HTLV-1 interactions and the molecular mechanisms underlying HTLV-1-mediated tumorigenesis is critical for developing efficient therapies against the viral infection and associated leukemia/lymphoma. It has been demonstrated to date that several HTLV-1 proteins play key roles in the cellular transformation and immortalization of infected T lymphocytes. Of note, the HTLV-1 oncoprotein Tax inhibits the innate IFN response through interaction with MAVS, STING and RIP1, causing the suppression of TBK1-mediated phosphorylation of IRF3/IRF7. The HTLV-1 protein HBZ disrupts genomic integrity and inhibits apoptosis and autophagy of the target cells. Furthermore, it is revealed that HBZ enhances the proliferation of ATL cells and facilitates evasion of the infected cells from immunosurveillance. These studies provide insights into the molecular mechanisms by which HTLV-1 mediates the formation of cancer as well as useful strategies for the development of new therapeutic interventions against ATL. In this article, we review the recent advances in the understanding of the pathogenesis, the underlying mechanisms, clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease caused by HTLV-1 infection. In addition, we discuss the future direction for targeting HTLV-1-associated cancers and strategies against HTLV-1.

Here, we have investigated the synergistic effect of quercetin administration and transplantation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells (HUMSCs) following middle cerebral artery occlusion in rat. Combining quercetin treatment with delayed transplantation of HUMSCs after local cerebral ischemia significantly (i) improved neurological functional recovery; (ii) reduced proinflammatory cytokines (interleukin(IL)-1ß and IL-6), increased anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, and transforming growth factor-ß1), and reduced ED-1 positive areas; (iii) inhibited cell apoptosis (caspase-3 expression); and (iv) improved the survival rate of HUMSCs in the injury site. Altogether, our results demonstrate that combined HUMSC transplantation and quercetin treatment is a potential strategy for reducing secondary damage and promoting functional recovery following cerebral ischemia.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a pathological animal model of polycystic ovary (PCO) by letrozole in rats. Investigate whether PCO were mediated by the effect of oxidative stress by measuring oxidative stress levels in this cohort of rats with PCO, and proceed a new way of treatment for polycystic ovary syndrom (PCOS). METHODS: 90 SD female rats aged 6 weeks were randomly divided into two groups, including a control group of 45 rats that received vehicle only [19% aqueous solution of carboxmethlycellulose (CMC), 1 mL/d] once daily orally (p.o.), and an experimental group of 45 rats, which were administered letrozole at concentrations of 1 mg/kg p.o. dissolved in 1% CMC (1 mL/d) once daily. The treatment period was 28 d. During this period, vaginal smears were collected daily for estrus cycle determination and body masses were measured every 7 d. On the day subsequent to the last letrozole dose administration, rats were killed; Uteri and ovaries were then excised and weighed for the calculation of organ indexes. Serum hormone levels, SHBG and histologic changes in the ovaries were examined. Then testosterone free index (FAD) was calculated. Oxidant status was evaluated by determination of ovarian total oxidant status (TOS), malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level, while antioxidant status was evaluated by determination of total antioxidant status (TAS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) concentration. RESULTS: Vaginal smear test showed the estrus cycle began to disappear from day 12 to day 15. A statistically significant difference in growth curves, ovarian weights, uterine weights and organ indexes between the groups were also observed. In rats with PCO serum testosterone (T), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) concentrations and free androgen index (FADI) were significantly increased compared with the control group (rats without PCO). However, rats with PCO had decreased levels of estrogen (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), and progesterone (P) compared with the control group. In a rat model of PCO achieved via letrozole, it was found that the levels of TOS, MDA, oxidative stress index (OSI) and intracellular ROS were significantly increased, while the TAS level, SOD content were significantly decreased in the ovary homogenates (P<0.05). The results indicated that the PCOS pathological process significantly increased the oxidative stress production. CONCLUSION: PCO rat model successfully induced via letrozole, and it is a suitable model for study of ovarian lesions. Oxidative stress also contributes to the PCO rat model, the protective effect of antioxidant might provide a new insight into the potential therapeutic solution to PCOS.

The complete mitochondrial genomes of Leptidea morsei Fenton (Lepidoptera: Pieridae: Dis-morphiinae) and Catopsilia pomona (F.) (Lepidoptera: Pieridae: Coliadinae) were determined to be 15,122 and 15,142 bp in length, respectively, with that of L. morsei being the smallest among all known butterflies. Both mitogenomes contained 37 genes and an A+T-rich region, with the gene order identical to those of other butterflies, except for the presence of a tRNA-like insertion, tRNA(Leu) (UUR), in C. pomona. The nucleotide compositions of both genomes were higher in A and T (80.2% for L. morsei and 81.3% for C. pomona) than C and G; the A+T bias had a significant effect on the codon usage and the amino acid composition. The protein-coding genes utilized the standard mitochondrial start codon ATN, except the COI gene using CGA as the initiation codon, as reported in other butterflies. The intergenic spacer sequence between the tRNA(Ser) (UCN) and ND1 genes contained the ATACTAA motif. The A+T-rich region harbored a poly-T stretch and a conserved ATAGA motif located at the end of the region. In addition, there was a triplicated 23 bp repeat and a microsatellite-like (TA)9(AT)3 element in the A+T-rich region of the L. morsei mitogenome, while in C. pomona, there was a duplicated 24 bp repeat element and a microsatellite-like (TA)9 element. The phylogenetic trees of the main butterfly lineages (Hesperiidae, Papilionidae, Pieridae, Nymphalidae, Lycaenidae, and Riodinidae) were reconstructed with maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods based on the 13 concatenated nucleotide sequences of protein-coding genes, and both trees showed that the Pieridae family is sister to Lycaenidae. Although this result contradicts the traditional morphologically based views, it agrees with other recent studies based on mitochondrial genomic data.

CONTEXT: The buds of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt (Compositae) are used in the treatment of hypertension in the Uyghur folk medicine in China. OBJECTIVE: To investigate vasorelaxant properties of extracts and some flavonoids from C. tinctoria (CT) and their underlying mechanisms in isolated rat thoracic aortic rings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Vasorelaxant effects of ethanol extracts of CT (CTA) and its flavonoids as well as water-ethanol eluates from CTA by AB-8 resins (CTAA∼CTAF) were evaluated on rat aortic rings pre-contracted with phenylephrine (PE, 1 µM) or high KCl (60 µM). We evaluated the effect of CTA, CTAD and CTAE on PE-induced contraction in a Ca²âº-free medium and a dose-effect curve of Ca²âº in pre-contracted ring with high KCl. RESULTS: Endothelial removal did not modify the effect of CTAD and CTAE (3.00 g/L) neither on PE-pre-contracted rings (164.78 ± 21.44 and 191.47 ± 16.75%) nor on KCl-pre-contracted rings (75.68 ± 10.76 and 125.14 ± 17.41%) compared with intact-endothelium rings pre-contracted with high KCl (100.49 ± 17.30 and 110.81 ± 16.33%). CTAD and CTAE (3.00 g/L) down-regulated the dose-effect curve of Ca²âº in pre-contraction with high KCl, and inhibited the pre-contraction with PE in a Ca²âº-free medium (p < 0.05). Seven flavonoids were obtained from CTAD, of which luteolin (5) and quercetin (6) were found to be the most effective relaxation in rings precontracted with PE (EC50: 0.006 and 0.039 g/L, p < 0.05) or high KCl (EC50: 0.023 and 0.045 g/L, p < 0.05). DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: These data demonstrated the vasorelaxant effect of CT, and its mechanism is likely due to an inhibitory effect on calcium movements through cell membranes.

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the effects of plasma from the patients with preeclampsia on proliferation and apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), and to explore the relationship between cell damage and lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptors. METHODS: Sixty patients with preeclampsia were recruited from October 2011 to June 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Among them, thirty cases were defined as the mild preeclampsia group and thirty cases were defined as the severe preeclampsia group. The other thirty healthy pregnant women were recruited in the healthy pregnant women group. The levels of plasma LPA in the three groups were measured. The HUVEC were cultured in vitro with plasma from the three groups, and a blank control group was set up as well. Proliferation and apoptosis of HUVEC were measured by MTT assay and flow cytometry. Immunohistochemistry of biotin streptomyces protein peroxidase (SP) method was used to measure the protein expression level of Edg 2, 4, 7. RESULTS: (1) The plasma LPA levels in the healthy pregnant woman group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were (3.38 ± 2.08) µmol/L, (6.12 ± 0.22) µmol/L, (9.10 ± 0.17) µmol/L, respectively. The plasma levels of LPA in patients with preeclampsia were significantly higher than that in the healthy pregnant women (P < 0.01). (2) The proliferation rate of HUVEC in the mild and severe preeclampsia groups [(65.2 ± 2.7)% and (51.9 ± 2.8)%] were significantly lower than that in the healthy pregnant women group and the control group [(84.3 ± 3.1)% and (100.0 ± 0.0)%, P < 0.01]. (3) The early apoptosis rate, middle-late apoptosis rate and total apoptosis rate of HUVEC in the mild and severe preeclampsia groups [total apoptosis rate were (30.4 ± 2.0)% and (43.4 ± 2.5)%] were significantly higher than those in the healthy pregnant women group and the control group [total apoptosis rate were (18.6 ± 1.6)% and (8.0 ± 1.5)%, P < 0.01]. (4) The expression positive rates of Edg 2, 4, 7 proteins in the four groups were as following: mild preeclampsia group 83%, 80% and 73%; severe preeclampsia group 97%, 93% and 90%; healthy pregnant women group 40%, 40% and 37%, and the control group 10%, 10% and 7% respectively. The positive rates of HUVEC in the mild and severe preeclampsia groups were significantly higher than those in the healthy pregnant women group and the control group (P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The plasma of patients with preeclampsia could inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis of HUVEC, and induce the expression of Edg 2, 4, 7 proteins. It suggested that the increase of lysophosphatidic acid in plasma could be one of the reasons of endothelial cell damage in patients with preeclampsia.

An ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was established and validated to simultaneously determine the contents of six aconitum alkaloids in mother, daughter and fibrous roots of 19 batches of Aconitum carmichaelii from Sichuan province. The separation of the six alkaloids was achieved on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.7 microm) column at 40 degrees C with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile in 30 mmol x L(-1) ammonium acetate buffer solution (adjusted to pH 10.0 with aqueous ammonia) in gradient mode. The data and plots showed that the six aconitum alkaloids have different distributions. Four aconitum alkaloids were almost same in mother and daughter root except benzoylmesaconine and mesaconitine, while the fibrous root differed from the other two roots. The comparisons of significant differences of six aconitum alkaloids between the mother and daughter roots definitely demonstrated that benzoylmesaconine and mesaconitine were the representative components. The 38 detecting samples were classified as two clusters by hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principle component analysis (PCA), the results indicated that the mother root was different from the daughter root on chemical material basis. The study might contribute to the reasonable clinical application of A. carmichaelii.

RESUMEN

A thermophilic bacterium, designated strain RHA1(T), was isolated from a sediment sample collected from a hot spring in Tengchong county, Yunnan province, south-west China, and was characterized by using a polyphasic approach. Based on its phenotypic and phylogenetic characteristics, strain RHA1(T) was affiliated to the genus Laceyella. The strain formed white aerial and yellow-white substrate mycelia, bearing single endospores on short sporophores. The cell-wall peptidoglycan contained meso-diaminopimelic acid. Whole-cell hydrolysates contained ribose and glucose. The major fatty acids were iso-C(15:0) (62.39%) and anteiso-C(15:0) (17.55%)(.) The predominant menaquinone was MK-9. The G+C content of the genomic DNA of strain RHA1(T) was 47.9 mol%. Based on DNA-DNA hybridization data, chemotaxonomic characteristics and differential physiological properties, strain RHA1(T) is considered to represent a novel species of the genus Laceyella, for which the name Laceyella sediminis sp. nov. is proposed; the type strain is RHA1(T) (=DSM 45263(T)=CCTCC AA 208058(T)).
